8:15 the EXACT reason i needed this video lol thank you!
Just got this a couple hours ago, and fucckkkk it's a HUGE upgrade from the crappy Murray push mower that finally died for good😂 Got home, assembled it, put in the oil and gas, then immediately knocked out my overgrown yard😂
Nice!! That's awesome. Congrats on the new mower! I just used mine over the weekend to cut the new sod I put down in my front yard a few weeks ago. Actually just put a video out on it too 😂👍🏻
Love the video brother. Just bought one and this truly helped give me an idea of what to expect. Thank you!
Glad my video was informative! Congrats on the new piece of equipment!
Just got this mower and couldn’t figure out how to lower the handle. Thanks for the video
Glad my video was able to help you out. Congrats on the new piece of equipment!
Geez. Just brought one and will unbox it now fully informed. Great presentation.👁️
Thank you! I appreciate it. Congrats on the new piece of equipment.
Get to the point! You go on and on and talk about nothing!
Toro blade is not sharp when it's brand new. I remove and sharpen/balance. It made a big difference
Bro got putting green grass
Thanks man I just bought a super recycler with this new type handle on it & was hateing it for the fact there wasn't a hight adjustment on it & luckily I just saw you're video showing a lower setting..tys sirr💪🏼.
Awesome! Congrats on the new piece of equipment. Glad my video was able to help you out! I'm sure you'll enjoy the new mower 👍🏻
@@Cpimms thanks man, it's give & take coming from using a 30" timemaster but with new zero-turn my 30" wouldn't fit on my trailer so I sold it & bought the super recycler because of stow n go capability so it'll fit on my 5x8 trailer.
Little mower is fast I'll give it that but few points i didnt like, it comes with bag but no "bagger blade & no discharge chute, I'm still flustered waiting on my discharge chute now 3 weeks. & had to order a bagger blade.. 800$+ mower should come with discharge chute & blade for bagging..js
@@luketamoncannon3795 I totally get where you're coming from forsure. It's the little things that can be the most frustrating sometimes. I already swapped to a different blade as well. So I certainly get that point.
They don't have to sel them in the state it will just mean other states will be supplying gas via Amazon.
I bought the battery version for like $750-$800 last year and can't wait to get rid of it.Toro dropped the ball on this one, the height adjustment is just absurd that adjustment barely does anything especially if you a shorter person. Also one of the front tires just spins off the ground while the other 3 hit the ground. I called toro and they basically said yeah there's nothing we can do about that. Also the price for an 7.5ah battery was $330 ! Its just a bad mower!
Totally get your points. I'm glad I got a gas one before they totally phased out of them here in Cali. I definitely have seen and heard about the wheel issues which is annoying for sure. For my case my mower is always in the lowest setting or right above it so the wheel issue isn't a problem at those heights. The batteries are not cheap by any means that's for sure.
YOU are the bomb smart video. Thank you
Thank you! Glad the video was informative and able to help you out. Appreciate the support! 👍🏻
I’m sorry you live in Cali. Great video
Great video. It's crazy they won't sell it anymore. The electric mowers for a 21" is like 1200. Shit. How will they last if u have a landscape company
Thank you! I appreciate the support! Ya it's crazy how much some of them are. Most of them aren't considered "commercial grade" models either for that price. Batteries aren't cheap either. Definitely glad I picked up this and my McLane when I did that's for sure.
I’d imaging the go out of state and get what the want. I know I sure as hell would😂
I literally just bought one less than a week ago…
@@keshiaknight6589 Nice!! Congrats on the new piece of equipment 👍🏻
@@keshiaknight6589 how u like it
Oil?, gas? Dress the tires? Light kit? Pimp My Mower Edition 😂😂😂
What is the height when it is folded?
Not totally sure. I don't really store it with the handle down. I'm assuming you're referring to using the stow away part? Like when the Handle is folded and you want to store it vertically?
What is the blue handle for? Up & down positions does what?
The Blue Handle next to the motor is the adjustment for bagging clippings or mulching. The down position is for when you're bagging and the up position is for when you want to mulch clippings. There's a flap plug on the inside that blocks the pass through hole for the clippings.
@@Cpimms thanks, I used the mower for the first after I asked the question. I mulch only so I’ll keep the handle up. Nice mower, like it so far. Very light & easy to operate. T I found nothing in the booklet. Lowes has an operator’s manual with table of contents I just saw a little while ago. Toro should have provided a better booklet with mower.
So are you saying if you're not at least 5'11" the handle will seem a bit high and uncomfortable? I'm 5'7"
I wouldn't necessarily say that. However it's one of those things that is definitely personal preference. I think I stumbled across one other video a while ago, and the person was around your height and said it was comfortable for him. I would suggest checking one out in person if possible. That way you can get the idea of how it looks and how it might work for you.
