Sir, In my present company it is a 3rd party company ,for not having projects in their pipeline instead of layoff they are terminating people and they are not providing experience certificate to them,they are providing only termination letter and those employee are in bond period may be someone has 6 months or someone has 1 year .What those employee can do for it.Whether they can get a job outside,if yes then how ?

Now hr is not ready to listen me and they denied to share relieving letter... Need your suggestion on this please

We have to focus on manufacturing sector we have more future... Only thing we have to change in that sector 2 days week off it will be boom like anything in future... Im suggesting new job aspirants search that way also if you get good opportunity then work on manufacturing or product based companies as well.... Yes it will fail in big companies. Same thing happened with me. I left 2 companies in short duration as I didn't like work culture and roles assigned to me. I din't absconded. I left by sending them resignation. Then I got selected in PWC and Cognizant. both places my Background verification got failed. they told I am hiding experience in resume and share the relieving letters for both jobs. But as duration was too short those companies were not ready to give me relieving letters. Currently I am unemployed from past 1.5 years because of this issue
I have two UAN problem and this was created by current company as previous company did not entered exit date. I asked my current HR they mentioned to contact my previous company.
