@@ritaxlol Hi yes this will work on versa 2 & versa 1 even versa lite edition, now since I did the video review of the app on versa 1 it did not make sense to make the same video on versa 2 that's why. FYI I am not the developer of the app.

My issue is on my Versa 2, the button itself is not working. At first, it was intermittently working, now not at all. It’s obvious the button is being pressed , as in it doesn’t feel jammed up & there’s no debris around the button. Soft reset, shutdowns & factory resets haven’t resolved the issue. It’s still in warranty, but I’m assuming it won’t be covered bc I think it’s probably water damage. Any advice for that issue?

Hi, just got my versa 2. I just noticed the left button is not that clicky? I mean like not that clicky like in iphone you can hear a click sound when you press it. Is that normal or should I ask for replacement? Hope you can see. Tyia

Thanks for watching and comment. This happens when you have formated the watch from fitbit account but not the watch itself happens when you sell the watch or giveaway to someone. Solution is see if you can format it from the previously paired phone or device or try pressing the button and holding it for 5 to 10 se and see if that does anything. In that case you can try to attempt long pressing the left hand button until it resets properly & then reset & remove the versa 2 from the mobile app & the web dashboard on the fitbit's website. Hmm guys thats strange. Few of my subscribers who had this issues and were not able to restore approached fitbit directly and they will help if not they will send a replacement so try contacting fitbit and see if they can help. Good luck

Is thier a way to reset a versa three with out the phone it's locked to because the phone my versa three was locked to was factory rested to and not sure how to unlock the versa now

I guess you got it 2nd hand 😉 technically there is nothing that can be done as the previous owner has to remove the passcode and reset it from his fitbit account so it can be paired with another phone, you can try contacting the seller. After an Apple update on my phone today my Versa lite wouldn’t sync. I ended up deleting the app off my phone and reinstalling. That didn’t help. Then I did a factory reset on the watch. Now the watch has a big red X on the screen and says data not cleared sync and try again. Can anybody help? Thanks
Thanks for watching & comment. Can I know which fitbit watch do you have. Ideally an X means that the watch is not completely formatted and it shows X because its not connected to the phone. You want to re establish the connection & try erasing/deleting from the phone. Fitbit Versa 2 didn't use ever since buy around 2.5 year ago, now only turn on with charger, once remover from charger, blank screen / doesn't work at all. push side button doesn't work, if some one know what to Do?

I have done a hard and soft reset and checked the heart rate sensor, which is on and it still doesn't record the heart rate!

Got a versa lite that will not boot up past the fitbit logo . And will not sink the new firmware update , loads up to 100 % then reboots watch and starts again this just repeats.

I have a versa Fitbit 2, It recently stopped showing the green light, showing heartbeat and sleep mode. So I did a factory reset. The watch turned off but did not reboot and now I have nothing on my screen. Help

In that case you can try to reset & remove the versa 2 from the mobile app & the web dashboard on the fitbit website & then attempt the long press the left hand button until it resets properly. Hmm when did you purchase the watch? I have seen other users getting another device by calling fitbit or they recall it to fix it. Try that and see. I always try my best to help out. Thanks for reaching out and checking my videos 👍❤
I found your video helpful. My problem is that my watch won't scroll. I can not get to the settings button. Even soft reboot doesn't allow me to get to the settings. Any other idea?

@@MsRia2u you have to long press the button until the Fitbit logo disappears. Once it's gone let go and hit the button again until it does a long vibrate. Then it's factory reset is done.
Hi Maria. How did you fix it? My watch has the same issue right now.
Press and hold the side button until the screen turns off.
After the screen turns off, you should feel a short vibration.
As soon as you feel the vibration, release the side button and immediately press and hold that button again.
Keep pressing until the Fitbit logo appears and disappears, and then once again immediately release the button and press and hold it until you feel another vibration.
After you feel that vibration, release the side button, this final vibration indicates you started the factory reset for your Fitbit.

@Sashidhar Babu, thanks for watching & comment. Did you delete the watch from the mobile app? As some times if you do that before resetting this error appears. I would say try holding the left side button for about 3mins or so & see if it does a hard reset. Make sure the battery is charged & if the screen is working do a factory reset as shown in the video. I have had 2 fitbits. The first one lasted 1 year, and the second one lasted 2 years. That's BS for a product that cost 200 dollars. I wont but a third. How is the Apple or Samsung watch?

My watch was stuck on Spotify for days..I couldn't reset it because my back button doesn't work.. I went to the app on my phone and deleted the Spotify app and it went back to the watch face.. So I can scroll again but my back button still doesn't work..

It is not working for me. It is stuck on the log blinking on a off with the words in all different languages, "to download app," or something like that and it won't reset or give me the option to go to settings. :(

My Fitbit versa lite was waste of money ,the green light at the back doesn't switch off and drains the battery within an hour ,done every reset and this happened after one and half year of buying ,they are running a scam
