Can’t get enough of this channel. I’m not planning to buy these pedals yet it’s such a pleasure watching your videos. Thank you for all the information you provide.
The hydraulic brake system and haptic pedals are my next upgrades for the p1000s. Regarding the haptic feedback motors they've stated wheel lockups for non-ABS cars is working internally and will hopefully release to the public soon enough. Thanks for the video!
I think the problem of loosing pedal measurement was solved actually by using only the stiffiest elastomers (red ones) with the aluminium spacers. The original brake have the gray and black ones that are actually made of rubber and have greater deformation, causing that drop on the pedal measurement. Maybe using only elastomers on the original brakes (blue and red ones) will almost solve the issue without the need to upgrade to hydraulics only for that problem.
Thank you for the great review! You delivered it pretty fast. Now you made me get rid of around 1000 euro and a Fana CSP v3 with Sim3D rumble kit... 😂 I chose the inverted version just because of your words. With haptic and hydraulic kit, of course. 😊 Can't wait to put my feet on it!
installed these add ons yesterday....a whoooole new experience with the hydraulic 😮 i was so much consistent and felt more in control and the rumble changed everything, i was not expecting them to be so strong. Love the P1000s hopefully they do come out with a damper or a stronger spring for the throttle 🙌
I read on a Facebook post that you can use one of the included clutch springs to replace the throttle spring- apparently the clutch springs also fit. So you may be able to make your throttle a little stiffer this way. If you read this and try it, can you report back?
@@anticalgary I’m personally very happy with the stiffness of the original spring which gives me enough resistance to control smoothly my inputs but i can try that to see how it feels at some point and report 🤛
These are my favorite pedals so far! I have p1000 that I inverted myself with out spending extra at simagic but I have a simlabs inverted bracket I’ve had for years! I have the haptic motor on the brake, probably buy one for the gas next, hydraulic brake upgrade is on the way already, and preordered simagic hydraulic damper kit for the throttle $139.99 due February! I’ve owned all these pedals listed below and these simagic p1000 are definitely number 1 Logitech g29 pedals Thrustmaster-every single set I owned Fanatec csl elite Fanatec v3 Heusinkveld sprint 3pedal set Simagic p1000 3 pedal set
Sweet. I have been looking at the 2 pedal invented set up with Hydraulic system. I run my Sprints at 45KG as I have a bad back with a few disc replaced so running lower helps a ton. What are the spec on the KG ranges? Still affordable for what they offer. Amazing inverted pedals looks more realistic and wow hydraulics that price.
Have put down a pre order on the hydralic kit and Will arrive next week! I can’t wait to try it out✌️ i like that you show What you use for rubbers and combination for someone new to this like me👍
Have been waiting for the hydraulic review since you first tested the P1000s - thanks! Just ordered P1000i RS (inverted with hydraulic already installed) with 2 x haptic :D Haven't been this excited for a while!
I am driving this combo since 10 days now. Coming from HE Sprint pedals. You have reasons to be excited. Inverted pedals are the key anyway and the hydraulic kit is a huge improvement over stock.
Thanks a lot for your review ! I've got the Sprint and i'm hesitating bout the same change as you, can you tell me more now that 2 months have passed ? :D Thanks@@Josey2crazy4u
I made myself a hydraulic brake mod on my g29 pedals but I had the issue of pressure decreasing for a certain amount of time. I was thinking about everything what the issue could be and the solution was removing the rubbers and just push the cylinder against a metal piece. It's not the greatest because apart from a small deadzone it's like pushing a brick not a pedal but the pressure is always consistent at least. Now your video helped me what was the actual reason and how it could be solved properly. Thanks you so much.
I don't know if you know this you can get a mod kit for the g920 maybe they do one for your pedals.have a great day and all the best to you and your family
I have Heusinkvelt Sprint pedals, do you thing those hidraulick would be a real upgrade? Also I want to congrats you for been over 6k IR in to different categories in iRacing, we know how hard is achieve 4k in one, imagine in two different ones. Well done man, I really apreciate all your efforts.
In terms of feeling I know few friends who moved from sprints to those and most felt it as upgrade and some considered it as small improvement! For me the biggest upgrade is the haptic motors which can be attached to the sprints as well and if you don’t way to risk it and change pedals completely, I definitely recommend to try at least haptics for the ABS which makes huge difference in iRacing for me 🤛
mine is on the way u sold me on these on the last video! i got the haptics upgrade but not hydraulic maybe that will be my next update! thanks for the amazing content keep it up
first cool Chanel. Also just build my rig new on or now nen real ;) Since I unfortunately not on the Sim Expo sheep I wanted to skim times your wealth of experience :) Short on the subject of monitor and brake. Have a 34 inch but would like 3 pieces. Are 32 inches and wqhd enough? Brake asetek invicta or the P1000? Since my DC pedals unfortunately the sensor is defective and the company does not help me to procure replacement
Been watching your videos on the P1000 pedals, and between that and really not being happy with elastomer setups (HE Ultimate+ on my rig now) I am seriously debating going this route. I like the idea of the inverted pedals and the ease of adjustment. I think my biggest problem is I came to sim racing from doing HPDE/track days in real life and I am constantly trying to find what can get me the closest to a road car/TCR brake feel. I also do more rally than circuit so I like a lot of pedal travel.
