Next time you replace them try it without removing the calliper retaining bolts ..

jimbethpiggy exactly. There is no need for the bolts to be removed.

@@mikoschannel6413 I remove the calliper every time. But every set of brake pads I swap the rotors out & check the values on it. I've always got a spare set of everything around for it.

Where do you buy that hammer you use to tap out retaining pins? Did it come with a knife or any other butchery tools!

Actually, the last retainer is put back upside down on some hilux. Cannot put always down the curve.

Was thinking the same thing. Every Hilux I've seen has the spacer the other way.
