Thanks for the video! I have actually one really good tip to share for hair drying :D Take your husbands T-shirt (should be bigger in size) and use that as hair wrap. I found that big heavy towels kept tugging on my hair, especially the front of head. I can notice the same happening here in the video. It is heavy, so it tends to slip backwards, tugging the hair along with it. Using the T-shirt wrap - love that. You basically put your head in from the body opening and then fold it back and make a knot in front of head with T-shirt sleeves. It works sooo well and absorbs the liquid much faster + it is light, so not tugging on hair.
We need more...haircare, skincare of not just our face but for the whole body. Summer is coming up and i believe a lot of us suffer from prickly heat or whatever the heat causes.
I really appreciate that you're always upfront about things like using treatments from your office to treat things. A lot of celebrities will claim that topical products are "all it takes to achieve this healthy glow" when of course they are also getting regular facials and treatments that dramatically effect their skin, which are things that regular people don't always have the money for or access too. It sets realistic standards and I appreciate your honesty. I also really appreciate that you mentioned the pink tax because omg...that thing haunts me every time I have to buy something as simple as underwear!
My hair loss started last April. I went to different doctors. My PCP, Dermatologist, and Endocrinologist. I was told that the problem could be due to the stress or diet but my endocrinologist confirmed that I have Overactive Thyroid. I started to take a pills and my hair loss stopped! Ladies if you are expressing hair loss please check your thyroid

@sofia marcos I just started on Minoxidil 2 weeks ago and I’m shedding like crazy! I’m not worried. I’ve been on Minoxidil liquid plus Rogaine foam and I had a lot of shedding then. I also had phenomenal new hair growth. My biggest mistake was stopping! It’s truly a lifelong commitment...just like my daily Finasteride 5mg tablet. Good luck and don’t let fear hold you back. As you can see...not everybody sheds.😉
I think we need a full video on rogaine please. Why does the packaging say not for women? How often should it be used? Will I need to use it forever? Would generic work just as well? Helppp 😭
1. Pink tax. You can use for women. 2. Every day. Says twice a day, but you can just use once a day and use the same amount. 3. Yes. If you quit using it, your hair loss will go back to the way it was before using. 4. Yes, generic is great! Use the store brand or one from Costco. They have the same active ingredient.
The FDA has approved 5% topical minoxidil for men, but only 2% for women (no idea why). Perhaps for those reasons the packaging has to say "not for women," but women can absolutely use the mens version.
Dr Shereene İdriss, could you do a update on your hair loss and hair loss routine? Looking back what products worked and what made it worse? Thanks a lot. NHEBBEK. ❤️
You should get a Dyson hairdryer, it really helped my hair to get healthier and not break it dries so fast it’s amazing! It’s a little pricy but it’s worth it! Love the video! ❤️😉
Thank you so much for discussing this topic 🙏! (I was actually one of the followers who requested this topic). Have been struggling with hair loss for years. It’s caused many tears, frustration and stress. So first, sorry you also had this stressful experience and I’m happy that it’s getting better! I actually recently discovered PRP exists and looked into scheduling an appointed yesterday! Would love to hear more about your experience with it. It’s difficult to find information apart from the promotional before and after photos.
Same here thinking about PRP too! But would love to learn more about it as well. Especially from a reliable source since that is quite tricky to be honest. I’m glad it helped you a lot Shereene : )
Thank you 🙏🏼 so much for making this video, I felt like I was the one sharing my struggles. You described my situation to a T! I have been trying Monat but I’m not sure it’s doing anything, I will give your suggestions a shot. Please make this a regular topic, there are many of us who need your professional guidance. I hope you feel 💯 soon, will keep you in my prayers!
I tend to stay away from 10+ minute videos, especially if I have never seen a video from that creator; but something about you made me stay. You are so calm and explain things very well, and are not shy to show your morning face. I'm definitely subscribing.
This is so so useful and thank you so much for the transparency! I'm 23 and recently lost almost 50-60% of my hair when I went off my hormonal birth control pill and also started oral isotretinoin (accutane) treatment. Honestly the accutane transformed both my skin and my mental health but I have to say the hair loss was tough. In hindsight I wish someone would advise me not to go off the pill at the same time; it was a big shock to my body which triggered the hair loss. Thank you so much for the tips and it's nice to see someone understand how hard it can be when you're losing hair
So glad you shared this! I’ve always had fine/thin hair and then I lost a ton of it after Covid and I’ve had the hardest time with it. This is super helpful. Thank you!❤️
I've always had thin and fine hair, but since having had COVID last year I've also lost a lot of it in the same area that you did! I'm placing orders today for some of these products to help. Thanks for sharing your experience and routine!