Exactly same as you, coming from trackdays etc and I don't really like the feeling of my HE Sprint and all the pedals I had before, always too hard and the pedal travel is too short, have you tried the simagic ? Thank you
Did you end up buying something that satisfied you? I’m in a similar boat, after real life track use, my T-LCMs feel like they got no travel and all the trail braking happens at a super limited window when higher pressure is applied whereas it’s natural irl
Great video - yet again (always a pleasure to watch). This sounds like a great bit of kit and definitely on the shopping list. One question though, you never have affiliate/Patreon links. Is there a reason for this? The only reason I ask, is that your content is always top-draw, and your recommendations are the ones I listen to the most. So, when I do purchase something in this sector, I'd really like to support you (in some small way).
Ive been looking to buy a seat, and funny enough ive been looking to choose between the mirco rs1 (or rs2) and sabelt gt-pad😂 The mirco looks better and is cheaper but its a very small company with not much about them online. So seeing you ditched the mirco for the sabelt, what do you think? Also, wayy too few people talking about their seats lol
Mirco RS1 remains my favorite seat ever with the price and quality and I will probably go back for RS7 at some point! This company is running there business very quaint and only GSI performs racing part sealers are really pushing there products which In my opinion are absolutely amazing for the money and all the extra staff we can do to personalize each seat ! GT-pad is nice seat but is mostly built for special racing needs and I guess is ok for the price but is not the most comfortable seat I ever had !
I really hope simagic releases a hydraulic mod for the accelerator to be the same as on the p2000s! From what I’ve heard it’s the nicest accelerator on any pedal set and the only thing stopping me from buying these p1000s
@@siniyden No car has hydraulic accelerator actuation that I’m aware of. The P2000 pedals have a specially designed hydraulic piston gas strut combination with a one way adjustable damping knob. Effectively it acts the same as a regular throttle spring but with adjustable damping on the depression stroke. It means you can adjust the damping to control the speed at which the pedal goes down without changing the overall resistance. At that point It’s not about trying to mimic a real race car as much as it is trying to provide you with some advantage in throttle control. Many high end pedals including The heusinkveld ultimates also have a one-way hydraulic damper on the throttle pedal to supplement the standard spring but it lacks some of the smoothness and adjustability of the simagic one. Honestly I don’t know if some race cars do have a hydraulic damper on the throttle but it would make sense if they do.
Great review. I have the exact same pedal setup in every way. It's wonderful. I went 4 blue, and 4 red with a gold spacer in between them for my hydraulic brake.
Hi! I have a question you can hopefully answer. How did you insert the brake stack at 2:18 into the cylinder? I have the P1000i hydraulic, but if I attempt to include the travel restrictors (and even with just elastomers) the stack just collapses immediately when I tilt it even slightly. There's no way I can insert the stack like you have into the cylinder. Do you have a trick for this? Absolutely love the storytelling, cinematography and color grading by the way!
Oh bro, now you mentioned that, I remember they collapsed in my first try on the table and I waist like 5 minutes to find all the pieces around my room 🙈 Then I just kept them straight and move the entire pedal set to make the barrel straight and never thought about that again as it was easy to do that on the table. Now you said that, if I have to do it on the rig I must think to put some sticky material in between to make it possible! That sucks 🙈
@@chepilevski Thank you for the reply! I am considering looking for something to make them stick without glueing them together as I don't want to remove my pedal set every time I want to try a new setting. I contacted Simagic and they told me I should be able to slightly loosen the bolt on the black cylinder and angle it vertically, but there's a risk of leaking fluids or introducing air in the brake system. Serious design flaw in my opinion :(
Got them yesterday. In inverted version. Amazing stuff. But my cable from haptic motor on throttle needs to be routed through the brake pedal and it looks really ugly. Did you rerouted internal connection of it, since you got'em connected right, or they did came feom factory like this?
Is it possible to know wha type of motor are they using for haptic feedback? Can I DIY it somehow? It seems like a sound exciter but it seems to be much more direct and strong in the video (4:14).
Progressive brake is always best. Can control trail braking so so much better. People are to stuck on short travel heavy heavy pedals. Its not actually better. It isnt more controlled as the media wants you to believe. Ive gained so much time using progressive pedals with actual travel. I can hug the corners trsil braking so much better its insane. Im not guessing these small inputs im understanding exactly where im at. Every little messurement lol. Guys real brakes actually feel like this you dont need f1 style brakes you have 0 g forced pushing you foward when braking meanjng the pedal is about 2x as heavy without the car because your full weight isnt transfering through it. So people go oh its just like an f2 brake or some super stiff brake in the car yet dont realize well its not the same. Lol Imo this is the style of brake that should be the most popular.
