thanks for the tips, going to try putting the rosemary oil in my shampoo. I am already using minoxidil. Too bad that helmet is so expensive :D

It’s definitely a hefty sum, but it’s also a one time payment. I’m probably spending $50 on a package of minoxidil foam for the rest of my life 🥵🥵🥵

Thanks for this. I’m having periomenopausal visible hair changes. Trying to make peace with it but the cosmetic tips will help during job interviews. I feel like I at least deserve a cool grey streak in the front if I have to deal with aging!

It’s probably worth a discussion with your doc, there are probably things that can still help in addition to the cosmetics of it.

I think I have two grey hairs at the crown / in the back, so I’m not the best person to answer that.
