Lets A is an employee working in company X from 01012021 to 01012022 as full time .Same employee A working in company Y from 01042021 to 01122021 with different shift lets assume 8pm to 4 am as full time employee .Then same employee A joined in company Z from 08012022 to 08012023 .Before that employee A was working in company ABC from 01012019 to 01122019 as full time. I have been working there for only 5 months and have already received two PF amount credits. Now that I have received another job offer, should I inform the HR about my previous work experience in two companies? I am not sure if this will create any issues. No dear, opting "in" or "out" of PF is not possible, its not something that company decides, its enforced by the government.

I am in a very tricky situation. I am 2018 passout in Mechanical engineering from a premium institute. Last year i switched to IT sector and join a small company. Later i found put that the work we do is not ethical( perforing final exams of US Students online) and leave that company for that i had some dispute from that company too because this company was not providing any documents not even appointment letter. So i left, but after they gave me almost all documents.
Fast forward 4 monthsi was looking for a job as java developer get an offer, but in bgv previous employer gave negative feedback about everything.
My offer letter was revoked.
Now if i remove that experience i am fresher with 16 months gap from my previous employment and 2018 passout. I see no path what to do next. Having thoughts that my career is over. Please help

I have got relieved from company A on the same day and had to join company B on the same day. Because of this, I have 1 day of service overlapping. I have all the documents of old organization and the resignation mail as well.
If I explain my scenario to a new company HR while recruitment, will they consider it ? since I have the genuine reason and all the documents.

I have joined company1 and absconded from it with in 20 days and joined another company2 but for company1 PF1 account is created with no transactions.
But company1 services dates are overlapping with company2 service start dates and same reflecting in EPF service history.
Will it create issues in background verifications? here I haven't benefited from company1.

Hello mam, I do have 1 question that I worked as a full time employee and also took a freelancing work in some X company now I am looking for a job and new company is asking for Form 26as to check if I have done dual employment or not. So, the question is - For full time employment the tax is deducted under 192 section (for salary only) and for freelancing it is deducted under 194JB section (Meant for "For professional fees, royalty, for sitting member of Board, Non-compete like someone paid me money to not do same business in that area or in same field) so, will it be a problem or considered as dual employment because few companies do consider Freelancing as dual employment. Or can I tell them that I used to take trainings on weekends as a freelancer? or any other reason can I give?

@@rajesha3140 check form 26as and your full time employer details should be under specific code and your freelancing code should be different. If its that so then there is no issue. If both the companies share same code for same time period then it will be considered as dual employment.

It is a very odd situation....dual employment is allowed in other countries.

Hi Mam, In 2017 I had join one company, worked for 5 months. Afterwards I decided to leave as the project was not releted to my skill set. Later I got one more job which is MNC.
So I had ubsconded from my previous company and joined in MNC. Now the issue is the last company last working day is overlapping in currency company DOJ. (That is DOE is 20-02-2017 and DOJ is 06-02-2017)
But I left going to office on 03-02-2017. Since I have absconded they have updated like that. Now, I switched to another company there BGV is failed due to dates overlapping issue. Kindly suggest what needs to be done in this scenario. I am very much worried about this issue, please reply. Thanks in advance.

what if the dual employment wasn't intentional? my previous company released me from work on 6th & released a letter without relieve date. I by mistake considered that date as releasing date and joined another company on 12th. Now my previous employer officially relieved me on 21st. 9 days overlap because my previous org manager misunderstood my request of adjusting paid leaves with utilizing paid leaves as taking leaves during notice period and be a part of the system. then what shall i do? please help.

@@s_daivadnya I escalated it to the CEO of the previous company because it was an unintentional mistake and I immediately highlighted to them the moment I realised. But my manager delayed conveying things to HR, and HR head on top of that was playing around with my career. He is a shrewd, cunning person. I knew that he is not going to help. That's why I escalated HR's behavior and added some proofs. Got the relieving before joining date of new company
Madam, My previous supposed to be onboarding company has found that I had worked for two companies simultaneously for sometime in the past. So they have asked me for an undertaking on a Rs.500/- stamp paper stating that I would not indulge in such type of activity in future. Even then at the time of my onboarding they said that by BGV has not been cleared.

Dear, its true that internship doesn't have PF but there is a compliance form that company fill and shares the information about intern/trainee to the govt.. so I would not encourage doing internship in parallel to your full time job.

you can't work for next 3 years gap with competitor,, I havent seen anyone following this even HR's. 😄 No court allow this neither consider that agreement. You just want to justify HR jobs.