Just got the hydraulic system that extra progression is nice. Also I will say the elastimer relaxation wasn't rhe issue. They came out with a new chip/board for the electronics on the pedals they sell now and it doesn't have the same issue. It was actually the reading. It barely moves now. Both the regular set stock and the hydraulic set stock. So now people will not have that issue. Maybe contact simagic and ask them to send you the newer electronics for the board and you will have even more performance 😉 @chepilevski
Best system for sim racing because its hydraulic mixed with loadcell. Most are either or. Even asetek you choose hydraulic and travel or you choose the loadcell mode not both. These may be the best pedals ive ever used for trail braking. Lol I love brakes thate have a bit of pregression at first and keeps going. I like it way way more this way. Its more like a real brake. Not a real hydraulic brake but a real brake. Peoppe go well what about simucube active pedals? These are just as good! When using the haptics these are strong haptics just like the active pedals they fele better to me with the hydraulic system. Ok ok not better but close enough haha. Also you can truely utilize it even more. Also now you can get the hydraulic systtem for the gas/throttle.
If I did not bought the simucube pedal, this p1000 would probably have been my upgrade. Can't wait to see your video about your motion system. Weirdly your dd base seems to be static
The Simucube pedals are the pinnacle and nothing will beat them any soon 💪 And yeh buddy, I made some specific choices for a reason to separate the wheel from the motion and will explain why later 😃
you tried simucubes active pedals... what you recomend? (without thinking about the money) full equiped p1000 (haptycs and hydraulic) or the simucube active pedal? (with simucube dont have haptyc on gas pedal...) Thank you very much mate!
Well , Simucube are the pinnacle of Simracing pedals and are the best for many different reasons! If money are not a question then Simucube pedals are the best choice period!
Super well done pedal settings overlay with your footwork in the background! 👌 so it’s a motion rig, not a seat shaker, or what is it!? 🥳 I want to see moooooore! 🤤 the pedal set looks even more „transformer“ with the kit. have a good night, Chepi! 👋
Good vidéo as usual. I have the Méca cup1 and I have order mini bass shaker to put on it, I dont know if i rather change m'y pedals for p1000 for example with the haptik... The elastomers feeling IS a bit fancy 😅.
Honestly I’m not big fan of elastomers but good they have the position sensor to save the problem! I would prefer springs on the brake personally but that is subjective topic! With elastomers is possible to create all kinds of different feedback
Hi mate, thanks for your two videos. I think because of you, one day, i'll purchase that pedals set. I want to know a your opinion about the important upgrade of the p1000. I think the thirst thing to do is to invert the pedals, second is to upgrade the hydraulic pedal and third take the aptic module, right? Do you think worth the upgrade the hydraulic throttle pedal too? Could it be similar to the p2000 trhottle? Thank you very much!
Hi buddy! In my opinion, Haptic motor for the brake pedal is the first and more important part. About the hydraulic throttle , I haven’t tested it but friends who got it are happy with it. About the hydraulic brake or inverted I don’t know if I can prioritize one on too often the other 🤛
Awesome video and content as always. For me it is really a pity since P1000 were announced shortly after I bought the P2000. My only complaint back then was it is not possible to mount them inverted due to the design with the hydraulic unit. The good thing there is also haptics available for P2000 now. I would like to know your thoughts on direct comparison between P1000 vs P2000 (both non-inverted, hydraulic brake and haptics). Where would you see P1000 still superior over P2000? P.S.: Hydraulic Throttle kit for P1000 is announced. Keep up that amazing and innovative work, buddy!🙌
The P1000 are mostly evolution and have clear some small things like dumping the metal to metal hit sound on release of the pedals and bit more adjustable but in operation they both have great brake and the P2000 throttle is unbeatable with the damper kit! I saw they will release that kit for the P1000 too! The haptic motors feels the same in every pedals I’ve tested with them so, there is no difference! You don’t miss anything except the inverted ability of the new model
I'm about to order that kit for p1000 i already love that pedal kit but it is so nice that it can be improved again ❤ can't wait to try this thing on my p1000 😍😍
Excellent and thank you! I really enjoy your videos and so informative! Are you still using the Alpha U? I ask because I see the Cube Control F-Core in the video. Did you use it with Alpha U with separate USB cable? If so, do you prefer Cube Control F-Core or Simagic FX Pro with the Alpha U? Thank you! I'm trying to decide on what system to build next. Want to get it right first time. Lot of money to spend.
Thx buddy 🍻 I actually use the Cammus light play 8nm the last 2 weeks for deeper test before reviewing but usually use the Alpha U for the last year and love it ! I don’t think I like the F-Core more the the FX but feeling wise there is no big difference from FFB point of view ! With wireless receiver the F-Core can be used without the cable but I mostly use it with the cable as it doesn’t really matter to me ! Both wheels are very comfortable!
