      Don't be depressed esi koi problem nahi hai jo theek nahi ho sakti...
      Light exercises daily 3 times a day kare jis bhi exercises me pain aaye stop kare...
      First mere sabhi disc se related video dekh kar samajhkar exercises kare...
      Fir bhe pain theek nahi ho to

    This is not good position for knee osteoarthritis exercises during rehabilitation. Before exercises patient it would be fully relaxed position mens proper supine position. All segments of body should be fully relaxed. Then you shouldould be apply physical exercises