Omg, how did I miss this video? First of all, thank you for being so transparent and real about your hair loss. I was recently diagnosed with LPP and it’s hitting me hard. My derm thinks that I came to him at the end. What I did not share was that I changed my diet, removed stress or try hard to and I have done 1 treatment of LPP and I also do light. I believe one or both or everything is helping. Some of my front and temple will not grow back bc it’s scarred. And yes, wearing a ponytail now I tend to be self conscious. Thank goodness I had a ton of hair to begin with, so it still looks plentiful, but I know it’s not the same. I did try rogaine before, but stopped. I like how you use it and will try again along with all that I am already doing. Thanks again Dr Idriss! It was funny seeing your hubby apply his rogaine, maybe you should tell him he can grow hair in places he doesn’t want if he continues. 🤣
Please make a vid on premature graying! I read somewhere that stress can be catalyst for premature graying ( along side genetics) and that de-stressing makes the grey hair go back to the original hair color?!🤯
Thank you for all the recommendations. I don’t have a hair loss from the root problem, but rather a bad breakage problem. It sounds like some of your suggestions may help. I appreciate you sharing what’s worked for your hair. Your hair looks great, so you’re a good example for the products you suggested.
As someone with Graves disease (autoimmune disorder that attacks the thyroid), I have dealt with a LOT of excess hair fall, including after surgery & having my hormones regulated. This won't be the case for everyone, of course, but PLEASE if anyone is dealing with excessive shedding, please try cutting out synthetic fragrances and colors, as well as methylchoroisothiazolinone & methylisothiazoline (aka "itchy M' s , which are a specific type of preservative). These are common irritants that can cause irritation & inflammation, which can lead to folliculitis and/or hair loss. I went from losing a handful of hair every wash day to less than a ping pong ball sized amount. It took me YEARS of tracking ingredients to figure out what was causing this. I hope this helps someone
What shampoo are you using? And how often are you washing your hair? I lose fistfuls of hair. I hate washing my hair because what comes off my head is very scary! I literally cry in the shower. The loss of hair started many years ago and has not slowed down.
Thanks for sharing. No one I know is sharing their experience with covid and everyone acts as if it’s no big deal. It has been difficult with zero support, so thank you.
I'd love to see a video about foods/ food trends that are supposed to be "healthier" for you & improve your skin. Such as celery water, does it really work? Does water really make a difference/how much? Etc
I wondered about Latisse for hair growth! I bought Bimatoprost from All Day Chemist for a fraction of the price of Latisse, but stopped using it for my eye lashes because I learned that it can cause thinning of eyelids. I’ll try it on my scalp.
I like that you’re using mens rogaine since the box says it’s not meant for women, but you said if it’s good enough for men it’s good enough for me! Thank you, I bought the box but I haven’t used it because it says for men but now I’ll definitely give it a try
This is Karla (not Dave) I just wanted to tell you that you are an amazing person for sharing all of your medical knowledge with us. Thank you so much! It’s because of you that I started to use sunscreen at this stage of my life (63). Better late than never I guess. I have learned so much from your straight forward down to earth explanations so again, thank you!
Thank you so much for making this video. I am experiencing hair loss right now after having covid and it feels good to know that others are/have gone through the same thing. It is very traumatizing and I feel so seen. Thank you
It s interesting how you choose brush with metal bristles. It's been forever available on market but most of people use plastic brushes.I have long hair a healthy one and I love brushes made of red wood or metal.
Those glasses really suit you Dr Idriss! I don't wash my hair every day, every second day, that seems okay. BTW, always wearing a pony tail might be part of the problem, it is pulling your hair.
Thank you to Harper's Bazaar for bringing this channel in my feed! I haven't taken care about my skin and hair the way I should have, but recently I began thinking about it. Now I am on way to learn about how to do everything correctly. I already watched a few of Dr. Idriss's videos and I already learned a lot! Thank you so much for doing this! P.S. I love the hairdryer! I need it for myself! :)
Friendly tip for you that I do. Don't wear a heavy towel on your wet head because that puts too much pressure on the front of the scalp. Also I wear a butterfly clip on top of my head to relieve the pressure of the weight of my hair when I sleep or knocking around the house. Love your vids!
