    Great video I also used loose it, I went from 110kg at 178cm to 86kg in 5 months. What worked the best was counting my calories. I ate about 2k each day and 170g of protein. I walked alot with my dog on avarage 10k to 20k steps each day no exceptions. Just sticking to the diet for a week you stop craving fast food and sugar. I did however focus alot on weightlifting after the first month and thats when i saw the biggest change, I was getting leaner and my mucles were growing. I went from being able to do 2 pushups to over 50 aswell as being able to do my first ever pullup at 93kg which evolved to about 10 as i tried to beat my previous record every day. My cardio was super i stopped smoking, I was able to do crossfit sessions without having to pause or getting to out of breath. That was the coolest as i couldnt even run 25m at my heaviest without being breathless. I stopped working out and eating good, started smoking more weed. I gained almost all of it back in 5 months. Im now at 98kg but i was at 101kg few days ago.. im now on the same journey again down to 80kg good luck everyone ❤
