  • If you struggle with your wrists, shoulders and neck - nerve-flossing could be beneficial for you! Research has found that nerve-flossing may increase range of motion, improve strength and flexibility and relieve pain. Sometimes, some nerves can become irritated or compressed due to a number of different factors, and this results in pain, reduced mobility, and loss of coordination in areas of the body. In this short class, we will get to know some of the main nerves that traverse our upper bodies, the areas that they innervate, and how to floss these nerves. This means doing some very unusual looking movements, which will hopefully bring lots of laughter and smiles!

I loved the nerve names helped me focus and feel into my body. Could feel this in my spine too. I am 75 years old and my joints can be very tender, with you I could feel a gentle release. Thank you.

I have a herniated disc at C5/C6 from a car accident. I got thrown into a situation where I HAD TO repair the roof on my camper aka my home, build skirting for the incoming FREEZING COLD winter & moving. I have TBI so doing really anything is MUCH harder than it used to be mentally. I woke up this morning, both arms Completely numb & 'buzzing' hands so swollen I couldn't make a fist😢 It's enough to put me in tears, the kind that just wont stop. THIS really helped me & they're not nerve glides I've been taught. So tysvvvvm & do you have any more nerve glide videos for the neck, shoulders and HANDS Iwould really appreciate more content like this bc I can't even practice yoga to help me get stronger so I'm not in constant pain & struggling to just hold my cup of tea😢

I've got very similar issues of numb and buzzing arms, following an accident, seems it's especially triggered by overhead strength exercises for me. How's you progress been over the past months? Do you feel like nerve flossing has given you any long term improvement?

Doing much better after practicing these exercises for about 2 weeks!
May restart if issues arise, but so far the numbness/tingling has stopped, and regular yoga/tai chi seem to keep things healthy. Thank you!
