Note: If you already have a Fitbit Account and the Fitbit App, go to your Fitbit dashboard, tap on the Account icon at the upper right of the screen, and then tap on "Set Up a New Device"
Thank you sooo much! I bought the Fitbi Versa, but could not set up the exercise settings. I was not able to customize until I watched your video. You presented a complete, detailed, and precise presentation. Now, I'm all set. I have had the watch for four days, but it has only recorded information for the first day. Hopefully after this set up, it will record daily. Thanks again.

Loved the Video I enjoyed it I used to have a Fitbit Versa but I have moved up to the next Fitbit which is the Fitbit Versa 2 I really enjoy my new watch an I where it everyday unless other wise so keep up the good work with the videos an would like to see more in the Future ?

This was great! Just picked up a Versa on Mercari and this helps show some of the sweet features. There's more cool stuff on this model compared to the Inspire which I am replacing. Appreciate the easy to follow instructions and tips.

Thank you so much! just got my versa yesterday and your video was a great help I added the magnetic band to my purchase from Amazon which caused me to look for an easier charging solution today I found a stand that resembles yours on amazon maybe you should add some links?

It always depends on your needs and your budget. Of course the Charge 4 is a great tracker for many people. But it’s not great for everyone.

Can you show step by step how to set up Fitbit Versa to view either Dexcom G6, or Dexcom Clarity or Sugarmate CGM.I use iphone.
The notificaions from my added apps are no longer showing up on my Versa. I've had it for 4 years and until I did something (I don't know what), I stopped getting notices. I've tried and tried and just watched the set up video you have but it didn't help with the added apps. I seem to keep losing the Bluetooth connection too although, I'm sure that happened before and I still got notices like gmail, facebook etc.

I followed your excellent video to set my Fitbit Versa up on my iphone at the beginning of July 2020. It was great. For whatever reason, it stopped syncing. I tried everything. Fitbit Support unable to fix problem. Now my Fitbit can't find my wifi, I'm sitting right next to my router. Any ideas would be very appreciated.

When I get to 6:20, it downloads to 10 and after loading for 5 minutes it drops down to -1 for some reason. I have a Note 9 phone and a Fitbit Versa. Anything help in this matter is much appreciated. Thanks.

thank you so much for this video. I just got my special edition versa and was lost of some of the apps and where to go but this very informative video has me moving. One question or one more area I need help with, could you do a video on the music. How do I load music from my computer? I know I cannot with apple music right now and I have Pandora but I have the Free Pandora and I think I have to purchaser Pandora in order to load music. So how can I load purchased music I have on my phone or on my computer. I know that's a lot thanks

I cant connect my Versa with my Bluetooth. My phone does not find the device
I just went through a two week 'experience' with Fitbit support. After every fix was tried, twice, I was moved from talking to offshore support to a long email string with multiple people. They eventually sent me a replacement device that I just received today. Check the online forums for things to try. This is a known problem. Good luck.

You can control Spotify from the Versa, but you cannot download songs to the Versa itself and playback without internet access.

It won't let me set it up on my phone and is telling me to use my computer. Why is that? I don't want to download the app on my computer when I can just do it on my phone.
I am planning on getting a Fitbit versa so this will be useful when I do.... also... I am going to get a Fitbit refurbished pebble from a seller on eBay buying a band and charger separately. Will these be the same steps?????
The steps should be the same with two possible exceptions: (1) if the refurbished pebble was not “factory reset” you might see a clock face already on the display instead of the Fitbit logo in the very beginning and (2) you may not have to do a firmware update (which would just mean skipping all the firmware update related steps)
