Great video! Yeah im considering these since the main reason i wanted the p1000s was for the haptic motor and these p500 are compatible with the haptic😊 much more reasonable in price for me
I have the Alpha Mini, and its great! I need to find a full Simmagic setup so I can occasionally play on the Playstation as well. These pedals might do the trick, though, i'd ultimately love the P1000's!
Are the P500's an upgrade over thrustmaster tlcm? I'm raking my brain on youtube reviews trying to figure out what to get. Dont' have a huge budget . Don't want a really really soft pedal but like something that will last a while. Wanting to convert to simagic eco system as well
I'm currently getting my first sim setup (alpha mini + neo gt) and was wondering if those pedals were better than for example the Moza SRP (with the spring kit) or the Fanatec Elite V2. Heard mixed opinions about the P500 (particularly the brake). Does someone got expierience with those entry loadcell pedals and can maybe recommend one or the other?
On PC yes, as in they'd connect directly to your PC so you can use any pedal set, but they won't connect to your wheel base directly, and you'd need to run both the Moza Pit House and Simagic Sim Pro software, which is no drama.
@@player1simgear perfect mate! Yess indeed no worries there because that is currently how I run it, pit house/Simpro with the occasional SimHub if I’m feeling Spunky!
I hate how all of the high end sim rig pedals are super tall, I have really small feet and need something shorter like the P500’s but want the P1000 performance
These are a good compromise tbh, the other way to go would be a custom heel plate for the P1000s maybe? The Heusinkveld Sprints are a good option too that aren't too tall.
What do you think? Will these new P500's help you make the jump into the Simagic eco System?
Already in the simagic ecosystem thanks to player1.. 👍🏻
@@matthewbeale8570 yep likewise, hopefully these new pedals enable more people to jump in too!
@@player1simgearmaking my entry into sim racing and planing on alpha mini+gt1 wheel and p1000.
@@alexandrejev6590 awesome choice. That setup will scale well for you too as you get more experience.

do i need a control box to install the haptic reactors to the p500's?

Great review mate
@@Brett-604 thanks mate!
What do you know about this new shaft with extra pin contacts they had in this new RGB 12nm wheelbase?
Jumped from Fanatec to Simagic about 3 months ago. P1000's with the hydraulic brake and haptic motors on the throttle and brake are no comparison.
Would you say that haptic on the throttle is a musthave?
@@JoshuaVilca12 I like it when it comes to wheel slip and traction control. If you're only going to use one though. Use it for the brake.
@@slider9162 I'd agree - brake is the priority, it does depend on the car too - if you run a car with TC, the throttle haptics add a lot there.
Yep, couldn't agree more!
Cant wait to see what the cheaper Simagic shifter will look like . . . . 😉
They look like a great entry point load cell pedal set
Absolutely, really good to see Simagic plugging this gap in their lineup.
Wow nice! Floor mounted yet with the features
@@asSIMuNation yeah that's a really nice touch.
are these a lot better than the SR-P pedals?

Is the P500 pedal recognized by the sigma converter and available on ps5?

haha watch this space!
Are these pedals compatible with a Moza Base? I have the R5 with a Simagic GTneo atm

Omg, they're Logitech G-Pro pedals....or rather, heavily inspired, lol.
I thought the same 😂
Yep definitely a similar vibe for sure!
Agreed!
I expected way more people (and reviewers) to pick up on that.
I don’t feel that is necessarily a bad thing though.
Hmm
