Hi @DIYeasy what can I use to stick it back together? It opened up after me doing the dishes and stirring some hot pots, obviously the steam or the sink. Anyway I left it open and once it had dried out on its own I charged it and it was fine, so what do I replace the seal with? That s, love from Scotland 🏴🙋🏻♀️
You can use T7000 glue

@@scotgirl778 if you put all the sode properly without any gap then its good. In future if you want to remove, just give hot air 👍
I assume the light sensor cable was cut by the razor blade? Once you pulled out that glue for the screen.. how do you glue it back in.?
thats what I was here to find out.
@@briancherry8088 I figured it out and actually ordered the glue off of Amazon. I believe it was B-7000 clear adhesive

If you are getting 3 to 4 days battery backup, then no need to change :)

@@diyeasy_in Is Aliexpress reliable? How long does the actual delivery take? I just ordered Versa battery after seeing your above message and it says delivery before Dec 31st.
@@rafiqrs before buying u will get to know many days it will take to ship in Aliexpress... Generally free shipping will take 50 to 60days or more. And the quality of the product depending from which seller u are buying...
Check all the details in the website before buying anything.
How could I fix the heart rate sensor? It's not lighting up, I've checked the settings, did the resets, checked the dashboard on the website, etc ... Nothing works so I am guessing I have to go inside the device at this point.

Hi my heart rate sensor has stopped working. No lights on the back of the fitbit. I have tried a factory reset. Where abouts is the sensor inside so that I can I check that it hasn't become detatched? Or is there a way that I can repair the sensor? Many thanks.
Mostly sensor damaged because of water, i have faced this kind of issue earlier. You have to replace the bottom body part entirety. Unfortunately we won't get new one, we have to replace with used none working device.

Blank means its switched off or screen showing blank?. If it is switched off then you need to replace battery
@@diyeasy_in hi DIYEASY i am also facing similar issue. when i m keeping the device on charging station it is showing 100% charge and even sync with the mobile device but once i take it off from the charging then the screen goes off and its not restarting. i tried customer care and hard reset also but no help. Can you suggest any solution? and where can i get the battery if i need to change it. please help
Problem is this: the built-in battery is corrupt. Attempt to repair or replace it following the instructions in the video. But instructions from your Fitbit say that the battery can't be replaced. To make a built-in battery, cables must go to the correct pole, so, red cable goes to positive, black to negative. Then, weld them using a tin coil.

Carla Pao Pao Fitbit Versa batteries are replaceable, they have a connector as opposed to wires. Just have to be careful and take time removing the screen.

You will get continue support from Fitbit as google purchased fitbit, recently they have introduced new fitbit charge 4 also
@@diyeasy_in Fitbit does not have any support like repairing service. If your product is out of warranty (1 year only) the device is virtually just disposable. I found it out today after my Versa got water inside the watch. Will never purchase Fitbit once more.

@@diyeasy_in bro don't have a charger cable for the versa so in directly used as you shown, but it shows only "0%"

@@qureius494 if it is showing 0% means its not dead, may be the the 5volt is not proper or battery dead. Check with other adaptor

Have you checked the new charger?... or if you have multimeter u can check the pin

Check this video for chargin pin connection... u can give five volt directly to those pins and check if it is charging or not... keep in mind polarity should be correct

@@evelyndebique4871 The pins are the four little prongs sticking up on the charger, the surfaces they connect to on on the back of the watch
Way too easy to take that off and such a cheap way they put it together glue wise.
If you are trying to take it apart u think you know what the device is just saying