@@chepilevski thank you for fast reply! Very interesting. So even though the FX Pro is literally 2x the weight of F-Core, it realy feels no different? Very, very interesting! Can I ask which you prefer from ergonomic point of view? Thank you!
Hi, i just received those p1000 inverted kit thank to your channel. Many thanks. Id like to ask you, how did you deal with heel support mounting on inverted version. There is no option to plug RGB right?
The RGB heal support can be plugged buddy, the plug is next to the haptic motors and power supply connection! The other ambient rgb is magnetic and I haven’t found the way to fit it properly
Hey bud, I have a question about the P1000 pedals that I received yesterday. I have the hydraulic setup without the inverted kit. Can I lower the pedal plate on these pedals? Not sure if this is recommended and I don’t want to damage them. Also, I’m using the “angle” software option instead of the load-cell. I’m able to brake a lot later now (shorter distances). Did you have similar results? Just curious. Thanks again man!
Have you tried replacing the elastomers that come pre installed? I think they send 3 blue elastomers on the little box that have the extra elastomers/rubbers. Maybe, using 3 blue ones in the place of the 3 black ones (that are actually made of rubber) that come pre installed will help with the problem and allow you to use the loadcell again.
Do you know if the pedals are compatible with other inverted mounts? I already own the advance sim racing mount for my current pedals and would like to save the money if I don't need the simagic mount.
I don’t think buddy! All the electronics are fitted in the bottom part and can be mounted on the side! Probably will be possible but with some modifications 🙈
Hey buddy, your reviews are awesome. I have p1000. I use them barefoot in Iracing and love it. I also bought a motor with ABS. cool too! but now I have to take hydraulics and I have doubts. You have to immediately choose which hydraulics to use - for inverted or regular pedals. You praised inverted pedals so highly that I am now completely confused) Should I buy an inverted mod or not?
Hey bro, the inverted kit is something i really enjoy and don’t want to go back ! It is subjective topic but I pushed most of my friends to go inverted and they all agreed with me till now about the comfort! If you finally decide to that way hope will be the case with you as well! From my understanding, the inverted hydraulic kit is just capable to rotate the fluid barrel 360 which will be important for leaking!
Can anyone comment to the main difference of feeling of the inverted pedals. Does the position make a big difference? I'm thinking normally mounted they would be pushing more away and inverted more of a down ward angle. I know highly subjective.
Hey! how did you get to make TC work on the accelerate pedals? i have set my brakes for ABS and that works but TC doesn't work on my accelerate pedal for some reason in iracing
If you use iRacing it doesn’t work there for now as the sim doesn’t provide this feedback but soon some great features are coming which I can’t share right now and we will have many effects available! For the other sims it works and if you need specific info how it works for AMS2, tFactor2 and AC I can share that
Question...should I just get the P1000i-RS (stock with the hyd.kit)... what if the hydraulics break, will I still be able to run the brakes just with the elastomers in the cylinder? Or is better to spend bit more for the P1000i and the hydraulic kit separately (to have the stock cylinder as backup)?
plan to change my Fanatecs V3 with all goodies attached, with hydraulic version of P1000. Money is issue, and still try to justify the buying, but have feel those Fanatces don't give me experience I want. Probably worth throwing extra $$ for those. Are they really that better than Fanatecs V3? Pls hel me choose :)
Dammit RBM, you're making it very difficult for me to resist replacing my current pedal set, with P1000 + w/hydro and tactile motor! My main issue is the Simpro 2.0 update, that is a bit finicky for myself and other's?! I had to roll back to 1.3.1.
@@imJGott ah, I got it . I’m not sure if your cockpit plate have pre drilled holes for that and you may need to do some patenting! I mounted those directly to two aluminum profiles on my rig !
Hi :) I also wonder if simagic will improve the throttle pedal. But if not then could you compare the throttle to some other pedal sets on the market? Right now I use tlcm and it’s sooo soft that it’s really hard to modulate in shoes (without my socks are slipping off the pedal faces).
Just order an 2 pedal invented set up with Hydraulic system plus 1 haptic motor, Question, can i use the red heelrest included by the p1000 dual set on the invereted version ?
At the moment I use asetek invictas. Is there a way to get a similar two stage system with these? So that for example about 80% brakepreassure the pedal gets significant harder?
Hi there. Love your videos. How do you get the haptics to work in AC and AMS2? I have the P1000 with 1 Haptic on the brake. Do you think one on the throttle is necessary?
For AC 1) From the main screen, click the three dots next to Tyre blankets to open the assist settings. 2) Set Traction Control and ABS to either Factory or ON, depending on your preference. Set this to OFF if you would like to turn off the Haptic effects. for AMS2 1) Click on the Options tab at the top then click on GAMEPLAY 2) Set ABS and/or TC to Low or High, effects will now be enabled in game. Set this to OFF if you would like to turn off the Haptic effects.
