  • Testing out the change to 70WT shock oil in the rear. It made a huge difference! I think 60WT would be the sweet spot but the oil change made this drive completely different!
    If you have a MAXX V2 you should change out the oil as a minimum modification!

    Weird mine has a ton of upgrades so heavier the stock, still kicks up the rear with a 3 feet drop.. Can se its not slapping... Just bouncing back.

    So the front oil is still stock. 30W?

      Yep, it would probably be better with 40wt.
      Ideal would be 40 front and 60wt rear i think

      60 front and 70 rear isn’t bad . Fronts perfect . I think I’m gonna try 80 in the rear and try and find stiffer spring

    The maxx v2 comes with 60wt from the factory 😊

      Early trucks had 30wt, this was a running change they made to 60wt
