Today I will teach you how to make a chewy and fluffy cheese garlic bread. I use cheddar cheese to give it more flavour. The bread is generously filled with cheese to make you smile while you eat it. My family and friends can't have enough of it. It's great for parties, but it also works great as a snack.

📝 Ingredients:
Dough:
250 g all purpose flour
125 ml whole milk
1 large egg
12 g sugar (1 tablespoon)
5g salt (1 teaspoon)
4 g instant yeast
40 g unsalted butter
Filling:
2 cloves of garlic
30 g unsalted butter
3 g salt (0.5 teaspoon)
200 g cheddar cheese
(or any other 🧀 cheese you like in the amount you love 😉)
Egg wash:
1 egg (any size)
🔥 Cooking time:
preheat oven to 170°C (=340 F), top and bottom heating
bake for 23 minutes
👍 Tips:
Warm milk (ideally 40°C = 104 F)
My egg weight is 70g and 52 g after cracking
