Squad leaders are Cpl's and Sergeants, Platoon Leaders are 2Lt's (after proper vetting) and SSgt's, etc etc. It's purely pragmatic; the military ranks are just used for structure. We all like working together, and it provides the framework. Nobody is gay about it.
If you saw a tank fly up into the sky at mach 8, a corpse warp by you at mach 12 and still decide to say "Over" after spouting random military jargon into the microphone then you've probably already lost it.

There's a surprising amount of mods that convert multiplayer modes to singleplayer too which is awesome. Much love to the modders who do those conversions.
Those civilians are very kind. especially when your stuck in the middle of nowhere, and can't teleport/parachute cause your broke, that they let you use their vehicles. It's a shame they suffered a spontaneous heart attack and mysterious holes and open wounds appearing on their body, as soon as they lent their vehicles to players.

the average vehicle player one at 2:07 reminds me of when i was with an arma group before it broke apart following mods breaking (as usual). i often took the role of being the turret gunner in a humvee, and despite the best efforts of our zeuses, i got a reputation for being the unluckiest turret gunner in the whole group, since even though they usually try to get the ai to prioritize our infantry at the start of a fight, i would somehow always take a stray shot to the skull, but somehow only incapacitating me and never killing me leaving me stuck there for a minute or so
Literally the only time I have spent in Arma was hunting down a friend who deserted, finding him, him jumping off a building and then uninstalling the game
I honestly dunno why people would argue between RHS and Vanilla KOTH, they have their differences obviously but it's just personal preference I feel. I personally like RHS because honestly I love the variety in vehicles and weapons, especially after playing vanilla Arma 3 for so long. And if you didn't spend money on the DLC's you do miss out on being able to use some of the vehicles and weapons (and if you do use the weapons you just get the dumb "BUY THE CONTENT" popups on the screen lol).
