You can use wheel nuts to keep the disc in place also use some brake cleaner to get the oil film off the disc ,the oil firm is used for when the parts are stored before selling it can contaminate the new pads and use some copper or brake grease on the pins for the pad and the contact sliding surfaces where the pad contacts the caliper

Only 10 buck a tube. Also, you should always apply Loctite to the caliper bolts. This is vital. They used to call it Loctite blue back in the day but i think it's called Loctite Medium now. Anyway, as i said, really important. Cheers
