Great video! Just bought a bundle with a Moza wheelbase and a different brand of load cell pedals so feeling pretty pleased about my decisions after watching this.
Haha - well done Josh! Yes, the wheelbase is excellent for the money, but even though they’re cheap, unless I was really at a basic level of sim racing, I’d skip past the pedals personally. But the entire ecosystem is incredible value.
just ordered the r5 bundle (upgrading from a g29) after 4 years of using the g29 its time to upgrade and I feel like there isnt anything better for my use (normal sim racing for fun). Thanks for the test and video :D
Hello can you write down your review about it? I had an g920 for almost 2yr and i wanna buy an DD wheel either Moza R5 or Fanatec cheapest 5Nm bundle.. so how the wheel? Is it worth it?
Yeah, im gonna order one soon, i had an Logi g920 wich is at 100% around 2.2nm and i used it on 40% or something like that so this 5.0-5.5nm should be enough
I went from the R5 and the SRP pedals to an R16 and CRP pedals and although I LOVE the wheelbase and FSR wheel the pedals are dog water. Especially considering how expensive the premium pedals are. Even the SRP pedals are bad, they have this weird 2 stage system that just doesn't work. After trying the SRP, CRP and Thrustmaster TLCM pedals the TLCM are way better and like 1/4 the price. It's mad.
@BradPhilpot it definitely was I'm currently on a tsxw which is just the sparco mod version of the tspc which is great and all but I've been thinking it's time to get a direct drive I do wonder how the srp pedals stack up against the srp lites though
Should have tried the wheelbase with his normal pedals to see how that combo would have feelt.
Smashing made me want to buy the bundle for christmas
Great!
In my opinion if u want 10nm of ffb get the r9 it has 9nm of ffb or the r16 with 16nm of ffb
The Moza R5 bundle is great. However, the biggest disappointment is putting SR-P Lite pedals in the bundle instead of the SR-P loadcell.
Fair comment

I use fanatec DD and V3 pedals but this looks like a great set up for someone wanting to get into it !
just got this bundle, excited to upgrade from my t150 pro and while more power would be great, 5nm is still double my current rig lol
Awesome! What persuaded you to buy it?
@@BradPhilpot jimmy broadbent and the fact that fanatec's future is spotty at the moment.

Why does everyone have to have music playing over people talking? WHY!?

I just bought a Fanatec CSL DD McLaren gt3 bundle and that has completely surprised me as it is so much better than my old Logitech g29
That’s great that you like it! DD is the way to go
Well sounds like i maybe getting the moza r12 over the r9 now
I hope the video was useful!

@@Thri11seekerwell, I guess we need MOZA to send us those to try!
@@BradPhilpot would absolutely love it if you could get a video on that
