MY BRAKES HAVE ALWAYS SQUEELED AND BEEN EMBARRASSING. TOYOTA KEPT TELLING ME IT WAS JUST BECAUSE I WAS NOT CARRYING ANY HEAVY LOADS. IT IS SO ANNOYING. I MIGHTJUST DO THIS TO SEE MYSELF IF IT HELPS. EVEN THOUGH THE PROBLEM WAS NEVER THAT I NEEDED NEW BRAKES. YOU MAKE IT LOOK SO EASY. SURELY A WOMAN CAN DO IT. I LOVE HOW YOU USED THE EXTRA SAFETY SO NOT TO GET CRUSHED UNDER IT. I HAVE A PAOR OF THE SAFETY BOOTS TOO SINCE A TRAILER FELL ON MY ANKLE 4 YEARS AGO I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO WEAR A SHOE SINCE

Awesome mate thanks for posting. Got my job done. Used the new pad backing plates but kept the original ones to use if these new pads start squeeling a bit. Importantly I followed your instruction used my brain and got some safety stands. Stupid doing this without them. Also had an issue getting wheel nuts off one side. Came up with a handy idea to get them cracked. Ill post this and my job online some time. Thanks again.

Interesting video.
I did hear somewhere that on the latter 16plates your supposed to loosen the bleed nipple , to stop the fluid flowing back .
Something to do with a censor.
Is that true ???

Level surface hand break on. Jack under the flat surface on the lower control arm. And then lowered onto rated jack stand.