Just like you. I am limited in the amount of force I can apply to the brake. Struggling to tune these pedals. Would it be at all possible for you to assist me?
Yeh buddy, all elastomers have that property of relaxation in every pedal I ever tested! Some more some less but is there! Everyone who use elastomer based pedals is driving like this!
Thanks for the kind words buddy 🤛 I’m not sure what exactly the plate pressure point is really! I’m always confused with those numbers and don’t fully understand how they measure that exactly 🙈 I know it can be made to read the pressure when I configure the load cell adding fuel power of my feet but how much is that exactly I have no idea 🙈
@@Noonz2311 must be bit more for sure but I’m personally not big fun of those big loads as they give me an injury few years back using heavy brake pedal 🙈
Hello, i hear a lot that the hydraulic kit isnt that much different in feel that the stock Do you find that it so similar? Either way i think its worth the 90 euros that the pedals that include it, only for the easy change and stable reading Do you find the heel plate small ? I have fanatec V2s and i wonder how much of an upgrade they are
I think it makes difference in a sense it feels more realistic in compression being very progressive! Changing pedals specifically is always big thing as completely new muscles memory must be built over time. In my opinion is big upgrade over the V2 which I had years ago but that is only my experience personal subjective statement. Menu people loved the upgrade and there are few who said is not big deal! There is always risk what will those be for you! However, I personally think those are the best pedals under 1k for the full kit ! About heal rest is very important the angle and position of body and legs for optimal use! In little word, is absolutely fine in my opinion 🤛
@@chepilevski Thank you for your detailed answer. I was eyeing these for a long time and I saw some criticism and got me thinking But then I also saw how many people love them But I have also heard criticism about the simucube base Some people just never get impressed I guess
@@tkdmp5698 criticism is good thing for sure! Sometimes is completely personal subjective opinion and sometimes real problems! I’m happy with what those are and the cost they are!
Unfortunately they don’t have separate controller for now and works only with the P1000 for now ! Hopefully they will make kit for the P2000 at some point 🤷♂️
I bought the p1000i inverted and wondering about adding the p1000 long throttle pedal face. I drift and wanted better heel toe action, would you recommend this?
I don’t know buddy 🙈 I haven’t tested that and not really sure how will work on inverted kit as it won’t be very natural in my opinion! The curved shape of the plate plays big role in inverted pedals movement!
Hey buddy, it is different operation in nature! When inverted there is no friction between the pedal plate and feet and the heal is firmly down to support precise movement and need way less power! For me personally is more comfortable and I don’t want to go back to standard pedals!
@@chepilevski Thank you my friend for your feedback. the choice is going to be hard between the P2000 and the P1000.. I like the reverse P1000, but so many good things are said about the braking system and the accelerator of the P2000 that I don't know what to take.
@@PipSim_23 oh god, that is hard choice man! I prefer the P1000 more for many reasons and I know some who felt the same switching from the P2000 to P1000 but it is always hard to push subjective preferences as a fact ! Hope you will make your choice and never look back 😁
They better do something for the p2000 guys.. most all of us are getting pretty annoyed with the company for releasing product after product for the p1000, including a hydraulic setup that cost less than the p2000, but not releasing the haptics and such for the p2000 at the same time 🤬. I inverted my p2000s without their help. I might just order their p1000 haptics and come out with a adapter for the p2000s. Its a shame the aftermarket has to come to the rescue when they should have done it along side the p1000 haptics
I have to totally agree with you on that and fully understand your frustration! I have many friends who have the P2000 and feels that way! I hope they do that soon 🙈
Hey Bro, i love your Videos sooo muuuch... every single Video! They are unique and offer real racing experience :) the Simagic Pedals are looking very great, especially the vibration motors! Big hug brother and thanks for the support 🤗 I will try to be at the expo from Friday till Sunday or at least that’s the plane 😃 See you there brother 🍻
GREAT VIDEO! I now have been convinced to get the p1000 hydraulic edals with haptic motors instead of the p2000. also the poor build quality of the p2000 (pedal sideways play) was always bothering me. thanks for all those informations
@@rickornFZ1 Yes I know this. But he didn't say why and he said he would address this and explain more. But he hasn't done that and I waited quite a long time. So I asked. Okay? Do you have the answer?
Hey buddy, I definitely prefer the inverted pedals and the main benefit is the pedal’s movement and feet movement following the same trajectory and there is no friction between which allows me to keep my heal firmly down for support point and be more precise with my inputs! If set in the correct angle , inverted pedals are very very comfortable and I showed how it moves in the original video!
Super review, although I would like to learn a little more about them. I'm very curious how they compare to other products. I'm using Invicta right now, but I'm considering switching. The ones I like are Simagc P1000 full option , Simitag, SimuCube Activ pedal. Obviously Simtag and Activ are beyond my reach.
