So I started down a hole. Now I'm in deep. Was gonna follow your lead and go cam headers intake tune. Then I got a good deal on a whipple kit. So then I thought to myself "well if you're going to boost this. and change lifters and do all tear this thing apart. You might as well build the bottom end solid too." The challenger only just rolled 40k on it though. So I ordered a 392 derived from the 5.7 with all forged internals. Then I said "well, I don't want to blow up the transmission, I better buy something that can hold the power I'm gonna put down." So yeah, I'll keep you updated when stuff starts showing up and I start tearing my turtle apart. I just wanted to let you know, since I follow your stuff and like how you've approached your build. Also, waiting for your video and thoughts on the new model reveals lol.
Damn that sounds like a hell of a project! With a proper plan the sky is the limit with a supercharged Hemi! Keep me posted on your progress. It’s a hot topic that’s for sure, I feel like my opinions are a bit different from a lot of people, but it would make for a good discussion.

Great video man! Wanting so see how the cammed rt stack up since a while now, yo made it. The rt seems to have big upgrade with that cam, but I thought he would be neck to neck with 5.0 ls3 and 392
Unfortunately I’m no match for a modified 392! Once they start putting long tubes, tunes and a drag pack on I can’t keep up, especially with my 20” wheels. That mustang turns out was supercharged which is why he was so quick. Usually I’m neck and neck with stock 392s. Can’t say I’ve run many stock 5.0s (the ones running around here all have work done), and I usually do pretty great against the new SS’s.

Yea that d/a was a serious killer. But I love seeing the runs and seeing the car doing what it was built for.