This is a great suggestion. I heard the hairstylist, Brad Mondo, also say this on TH-cam. I switched to a microfiber towel and stopped wrapping it like she does and my hair started growing in thicker around my temples and at my hairline.
Dr Idriss, thank you! I always learn a little bit, breathe a sigh of relief and validation a little bit (and sometimes have an oops/might want to make a little change moment) from your videos.
A tip: Put your hair up in a cotton T-shirt instead of that heavy towel. It dries the hair faster, and it's more lightweight on the head..so there will be less tension on the hairline while wearing it in a turban :)
can you please do a more in dept video about rogaine and whether or not it actually has any side effects? I’ve read a lot and i’m still a little confused :)
I‘ve been using it now for one year and my experience so far is very good. The first months my skin on my head got very itchy, but it got better after a few months. But one side effect that stayed is excessive hair growth on my face.
Thank you so much for shedding light on Covid hair loss! 🙌🏻 I got Covid in late July of 2021 and a month or so after I thought I was losing my mind because my hair was falling out in globs. Finally a month later or so my cousin who is a hair dresser told me that it’s most likely due to Covid and she’s had a lot of clients experiencing it. It’s been so traumatizing. I can say I’ve lost half my head of hair. It’s Jan of 2022 and I think it’s finally calming down.
Omg, Thank you for this video. I wish i had been able to comment on this earlier. I have so many questions. LIke if you experience any dryness on your hair from using rogaine. I literally don't see or hear about anyone talking about rogaine related hair dryness. I just figured it must be because people with long hair just didn't use rogaine. I do have long, fairly thick hair, and have been using rogaine on my scalp, off and on since my mid 20's, to help with hair loss I had already experienced as well as for hair loss prevention from my inevitable genetics. I am now into my late 30's, and I love the results when I have been able to maintain about 2 - 3 months of fairly consistent use. The only negative side effect for me is the drying out and brittle effect of the hair that it comes in contact with. I already have dry and damaged hair, so this keeps me from actual continuous use of the product. Do you have this experience or hear about this effect with others? Do you have any suggestions to combat this? I don't mention it to anyone anymore, because for some reason I seem to get negative feedback. mainly they judge me and don't see any visible signs of hair loss, so they think it's weird that I'm using this product. But I know about my hair loss and when it occurred - plus I'm trying to be proactive in the most evidence based way possible - that I can afford. I actually think it's funny, because the same people that think it's weird that I am using rogaine, inevitably always end up suggesting some natural remedy they read on the internet, like rubbing essential oils on my scalp, as a better alternative. Uh........no. For so many reasons. I am so thankful that you shared your hair loss experience, and show using rogaine in your routine, among other things. I Know that must have been a difficult topic to share openly. I admire that.
Thanks for sharing your story, as a dermatologist you should know Rogain and Latisse is a temporary fix, latisse stops working after a while for me it took 1 year (or when you stop using it) and things went downhill from there, as for the Rogain, I know from other people WHEN you stop using it your hair will go to it's original state, don't know before covid or after. Just make this clear to your viewers. Glad you're feeling better and you got your hair back. There are many products that work for hair loss or shedding.
@@cg4274 Hi there, I can only recommend for things that work for me, first you will need a good shampoo and conditioner, I use two products, 1) from the Ordinary - Multi-Peptide Serum for hair density (cost 17.80$) takes a while but,. I did see results and for the 2nd thing that worked for me is Dr. Wilson’s Hair, Skin & Nails Plus Formula® Supplements (USA product) $35.06, this is good for me because I have a thyroid issue and I don't want to mess with that. Again, these products worked for me, as per my personal opinion. Have a nice day!
This is what I do too! I have a mix of curly/wavy/almost straight hairs (it ends up looking wavy to curly, but when you look closely it’s super obvious) so it tangles easily. I’ve never had worse hair than when I used to brush or comb it dry
It would be interesting to hear more about ingredients, not just the specific products (since they might not be available everywhere or might be super expensive in other countries). Like, why is Rogaine good? But interesting video, just not as clarifying as your skincare videos tend to be. A lot of products too, so, hard to know what to take from it.
