    Thank you for this! I cannot wait to watch more of your videos 🙏🏼 I feel the difference in my hip and outer thigh already. Interesting also how tight I realized my inner thigh was near my groin when doing the split pose. I was focused so much on stretching out my hamstring and IT band, I forgot about the inner thigh. Great practice and loved learning about the nerve flossing ♥️

    Hi, would you be able to describe what we are suppose to feel doing the flossing? I don’t know If I’m doing it correctly.

      Yes! Great question! It's just like a stretching sensation, but you might find unlike stretching a muscle, the sensation goes past several joints, such as from the hamstring down the calf. Hope that helps!
