Imagine if you moved to the US and bought a condo without knowing about condo fees. No telling what fees and restrictions might apply. I’d find an expat lawyer at the very least. What is the price of the 42 Sq Met unit. Typically how much extra %age in fees and Taxes for a US buyer to get an idea. Not a bad price at all for settling abroad. My fixed cost every year for just owning my modest 1600 Sft hone in US costa me around $10K per year - Just the prop tax, insurance, utility bills, lawn care and the regular periodical head ache maintaining the property. On top of that owning a car and its insurance and maintenance. I dont need to worry about anything. Sriracha may be out of town as some comments say so what better than holed up in the US big city or waiting to to be mugged / shot in a mall / school / church or during an evening walk.

I can tell this company is "cheap!"😀 It looks pretty dinky, too, but it's ideal if you live alone. I wouldn't place a loveseat very close to the door, at least leave some space, haha!😂