@@Cpimms Okay, Thanks!
Did you like the height of the handlebars < it's like a Harley with ape hangers
Hahaha I hear ya on that! Definitely feels way more comfortable and better in the lowest setting like I mentioned in the video. A little different for sure
.. remove the bumpers completely = lower setting.
@@no-hndle good idea , I did try it. But than the handlebars felt like a jet ski with a foot of movement
No side discharge, hard no for me.
You can get a side discharge piece for it but it's placed in the back where the bag goes and it shoots out that way. But ya it doesn't have the traditional side discharge like the old ones.
@@Cpimms also…. It discharges to the LEFT….. which seems odd to me because every mover i have ever had discharged to the right
2035 is when the law takes full affect my friend in California.
From the articles I've seen, 2035 is for automotive vehicles. They've already started phasing out small engine outdoor equipment this year.
@Cpimms man that awful. I'd go buy something out of state at that piont.
My opinion Toro has been producing poor quality walk behind residential mowers for currant & past 10yrs
I currently own Toro AWD ♻️ Recycler with Briggs & Stratton 163cc Engine I also own Husqvarna 3 in 1 with Honda GVC
160 cc Engine.
Husqvarna is much better performing mower than Toro ..
Toro looks impressive you fight with AWD especially backing up around obstacles…Engine with auto choke on start up is very rough running… I’m going to try replacing carburetor with New 1 to see if it helps ..?
Toro needs to get back engineering better product more so Engine Mfg they use ..!
Years ago they used Tecumseh & Suzuki Engine on their mowers ..
Great Engines of past …
I wished go with Kawasaki or Kohler Engine..
Good informative video..👍🏼
I hear ya on that! I'd say the reliability and build quality of all outdoor equipment across the board has gone down compared to what it used to be. Stuff just isn't built to last anymore. I've heard that people have had issues with the spark plug not being totally snug and also the spark plug boot not fully seated all the way which can cause sputtering. Maybe try that first? Thank you for the support! Much appreciated 👍🏻
I have a 2011 Toro Super Bagger rwd with a Honda motor. Other then having to have the valves adjusted. That mower has been a grass eating beast.
Toro's quality for me who worked at a toro dealer has gone down quite a bit unfortunately.
Yes I agree forsure! Like I mentioned in one of the other comments. It's that way all across the board with all the other brands too. Stuff is not built to last like they used to be
We have the 2021 super 565 .. just blew up the motor ..B&S Warranty pretty much says if you start this engine, you void warranty!
Great video….would never move to California with all their overly Leftist goofy laws….ugh. Sorry about the political rant
Thank you! I appreciate the support.
NYer in Ohio 50/50 is better. get both views but nothing radical
The whole world is nuts, and I want to no part of it i love everyone i don’t need a law to tell me how to be a good person.
Great job. I made a video a few days back for the same reason. I watched a video hack his apert and swear up and down that it was defect unit. I told him he was wrong. Common sense.
Thank you! I appreciate that. Interesting, I think I might have stumbled across that same video too. It's definitely part of their new design for sure. It happens though I know I've done the same thing too.
My video to refer to. I removed my rubber bumpers only to lower my handle down. How is that hacking my new mower apart? Never expressed the mower itself was defective and expressed how much I liked using it beside the lack of handle adjust. You are a confused individual taking bad about someone else.
Honda
And then..........
Oh boy i do not like "Recyclers" or Mulchin mowers, i swap the blades on my toro 21 recycler with bag for high lift or bagging blades they seem to have a wayyyyy nicer even cut. Recycler are not good for costumers most of them dont understand why you just cut the grass and it still looks like crap. Ever since i swap blades costumers are happy againg nicer lawn.
Yes I hear you on that! Your average customer/homeowners don't know the difference and that certain mowers are designed to do different things. I've already switched the blade out as well knowing I wouldn't use a mulching blade. They are fantastic mowers though and have a track record to prove it. That's awesome that you are educating your customers on the differences and you're able to make them confident and happy with their mowers! Good stuff!! 👍🏻
@@Cpimms yeah them mulching blades dont have any suction at all does not vacum hardly any grass.
You’re obviously don’t know how to use it! And mowing in general!
😮 you had a lot of irrelevant things to say
.... It looks nice we bought one today we bought the damn weed eater to go with it
.....😒👉 That thing cuts nice
..... Freakin sweet
.......
😒🫱 I had to go back to a two-cycle though what the f*** is wrong with them and why didn't they make a four cycle or they were unavailable
😏👉 tell me this piece of crap is going to last
It's hard to keep a good running weed eater
Not that I care we have not had this one before
.....😏🫱... I like the lawn mower
But why does their weed eater... stay the same s***
I like 4cycle
It's easier just using gas
.... I hate 2 cycle anything
