Guys one peace of thought! Did you noticed that Nintendo is the company that makes 2 things specifically: 1- their games laugh 100% complete! 2- they barely launch any dlc except for some specific games! This makes me think that they have more development time for new games (they start immediately after the release of the game and don't loose time with patches or dlc), and more time to make sure those games are as polished as they must be at launch!!
In terms of price, the cost to make and distribute things has gone up SO MUCH in the past 7 years, especially the last few. I'm pretty sure they won't sell it for less than $500 unless they are taking a loss to lean into game sale profits. Anyhow, price won't be decided by what people "think it should cost," very few consumers have any clue of what goes into making a product like this. The PS5 pro is a great example of this, from the perspective of a comparable PC users with an absurdly expensive graphics cards, $700 really isn't that much at all.
I’m always team Xbox so Ryan is always my favorite but ever since Max took over for Dornbush the back and forth is soooo much more enjoyable. He represents the ps side much better.
Nintendo probably will consider it a pro so they can keep counting sells that way. Also makes sense to make upcoming games work with both old and new switch.
The PS4 was 1.843TFLOPs, the XBSS is 4TFLOPs. Switch 2's portable performance is going to be ~2TFLOPs and it's docked performance is going to be ~4TFLOPs. It also has DLSS via 48 tensor cores and Raytracing via 12RT cores. The specs leaked via an Nvidia hack on March 1st 2022.
Graphics is not the only deciding factor that makes games great it actually is rank one of the lowest criteria. Fun and entertaining is the key so an underpowered switch 2 is np as long as the games are fun
Ryan McCaffrey what was he thinking about performance of console?! Xbox Series S is 4tflop machine with 3.6 Ghz process PS4 is 1.84tflop machine with 1.6 Ghz processor Xbox One is 1.31tflop machine with 1.75 Ghz processor
The people saying "no" about buying the PS5 is not surprising - and even if it sells as well as the PS4 Pro that would still probably be a win for Sony, which only made up like 15% of overall PS4 sales. The PS5 Pro doesn't need to overtake the PS5 in sales, it's just meant to supplement them and add to the overall userbase.
Would like to be able to connect it simply to a VR headset, but probably won't be able to. Hopefully in the Switch 3 generation Nintendo will dabble with VR.

Will switch 2 have Miiverse 2? Forget the other social medias we need Brazilians back :)
Nope, maybe discord like my PS5 it's connected to my discord
Scalpers will guarentee that the pro will sell out. Itd be smart for sony to have millions and stagger restocks bi weekly. And not say how many are available. And the scalpers will go broke
i'm gonna guess the very end of the month for a Switch 2 reveal trailer
459 OLED version 399 LCD version 349 Lite version.
In your dreams. $599 regular $799 oled
No need for a lite that was a flop
Why don't people count the 3 Months Switch released It come out almost 8 years ago.
Nintendo always shows off its biggest stuff at the game awards.
Switch is part of the the 8th gen of consoles (PS4, Xbox one and Switch). you also had the wiiu on the 8th gen.
I think 4k would useless for the type of machine this is. I'd personally prefer PS4 level or more fidelity at 720p in handheld at 60 fps and 1080p or 1440p 60 fps in docked.
Xbox needs to release a handheld too. Sony is going to release a PS6 version that works as a handheld.
Seth on Scoop please! 🙏
Always great having Seth on. - Daemon
Nintendo WILL include backwards compatibility. They don’t want to but they have to in order for it to succeed just like the GBA and DS
Nintendo is living by don't let them know your next move. They would find much disshornor in youtubers being able to predict their next move
When will Nintendo show the Nintendo Switch 2 for the first time?
No one knows. And I'm sick of hearing of Switch 2.
Switch 2 better not fail like the Wii U did with the Wii.
It's insane that 3 out of 4 of these guys have the same shaped mouth.
It wouldn’t shock me if Switch 2 is $499, and Switch 2 Lite is where they find that $399 price point.
If that's the price it needs to be more powerful than the steamdeck because that's £380
@@JungleOfMeat ya but thats only 64gb one switch 2 is confirmed to be 512gb
$400 and $500 for OLED would be fine by me
@@Ray-dl5mp I’m interested in seeing the Switch 2 screen. Might make OLED less of a key value proposition
It won’t be the console that makes it, it will be the games. And the only way to play them will be on the new switch. So that’s the only reason I’ll be buying one.
Rob the robot makes a comback
The reveal will be next year so Christmas sales won't be hurt by an announcement. They want to beat the ps2 sales. How do people not see this? Maybe just to make videos?
Sony and Nintendo reminds me of WWE's RAW and SmackDown battle of the brands
Nintendo could absolutely charge $500 for the next switch. If it's powerful enough.
It's crazy to me that so many people spend between $700 and $1400 on smartphones but $700 on a console makes it a luxury console.
Smartphones do everything but make breakfast for you though 😂
@@PathOfRageno difference between $200 and $1000 phone
@@jmz2144 $1000 phones are so much faster.
Everyone will be silent once gta6 comes out.
"Let's compare apples to oranges"
Why compare the switch sales to PS5 when there is a 3 year gap of release date?
Happy with my Analogue Pocket lol
I'm pretty sure the Wii was the first console Nintendo broke the $199.99 price with.
Nintendo 64 launched at $199.99
From October 2016 to October 2024, that’s 8 years pal..
They have minds of grade schoolers. What can you expect from them?