Hi mate, just wanted to ask whether you have made a decision / switch yet. I am also currently on Invicta and consider switching to the P1000 and would be curious to hear your impressions if you made the change
@@TheW8liftr Hi. I haven't made a decision yet. I'm waiting for a review that will compare the two designs on The Sim Circuit channel. As far as I know it will probably appear in mid-November, it is in preparation. I'll also admit that I've cooled down a bit and calmed my enthusiasm for buying the P1000. I'm very happy with the Invicta. I also began to think that I might jump in the deep end and wait a little longer and change to something really best Simucube Activ P. Although such a replacement is no sooner than in 3 years. And by then I'm sure there will already be competition and it will probably be cheaper. Nevertheless, I think it is worth waiting for a review that will compare the two constructs on The Sim Circuit channel. If you make any move let us know. See you at the circuit.
@@chepilevski Let me start by saying thank you for everything... You've been the best source of information and opinion on sim racing!!!! Since i started watching your content back in august, I have upgraded from my steel rig and CSL DD wheelbase to an Aluminum profile rig and Simagic alpha u 23nm / FX Pro wheel, and I even set up 32" triples just like yours!!! All thats left is the pedals!! haha! I'm still using my Fanatec CSL v2 Load cell pedals, but now I'm going to upgrade either to VNM Lite or P1000 Hydraulic... I just wanted your opinion on the hydraulics, does it really improve the immersion? IMO, the VNM Lite seem like they have a nicer construction and shape than the P1000, plus I am already used to running elastomer/spring combo which i love because it adds some travel and better control. (I've been driving sports cars my whole life, and I felt like the spring and elastomer gave me the most realistic feeling brake).. I was about to choose the VNM Lite because i really liked the elastomer/spring combo, and i hated the stiffness/short travel of pure elastomers.. But now that you told me that the p1000 elastomers can be replaced with springs, it has made the decisions harder.. lol Let me know if you have any input or opinion on this.... in the meantime, I'm going to go ahead and rewatch your videos a few more times and try to make a decision :) Thanks and Keep up the AMAZING work!!!!!
At 14:40 in that video here you can hear how they sound! For me the sound is ok but if in the same room someone else is watching TV for example it can be annoying th-cam.com/video/DwoYGepvOwo/w-d-xo.htmlsi=YSNBVOWq90cGM9CW
I personally find useful only the one on the brake as abs engagement is what makes huge impact on the car behavior! TC can be fun but I don’t care much for that!
I have an issue. When i put 6 red rubbers in i can move the pedal at all. Even with 3 blue and 3 red plus the spacers i cant barely move the pedal and i cant feel any compressionit feels numb. I think my hydraulic mod has a fault. The pedals them selves feel so much better in quality over the p2000 night and day different imo but until i get this Hydraulic mod sorted i cant say how good they are.
@@chepilevski no I saw it in manual not too do that in red warning text. I noticed you can press yours with your hand with those 6 reds and 3 spacers but mine is super super hard. Things happen and I get that so I'll be happy to put the old kit back on and have it replaced as Race anywhere have a great reputation in the UK so should be OK.

In the manual it says not to do that but when you remove the rubbers it does it its self sometime slightly I'm not sure if that could bring air into the system.
Can’t get enough of this channel. I’m not planning to buy these pedals yet it’s such a pleasure watching your videos. Thank you for all the information you provide.
Thank you for the supportive post my friend 🤗
The hydraulic brake system and haptic pedals are my next upgrades for the p1000s. Regarding the haptic feedback motors they've stated wheel lockups for non-ABS cars is working internally and will hopefully release to the public soon enough. Thanks for the video!
Wow, that sounds like really great news man 😃
I think the problem of loosing pedal measurement was solved actually by using only the stiffiest elastomers (red ones) with the aluminium spacers. The original brake have the gray and black ones that are actually made of rubber and have greater deformation, causing that drop on the pedal measurement. Maybe using only elastomers on the original brakes (blue and red ones) will almost solve the issue without the need to upgrade to hydraulics only for that problem.
That is some great advice man 😃
Must be tested!
great info, do you know where this was discussed?
Thank you for the great review! You delivered it pretty fast. Now you made me get rid of around 1000 euro and a Fana CSP v3 with Sim3D rumble kit... 😂 I chose the inverted version just because of your words. With haptic and hydraulic kit, of course. 😊 Can't wait to put my feet on it!
Oh brother 🙈
I’m sure you will love those man 🍻😁
installed these add ons yesterday....a whoooole new experience with the hydraulic 😮 i was so much consistent and felt more in control and the rumble changed everything, i was not expecting them to be so strong. Love the P1000s hopefully they do come out with a damper or a stronger spring for the throttle 🙌
Those are the future indeed bro!
I hope to see the dumper kit on the throttle as well 😃
I read on a Facebook post that you can use one of the included clutch springs to replace the throttle spring- apparently the clutch springs also fit. So you may be able to make your throttle a little stiffer this way. If you read this and try it, can you report back?