Between Stress, Covid, & Grief, I've lost SO much hair! I'm about to start Accutane for the 3rd time because my face makes me never want to leave the house! I remember how much hair loss I had when on it both times before!!! Do you recommend anything to your accutane patients for preventing further hair loss?! Thank you for your time & support! 💜
Try red light therapy for severe acne. Wonderful results. Lots of good info on the technology is out there. Over 4000 peer reviewed studies. Best of luck.
I have thick dry hair. I experience alot of shedding...not technically hair loss in specific places but it will break. I gifted myself a silk hair bonnet for Christmas and feel like that has helped. My haircare routine is similar to yours...products are different but the same type.
Can you please do a video dedicated to Rogaine? I have medium hair length and I feel like it dries out my hair, especially if I use it twice a day, as directed. I try applicating it to the scalp directly, but it still ends up covering the shafts of my hair and when it dries, it leaves my hair feeling clumpy and I feel it makes it prone to breakage. Any advice on how to go about that? I really struggle with committing to it, due to the fact that it makes my hair not manageable at all :(
I could be wrong but I got the impression that she only uses the Rogaine the nights before she washes her hair. She applies it at night and then washes it out the next day. That same night she follows with that heavy conditioner that she also leaves in overnight.
@@mitze888 that’s what I thought too, but I think you have to use it everyday for men... I tried twice a day it was not working at all- messed up my hair texture and dried it up miserably.. Trying to do the foam nightly now, and shower in the morning with a leave in conditioner to make up for hydration and resilience. Hope this works!
This is the first video I have ever seen from you. Your hair is beautiful and you have a great sense of humor! Your video was very helpful - thank you!
i always seem to genuinely laugh out loud when watching you cause you're so hilarious! the rundown of prices for the men & women's rogaine products and the toilet comment was freaking hilarious lmao
You are the best of the best! Everyone loves you and your advice. Thank you for always being so raw and honest💕 Hair loss is one of the hottest topics these days. We are all experiencing it in some way. Loves the video and tips🌈
I massage my scalp with a mix of oils and leave it overnight( an Indian recipe}. I do not use chemical hair dyes and dye with henna and indigo. plus do amla powder masks. My hair is getting so much better . Rogaine can make you hairier look out.
Great info! Colleen Rothchilds restorative mask (which I use as a conditioner) is amazing. I’ve also heard it’s best to brush out dry hair starting at ends and work way up to scalp to be kinder to hair strands 😬
I loove your very honest skin/hair routine. No useless/unreal acessories we see in celebreties videos, such as gold, fancy rings and bracialects, necklaces, loose hairs while I'm washing my face ( I mean, probably if I would be reach I'll do it, but I'm not). My hair are very similar to yours! They become exactly the same colour during the summer and me too I don't love hairdresser...
Thank you so much for sharing! 2020 wrecked havoc on my hair and I lost so much hair. I'm pretty sure it was stress, but now the too of my hair is so thin. Going to try some of these products for sure. I'm also looking into PRP treatments now. Would love a video on it if you haven't already filmed one. Thank you! ❤😊
Thanks for all the info. Have to say that I'm surprised by the use of what looks like a terry cloth towel. It seems that a lighterweight, more efficient drying material (especially microfiber, bamboo-based, or 100% cotton) is believed to be more healthy for hair. These materials are said to dry hair quicker and put less strain on the wet hair that is very elastic and prone to damage while wet.
(If I remember well) In another video, you mentioned that dermatology focuses not just on the skin, but also hair. Would it be possible to have a video on dandruff/itchy scalps, please? Thank you, on behalf of the sensitive skins/people/souls.
I have Alopecia (not sure which type. 12 dermatologists could not quite diagnose it), and used minoxidil for years. No one told me that, if I stopped using it, I'd lose more hair until a Walmart pharmacist did so. And I did, in fact, lose more hair after quitting it. I eventually shaved my hair and learned to accept my Alopecia since there's no real cure. I'd love for you to speak about Alopecia, Shereene. There isn't much awareness about it out there, yet it's growing more common.
I got a bottle of the Grande Shampoo after watching this video - I like it very much!. Less shedding, and my hair feels fuller. I have been using Grande mascara for several years (and their lash primer) and it's a favorite. Thanks, Doc!
