Yep the truth is you can’t target one specific area...BUT you CAN target a specific area for muscle growth(varies) so losing overall weight and training chest at the same time

I then do biceps and triceps as super set using that skew bar Lol... All those excersizes he explains are on his vids... Also I complete cut out sugar unless its from a fruit and ate avocado when ever I felt hungry... Supper time I ate whatever my wife cooked but I also had lotsa salad... I also cut out dairy products and any of those sauces we enjoy so much... I drank 3-4 cups of sugarless black coffee a day
Very good advice! You can't target fat loss in a specific spot and I think that's one of the main misconceptions out there. When it comes to losing fat, you have to lose fat everywhere to lose fat in your chest.
u have to not eat anythig unhealthy after losing weight, when u lose weight ur body is not used to not having fat there so when u eat something unhealthy ur body puts the fat back, let ur boddy get used to it
I'm a male and I do not have a condition that makes fat go to my hips and thighs. I got out the Army because of a medical discharge and came home and got fat because I exposed myself to shitty foods and literally not being able to workout that much at the time due to my newly developed bad knee. BUT, recently, I have started working out again and I've already lost a few pounds. I got tired of seeing myself as a fat guy, so I started seeing myself as a soon to be ex fat guy. I'm slowly but surely getting back to where I want to be physically. Moral of the story is, you have to motivate yourself to better yourself physically, and stay away from these "fitness influencers" because you'll start expecting to see yourself look like them and it wont happen. That's what I did, and now I feel happier, and like I mentioned above, I'm losing weight and I feel great. To everyone who has a hard time believing in yourself, I believe in you, I have full confidence in you. I truly wish to see you succeed with your goal(s). YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!

It literally takes everything. Weights, cardio, and eating healthy. I once went from 205 down to 163 by doing this. Unfortunately I'm back to 194 right now. The hardest part is diet (for me especially saying no to beer)
I had true gynecomastia. I had it as a young child and finally got surgery for it in 2004. In 2002 i lost weight everywhere but in the chest. Gynecomastia ruined my early life. The first 20 years completely were terrible. I had zero self esteem, zero self worth. No friends, bullied of course no girl friends. I failed out of school.. a total failure because of the image of gynecomastia. I had the surgery which i am glad i did. But it took 10 more years for my mental outlook to get good enough to let my presents be seen buy the world. In regards to the surgery i would do it again but differently with the knowledge i have today.
I’m pretty built I’ve gone to the gym for most my life but when I noticed the puffy nipples after loosing weight I knew something wasn’t right. I know there’s different types of gyno but I don’t have any lumps I just have the puffy nipples issue and I truly believe I can only do it by surgery. This is my last attempt to get into the single digit BF percentage but if I still see puffy nipps then I’m going for the surgery

I found the best way to reduce chest fat. Stop eating bread, becuse it has heigh kcal and increase chest fat. Or you can eat less. I traind like creazy but still i dont get good result. When i eat less bread my chest fat and other fats are reduced. Try you can see very good result soon:)
Eat in just a 4 to 6 hour window each day. Cut out all processed foods and condiments. Drink only WATER with your Meals and No Soda or Alcohol of any kind while you are wanting to lose weight. The food part is actually easier than you think. Takes about a week to adjust. You can start with just eating Eggs and Bacon and Cooking Frozen Veggies for your meals. You can also have Sardines and Veggies for meals. Cut all Bread, Sugar, and Pasta also. I would say have a little Fruit only a couple times a week at most in the beginning. Hamburger on a Plate Topped with Cheddar Cheese (Pork Chop, Chicken Thigh, or Steak are good too.) and some Veggies is good also. Basically just eat Meat and Veggies and only drink Water with your meals. Make sure that at LEAST 12 hours passes between eating ANYTHING with Calories and you will find what works for you. :~) P.S. A baked potato with only Butter and seasonings is OK also. But not more than ONE at a meal. LOL

Really I feel like if you shop the perimeter of the supermarket so only fresh whole foods ( no sugar from processed foods) eat more protein ( I eat around 1 gram per lb of body weight) I feel like just doing that is huge. I do lower carb higher protein and fat. Keep it whole foods low sugar ( I do use carbs to fuel weight training) and you'll be great! Play around with whole foods and see how YOU feel and perform ☺️

I’ll keep it simple for you guys: eat less, as in, you have to eat less than you’re used to. You should be going to bed a little hungry every single night. Can’t fight the urge to eat in the middle of the night? Two solutions to this: go to bed earlier, you most likely are going to bed too late, and drink a ton of water/protein shakes. This is great for tricking your stomach. Next, work out every single day. Doesn’t have to be 2 hours, doesn’t have to be insane, just get out there and sweat! You have to be consistent, and you have to stick at it.. not for one week, not for two weeks, at least a month! Follow these steps, and I guarantee you will see results! The only thing stopping you from getting in better shape is you. There’s no TH-cam video that’s going to fix your problems, you have to fix your problem. Good luck, and start tomorrow morning 👍

Trust me, I was 350 in October and I’m 325 now. I’ve been on the elliptical 5 days a week for an hour minimum a session. None of that shit matters. For me, it’s all about what you eat and staying in ketosis. I workout with resistance bands (tower 200) and drink 2 liters of water. Should burn 6-9lbs per week.

You're gonna get different advice. Try to cut out pastries completley, and processed fake food like McDonald's.
No fast carbs. No dairy. No sugar. HIIT sprints. Lift weights. That's it.

The Agoge diet works best for fat loss. I tried the other diets but it was just so difficult to stick with and very hurting on the body.

I’ll keep it simple for you guys: eat less, as in, you have to eat less than you’re used to. You should be going to bed a little hungry every single night. Can’t fight the urge to eat in the middle of the night? Two solutions to this: go to bed earlier, you most likely are going to bed too late, and drink a ton of water/protein shakes. This is great for tricking your stomach. Next, work out every single day. Doesn’t have to be 2 hours, doesn’t have to be insane, just get out there and sweat! You have to be consistent, and you have to stick at it.. not for one week, not for two weeks, at least a month! Follow these steps, and I guarantee you will see results! The only thing stopping you from getting in better shape is you. There’s no TH-cam video that’s going to fix your problems, you have to fix your problem. Good luck, and start tomorrow morning 👍

Trust me, I was 350 in October and I’m 325 now. I’ve been on the elliptical 5 days a week for an hour minimum a session. None of that shit matters.
For me, it’s all about what you eat and staying in ketosis. I workout with resistance bands (tower 200) and drink 2 liters of water. Should burn 6-9lbs per week.
Sounds lik a good plan.
