I like how you can use alexa on the 2, but I'd much rather use my phone because there's no way you can use that steadily and have good battery life. I'll sell the 2, and keep the 1!

I did everything you said but the clock is wrong isn't it supposed to automatically set to the correct time? I have an old Versa 2 never one to use a dang Smartwatch and I still don't see any use for this thing. Will it at least read my text messages so I can read them on my watch will it alert me if I can't find my phone? So far the best thing is just a stopwatch. It won't telling me blood pressure or O2 like it said it would it would just tell me heartbeat.

You have valid points and I found a smart watch on Amazon called FitVll and looks like a Fitbit knock off. It seems to have nice features and for a little over $50 bucks, don't think one can go wrong.
I just received my daughters Versa 2 special edition. I also had a versa fit bit. I cleared all the info on each of the fit bits now I have a problem it won't get past the Fitbit logo and keeps showing the different languages and won't sink

It’s too soon to tell. If you’re wearing it a lot I wouldn’t really worry about it scratching. I’ve never had an issue where watches like this had issues reading HR from scratching.

I hope Fitbit fixed all the battery issues on the new device. I had issues with 2 Ionic. Fitbit is offering me another replacement Ionic or 50% off on any of there products. I'm not sure I'll get the versa 2 but since it's there newest device I guess and hope all the issues from previous devices were resolved.
I bought a Fitbit versa lite and right out of the box it had 56 steps on it. Went to sleep with the Fitbit on my dresser and woke up to more steps over night 🤔. Couldn't reset the steps so I returned it and got the Fitbit versa 2, same thing. Right out of the box, it had 106 steps. Is there a way to reset the steps to zero?
I cannot get my photo to be on my main screen with my stats on my fitbit. New phone but won't thru steps including having a my clock template it is actually Photo II which my wife has the same my clock and has no problem changing the fee clock photo on versa 2
I just got my Versa 2 today. When I scroll up to see my "Today" stats, it only shows me activity, heart rate, and steps. I've tried clicking settings, but it just says "add up to 7 stats.....", but it doesn't offer any other options. My Versa had water intake, food, workouts, weight etc to choose from. I could even add water intake straight from the watch. I contacted Fitbit and they are saying the watch needs 24 hours to collect data and then they will show up, but that doesn't make sense. The watch doesn't need time to collect data on any of those stats. Those are all stats you manually enter. Plus, I noticed when you were scrolling through, it looked like there were more than just the three on yours. Has anyone else experienced this? It's not that the data isn't there, the watch actually isn't even showing the stat icons or anything.