Yes, Please make a PRP video, I'm trying to decide if it is worth trying. Love your channel.....Thanks for taking the time to make these videos to educate us.....Vicki
I've lost so much hair since I had Covid last March. A few months after I developed Pityriasis Rosea which lasted for for 6 months. I have ordered some of the things you suggested for hair loss. 🤞🏻
Women's Rogaine costs more????? OMG, I wish I would have know this years ago ... could have saved myself a ton of money. I just checked prices on Amazon and you are correct. Thank you so much for this eye-opening (and future money-saving) information! PS. You might want to try the Colleen Rothchild Quench & Shine Restorative Mask, if you haven't already. It makes my fine, thin, dry-ish, old-lady hair, soft and super shiny. I've never tried something that works so well.
Hi, Doc! From what I've read, the hair loss post-Covid is due to telogen effluvium and is supposed to be temporary. As such, will you be stopping your minoxidil routine at some point?
Yes!! Love that hair dryer. I have the revlon one that looks identical. I think it’s made in mass somewhere and companies just slap their own label on it. Takes me 10 mins to dry my curly hair.
Thank you so much for this video! Dr. Idriss, would you address some questions about the rogaine? Specifically, do you plan on using it forever (as suggested)? Did it increase hairgrowth on face or anywhere else on the body? How often do you put it on? Did you have the initial shed and, if so, for how long? Does it "travel" to the front of your face? Should we be concerned when washing the hair (the rogaine traveling down the body)? Silly question. :-) Many thanks for your transparency - very much appreciated!!!!
Hey, I’m just a rando but I saw your questions and figured I’d answer them as I have used Rogaine just like Dr. Idriss has for months. Yes, I plan on using it forever. No, it didn’t increase hair growth anywhere except where I put it on my scalp/hair line. I put it on every night. Didn’t notice any shedding when I started using it. It doesn’t travel to your face and no, shampooing it out the day after does nothing of concern when traveling down my body.
@@miniciominiciominicio Thank you so much! I just came back to see if any answers were posted and yours was here. Really appreciate it! Did it help you regrow or stop shedding?
I found it really helps to use a microfibre hair wrap or even a microfibre towels instead of a regular towel. It’s not as heavy so there’s less breakage at the forehead, plus it’s supposed to help it dryer better and prevent breakage throughout

Same here thinking about PRP too! But would love to learn more about it as well. Especially from a reliable source since that is quite tricky to be honest. I’m glad it helped you a lot Shereene : )
Will do

Thank you 🙏🏼 so much for making this video, I felt like I was the one sharing my struggles. You described my situation to a T! I have been trying Monat but I’m not sure it’s doing anything, I will give your suggestions a shot. Please make this a regular topic, there are many of us who need your professional guidance. I hope you feel 💯 soon, will keep you in my prayers!
@@shereeneidriss Thank you!
I tend to stay away from 10+ minute videos, especially if I have never seen a video from that creator; but something about you made me stay. You are so calm and explain things very well, and are not shy to show your morning face. I'm definitely subscribing.
Thank you for being so real and transparent. I am losing hair due to menopause and I found this video very helpful.
A literal “woke-up-like-this” moment.
She's so stunning it's almost unfair
This is so so useful and thank you so much for the transparency! I'm 23 and recently lost almost 50-60% of my hair when I went off my hormonal birth control pill and also started oral isotretinoin (accutane) treatment. Honestly the accutane transformed both my skin and my mental health but I have to say the hair loss was tough. In hindsight I wish someone would advise me not to go off the pill at the same time; it was a big shock to my body which triggered the hair loss. Thank you so much for the tips and it's nice to see someone understand how hard it can be when you're losing hair
Love this!!! I would love a detailed video on PRP for hair loss one day. Thanks for always being so transparent and thorough!!!
Thanks for sharing your experience and routine!
have you tried vitamins d as well ? Lack of vitamin d create loss of hair
Thank you! I have lost hair at the front of my hairline. I am learning so much from your honest videos.
❤️🙌❤️🙌❤️🙌
Idk much about this but I've had like about 5 strands of white hair I pulled that went black, white, brown, black again! Then white again!
I need this too
It also can be genetic, ask ur mom or dad when they went grey.
@@doeeyes2 yes mines genetic :(
You can check out a channel called Green beauty. She did a series on gray hair.

Praying for you and yes! I can’t wait for you to try it ❤️
I wish you a speedy return to good health x
Yes please talk about the PRP treatment and steroid treatment for hair loss, that would be super helpful @shereene
Etc
No it doesn't.
Love how candid you are.
