    Bob! Brad!
My friend told me yesterday that he was in PAIN for weeks, couldn’t sleep etc due to what we surmised was nerve pain.
I said what!? You need to do some “Bob and Brads”. So I explained flossing etc.
Now he has been cupped, chiropracted, and acupunctured.
As I predicted your videos helped him sleep for the first time in weeks. 💥
And I know chiropracted etc are not real words lol
I, my fam, and friends thank you!

Intesting. I had MRI and says I have stenosis in multiple neck vertebrae. At the hight of pain I had severe cramping on my left trapezius muscle. I had a Tense home instrument and would crank it to its greatest point to overcome the pain. It didn't work but thats how bad it was. I tried heat and cold baths. Nothing. I couldn't sleep for 3 months. I also had tingling on neck and ear and L side of face. P.T. helped with cervical traction. They also taught me exercises and neck positions to help. After 6 months, pain has subsided to a nagging discomfort on my left side. Today I punted and saw the surgeon and he said he could fix it. He is pretty confident. I hope it works. But kudos to all PT's. They really worked with me. They listened and were so helpful.

Isn't it sad to say "after months of pain"? Something isn't sitting right with a lot of us pain sufferers. Especially with all the modern worlds so called medical advancements. Down right pisses me off that we have to tolerate such pains. And the big pharma industrial complex just keeps us hurting enough to suck us dry with their pills and creams.

Tried the Ulnar floss a few times and while it didnt hurt, i noticed the next day, the pricking sensation reduced slightly. Im considering trying all 3 but is this a do one nerve floss of choice once a week or safe to do a few reps a day in rotation as in ulnar in morning, median at noon and radial in evening?

Last Sunday, I just randomly felt that my pinky finger on my left hand was tingly and there was a little numbness, and the right side of the palm was kind of numb as well. I don’t even remember what I did to cause this. currently I still feel this. I can my move my fingers fine. I’m going to the doctor on Sunday so I’m getting it checked out. But the thing is, in the past I used to bump my elbow sometimes, and that would cause this sensation as well (more intense though) but it would go away after a couple of minutes. So I’m confused how this is currently happening when I didn’t even bump my elbow.

My husband and I both believe that you two are spying on me! Every day or two up you pop with helpful tips that are exactly for what I’m experiencing!!
I had a bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome release surgery back in October. Left hand is fine. Right isn’t! From having a thumb and index finger being numb I’ve gone to them both feeling once again straight after surgery, but my right ring and middle fingers are dead as a piece of steel. A little better lately as I can now sense temperature with them but they don’t feel like they belong to me or like I have the two inside a thick pair of gloves! If I touch my palm or the very bottom of them it’s like electricity going through them. And the very base area of my thumb is really painful to move! My neurosurgeon appointment has just been cancelled on me for another month so I’m trying the flossing.. gently! Thanks again for all your help!!

My neck is fused from C1 to C7 due to spinal stenosis, and I have three other areas in my spine that have the same problem, so stretching and therapy is my favorite remedy right now not surgery. The median and ulnar stretches felt good, although the ulnar stretch was rather hard for me. I had a torn rotator cuff injury several years ago, and the radial stretch really affects my shoulder blade not sure I'll continue that one.

I am fused from base of skull to c5 due to internal decapitation in 2006. (Broken base of skull, c1, and c2). I've had 3 neck surgeries. Stick with the streches- Trust me...

Its finally eased up a little bit but the worse part is my left arm is much weaaker and i can not straighten out my left arm without feeling a bad stretching pain from the bicep past the elbow to the middle of the forearm. I wanna get rid of this pain so badly im trying everything.

I haven’t watched you guys for a while. It sounds like your audio is compressed then fed through a Vietnam era walkie-talkie. I can hear everything you’re saying, so that a plus. That hasn’t always been the case in the past. I’m glad to see you’re making an effort. I’m not a digital sound expert, but it’s there are a lot of them these days. There are children that make TH-cam videos that have cracked the code on having quality sound that is loud enough. If children can do it. I’m confidant you two will get it figured out one day. Even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while. 😁

i cant sleep of too much pain and its 4:18 a.m. now, i was in my chiropractor yesterday afternoon,he said i got a pinched nerve as i told him i cant move my right shoulder/arms properly and i cant even bow going front and side my head all the way too and i got a lot pain around my armpit down to my fingers especially the ring and pinky fingers,so my chiropractor did the cracking and it helps but he pressed something close to my armpit( frontside) but it gives me more pain,so i went home i thought im good already,i dont have much pain in the front especially between my shoulder and armpit(right front) but omg im starting to feel more pain much painful at the back and then it runs to my arms up to my finger then i can feel the muscles like kinda some pressure( like beating or squeeze or something,i dunno how to describe it) and i cant sleep of too much pain,i was thinking what the hell did my chiropractor did to me or is it just he want me to go back to him coz he told me to go back to him again,i mean i think he fix the pinch nerve at first but then im wondering why he pressed so hard that part in front of my armpit close to my shoulder and its hurt big time, it gives me more pain all the way at the back shoulder and arms ,so i decided to search here in youtube, then i find this, and omg it helps me about the pain, its not perfectly gone but at least im not crying of pain now,i dont usually subscribe here but for the first time i will, coz this 2 wonderful guys are really helping me now and i will continue watching them now, thank u bob and brad, but i got one question guys do u think i need to go back to my chiropractor or find a new one, coz honestly he just always keep asking me to come back but he never fix any problems i hhave permanently,im just thinking why he press something on my shoulder close to the front armpit and hold my arms up there then when i got home and waking up too much pain :( its good that i find u guys coz it did help me for the pain when i did this exercises,do u think bob and brad u can suggest something to me? i really appreciated it if you could kindly reply, thank u very much for this video. two thumbs up!

hum for the ulnar nerve , which way should I bend my neck ? Toward the same side of the arm I'm flossing like in this video ? or away from the arm I'm nerve flossing like in the previous video made 8 years ago at 3min14 sec ( th-cam.com/video/JRqFY-epdNc/w-d-xo.html ). I'm confuse and don't want to break anything. :)

Will these work to stop the nerve numbness even if I don't have any neck pain? The numbness is a real nuisance in my life and for example, makes brushing my teeth difficult. At its worst, I have trouble holding or directing the brush. Sometimes it is just my thumb on the right but right now it involves the whole right hand. Thanks for any suggestions. :) I refer to your videos regularly.