@@anticalgary that is correct,i have done this also on my p1000i and its WAY more stiffer, feels so much better.

I’ve owned all these pedals listed below and these simagic p1000 are definitely number 1

Thrustmaster-every single set I owned

You will love it man ! It will change completely your driving experience 😃
@@Josey2crazy4uhow does the hydraulic brake compared to the sprint brake? Sprint user here, and want a more realism in the brake.
You’re waging war on elastomers my dude.. good stuff
War is declared 😄

So, when I do purchase something in this sector, I'd really like to support you (in some small way).
Ive been looking to buy a seat, and funny enough ive been looking to choose between the mirco rs1 (or rs2) and sabelt gt-pad😂
The mirco looks better and is cheaper but its a very small company with not much about them online.
Been waiting for these video a long time! Thank you very much
I really hope simagic releases a hydraulic mod for the accelerator to be the same as on the p2000s! From what I’ve heard it’s the nicest accelerator on any pedal set and the only thing stopping me from buying these p1000s
That is true, the dumper mod on the P2000 throttle is the smoothest I have ever felt and I really hope to see that kit coming to the P1000
what car has hydraulic accelerator? It`s so stupid
They did make a hydrolic throttle system addon for the throttle paddle; P-HTS
Can you please test it too?
Racing sim tech aside, you have a good eye for cinematography.

Oh bro, now you mentioned that, I remember they collapsed in my first try on the table and I waist like 5 minutes to find all the pieces around my room 🙈
Then I just kept them straight and move the entire pedal set to make the barrel straight and never thought about that again as it was easy to do that on the table.
Serious design flaw in my opinion :(
@@robertm2864 absolutely agree! It must be taken in consideration and improved!

did you stay on the hydraulic brake pedal ?
Got them yesterday. In inverted version. Amazing stuff. But my cable from haptic motor on throttle needs to be routed through the brake pedal and it looks really ugly. Did you rerouted internal connection of it, since you got'em connected right, or they did came feom factory like this?
Please review the SRP GT-R pedals
If I have chance I will buddy 🤛
Lol
Imo this is the style of brake that should be the most popular.
Absolutely with you brother 🤛
Just got the hydraulic system that extra progression is nice. Also I will say the elastimer relaxation wasn't rhe issue. They came out with a new chip/board for the electronics on the pedals they sell now and it doesn't have the same issue. It was actually the reading. It barely moves now. Both the regular set stock and the hydraulic set stock. So now people will not have that issue. Maybe contact simagic and ask them to send you the newer electronics for the board and you will have even more performance 😉 @chepilevski
So did you ever replace the elastomers with springs?@chepilevski
Totally buying these pedals with the hydraulic mod, thankyou for the video!
Best system for sim racing because its hydraulic mixed with loadcell. Most are either or. Even asetek you choose hydraulic and travel or you choose the loadcell mode not both. These may be the best pedals ive ever used for trail braking. Lol
I love brakes thate have a bit of pregression at first and keeps going.

I’m not sure if understood your question lowering the pedals buddy!
About the angle sensor is true ! It performs better to me and I use only that !
For the other sims it works and if you need specific info how it works for AMS2, tFactor2 and AC I can share that
That sounds promising thanks for the reply!@@chepilevski
Question...should I just get the P1000i-RS (stock with the hyd.kit)... what if the hydraulics break, will I still be able to run the brakes just with the elastomers in the cylinder? Or is better to spend bit more for the P1000i and the hydraulic kit separately (to have the stock cylinder as backup)?
That is actually good idea as the Hydraulic won’t work only with the elastomers buddy!

Hi :) I also wonder if simagic will improve the throttle pedal. But if not then could you compare the throttle to some other pedal sets on the market? Right now I use tlcm and it’s sooo soft that it’s really hard to modulate in shoes (without my socks are slipping off the pedal faces).
on tlmc i swapped clutch spring with throttle spring, clutch is a bit stiffer and it's much better.

For AC
1) From the main screen, click the three dots next to Tyre blankets to open the assist settings. 2) Set Traction Control and ABS to either Factory or ON, depending on your preference. Set this to OFF if you would like to turn off the Haptic effects. for AMS2
1) Click on the Options tab at the top then click on GAMEPLAY
2) Set ABS and/or TC to Low or High, effects will now be enabled in game. Set this to OFF if you would like to turn off the Haptic effects.

Unfortunately they don’t have separate controller for now and works only with the P1000 for now ! Hopefully they will make kit for the P2000 at some point 🤷♂️
Is there TC and ABS haptic in iRacing? Or just ABS?
Only abs
I bought the p1000i inverted and wondering about adding the p1000 long throttle pedal face. I drift and wanted better heel toe action, would you recommend this?
I don’t know buddy 🙈
I haven’t tested that and not really sure how will work on inverted kit as it won’t be very natural in my opinion!
The curved shape of the plate plays big role in inverted pedals movement!