I’d love to hear your thoughts about ingrown hair throughout the various parts of the body.
This is Karla (not Dave) I just wanted to tell you that you are an amazing person for sharing all of your medical knowledge with us. Thank you so much! Sheila Stotts is amazing! Perfect for detangling...moms of little ones with long hair that tangles easily... this brush has been a Game changer.
Thank you so much for making this video. I am experiencing hair loss right now after having covid and it feels good to know that others are/have gone through the same thing. It is very traumatizing and I feel so seen. Thank you

Omg we asked and you delivered. Love you.!!

thank you so much !
Can you please talk about *How to care for HANDS* ? especially dryness and darkness.
I used to wear men’s cologne too. I still do sometimes. I loved wearing Giorgio Armani acqua di gio, back in the day.
Coul you please do an updated version of your hair care routine? :)
A tip: Put your hair up in a cotton T-shirt instead of that heavy towel. It dries the hair faster, and it's more lightweight on the head..so there will be less tension on the hairline while wearing it in a turban :)
Girl I need to know where those PJs came from. Look SO comfy!
They look like Desmond and Dempsey or maybe Olivia Von Halle.
Larissa for a tiny bit of the scalp !! Genius !
can you please do a more in dept video about rogaine and whether or not it actually has any side effects? I’ve read a lot and i’m still a little confused :)
also do i need to continue using rogaine for the rest of my life? ps. i’m experiencing androgenic alopecia (from pcos)
good question- it can make women hairy in places we dont want.
I've read it only works if you have Hereditary hair loss, (rather than stress-induced etc), but...! I trust shereene
I‘ve been using it now for one year and my experience so far is very good. The first months my skin on my head got very itchy, but it got better after a few months. But one side effect that stayed is excessive hair growth on my face.
I wonder about this as well!:(
You are so real. I love it. I normally don’t comment on people videos but I gotta say it. Thanks for all the knowledge you share with us.
Woohoo a hair series 🙏
Thanks for sharing your story, as a dermatologist you should know Rogain and Latisse is a temporary fix, latisse stops working after a while for me it took 1 year (or when you stop using it) and things went downhill from there, as for the Rogain, I know from other people WHEN you stop using it your hair will go to it's original state, don't know before covid or after. Just make this clear to your viewers. Glad you're feeling better and you got your hair back. There are many products that work for hair loss or shedding.
Hi there...could you recommend me some products for hair loss

@@cg4274 You're welcome

Game changer to prevent breakage: use wideish tooth comb in shower after conditioning. Never comb dry hair!
I just love your authenticity. Your videos are always extremely informative and honest.
Thank you Dr Shereene ❤
I have thick dry hair. I experience alot of shedding...not technically hair loss in specific places but it will break. I gifted myself a silk hair bonnet for Christmas and feel like that has helped. My haircare routine is similar to yours...products are different but the same type.
I can't find a bonnet that will stay on my head. I've tried over 15 already 😭
Could you do a video on types of hair? Particularly oily scalp. There is so not enough information on how to treat or better oily scalp! please!
I really struggle with committing to it, due to the fact that it makes my hair not manageable at all :(
Yes I would like to know too!
Use the once a day foam.
@@Evenfall19 Good to know! Let me know how the foam works. I'm scared to try it!

Hair loss is one of the hottest topics these days. We are all experiencing it in some way. Loves the video and tips🌈
Yay for normalizing hair loss and it's treatment!
Thank you! ❤😊
Best derm TH-cam channel. Hands down. Thank you
Thanks so much for your videos!!! Could you please consider doing one on eyebrows? What to use to help them grow (and stay 😁)
The scalp is considered part of your face skin, hence why dermatologist also treat that as well as nails 😉
Hope you get completely well soon ☀️
I got a bottle of the Grande Shampoo after watching this video - I like it very much!. Less shedding, and my hair feels fuller. I have been using Grande mascara for several years (and their lash primer) and it's a favorite. Thanks, Doc!
Love all the details you shared. My scalp is so oily that if I did all of this to my hair, I would need to wash it again.
Me too
Yes, Please make a PRP video, I'm trying to decide if it is worth trying.
I would love to know how many PRP sessions you had before you saw any improvement.
My sister always had the thickest hair ever but Covid did cause some hair loss for her but its now coming back. Your hair looks fabulous
Many thanks for your transparency - very much appreciated!!!!