Wait!!! you're not supposed to compress the pedal unless there are cells in the capsule. That action would cause air to get in the loop.
It is not suggested to do that !
Think you will change you're opinion now that they released the haptics for the p2000
I can’t wait to test that buddy
Hi, is there a big difference in feeling between an inverted pedals or not? what is the best choice: reverse or normal pedals ?.
THANKS
Hope you will make your choice and never look back 😁
@@chepilevski the choice will be difficult but in both cases I would not be disappointed I think. I am also looking to reverse the P2000
Can anyone input on the clutch pedal? Is there a breaking point at the end like a real car? How far is the throw???
I will change my Fanatec ClubSport V3 Pedals as soon as possible for this... The Vibration Motors are working like a machine gun! I will try it on the Sim Racing Expo! Do you come to the Expo and do you know when exactly? I know it's a long travel for you...
Big hug brother and thanks for the support 🤗
I will try to be at the expo from Friday till Sunday or at least that’s the plane 😃
See you there brother 🍻
hello, can i have ur advice plz : what do you choice between moza R9 & Cammus 15nm ? thanks it will help me so much gl & hf
I would prefer the more powerful Cammus buddy!
They have improved the software a lot and the 7 extra Nm worth
GREAT VIDEO! I now have been convinced to get the p1000 hydraulic edals with haptic motors instead of the p2000. also the poor build quality of the p2000 (pedal sideways play) was always bothering me. thanks for all those informations
I have them both here and just installed the haptics on the P2000 but I personally prefer the P1000 for few reasons 💪
I wonder if you prefer inverted pedals or not? If you do what are the pros and cons of inverted pedals?
He prefer inverted pedals. See the review of the P1000i
@@rickornFZ1 Yes I know this. But he didn't say why and he said he would address this and explain more. But he hasn't done that and I waited quite a long time. So I asked. Okay? Do you have the answer?
@@magnusenamd More natural and realistic for sure. But in detail ...
@@chepilevski Thank you.
@@TheW8liftr
Hi.
Have you tried using a spring/elastomer combo on this brake? Can this be achieved?
It is possible yes!
I actually use 2 springs from cube control
But now that you told me that the p1000 elastomers can be replaced with springs, it has made the decisions harder.. lol
Let me know if you have any input or opinion on this.... in the meantime, I'm going to go ahead and rewatch your videos a few more times and try to make a decision :)
Thanks and Keep up the AMAZING work!!!!!
Funny, I recently mentioned the use of hydraulic would be the solution, guess Simagic agreed. This seems legidly how it should be in my opinion.
Bought the haptic motor for my brake pedal but it doesn’t seem to work. Any advice?
Did you get the motor with the the power supply?
@@chepilevskiit’s crazy they sell the haptic motor without the power supply included, took me a while to figure out I was missing it 😅
Great review, thanks.
Which pedal is the better choice p1000 or p1000i which is the more realistic?
The inverted are definitely more realistic and better in use for me 🤛
Are the Haptic motors loud / annoying ??
At 14:40 in that video here you can hear how they sound!
For me the sound is ok but if in the same room someone else is watching TV for example it can be annoying

I'm still waiting for my pedal vibrators from Sim3d. Been 12 weeks now..... 😢😢😢 I emailed them about 4 weeks ago.
They are great! Worth the wait. Getting mine took 4 months. 😂
Oh god, that takes some time 🙈
Hope you will get them soon buddy!
@@zsozsa Thats real good to know mate thanks for the relief 👍 I was getting worried. 😅
How many haptic motors does it make sense to buy?
I personally find useful only the one on the brake as abs engagement is what makes huge impact on the car behavior!
TC can be fun but I don’t care much for that!
ok so i have an inverted mount on my rig can i just get the regular one then just invert them? i mean no point to waste money
You can absolutely do that buddy, just replace the throttle with the clutch and you are good to go!
Why you never test anything in RaceRoom, have you tried driving a car there?
Yes bro, i did some DTM before and I just don’t have much time to dive in all sims 🙈
That is unfortunate man 😕
When you take off all the elastomers and press , the piston in the barrel did not move at all ?
@@chepilevski no I saw it in manual not too do that in red warning text.
I noticed you can press yours with your hand with those 6 reds and 3 spacers but mine is super super hard. Things happen and I get that so I'll be happy to put the old kit back on and have it replaced as Race anywhere have a great reputation in the UK so should be OK.
@@chepilevski i put my comment here incase anyone else has the same issue I may be able too help once mine is sorted. 👍
@@Simlife101 Mine is also super stiff with red and blues only.way to stiff then what im used to and dont like it. you sure its a faulty unit? I use (right now) 2 reds,4 grey,2 blue, 1 black.
@@DanneJensen I don't know but even with the softest rubbers it's not super soft. It feels like there maybe air in the system. Did you ever push the pedal without any rubber in and the cap off? In the manual it says not to do that but when you remove the rubbers it does it its self sometime slightly I'm not sure if that could bring air into the system.
