    I’m actually crying after this work out in the best way possible. Recently all i hear is to get stronger i have to do long boring weigh training which is so so so hard for me but this actually made me feel strong and proud of my body! Thank you

    Yes PLEASE keep up the variety in your workouts! So great to be able to pick based on how Im feeling. No energy and feel like skipping, cue in the dance workouts, 30 seconds in and Im having a blast so happy I didn't skip. No time but need a good butt kick, cue in the 5 and 10 minute burners! Feeling pumped lets go for the 30 minute videos! Sore legs no worries lets get in that upper body! Seriously keep them ALL coming!!! They are all amazing

    This has become a go to of mine! I did it for the first time in February and had to take many breaks. Now 4 months later, I complete it 2x in a row comfortably. Seeing strength increase is so exciting. Thank you Maddie!

    i love this workout, and i love maddie! i dont like super extroverted yelly "GO HARD" coaches, i get overwhelmed and feel like i need to keep up even if it doesnt feel good. your demeanor and gentle encouragement makes me feel comfortable staying at my own pace and i always end up feeling energized and motivated to do it again and again! im so grateful for this channel and all its fantastic workouts

    Loved this one! I like how it included a short warmup and how it wasn’t TOO hard, but enough to break a sweat! And the layout of the workout made it go by faster for me as opposed to all 10 of the exercises in a row and then repeating the whole thing!

    I love Jazz. I have an aussie with a tail who is now 18 months and will still occasionally stand over me during sit ups or watch my leg go up and down when lifting.

    I LOVED how you broke up the exercise into sets, then repeated them, versus doing all the moves then going back. Thank you for explaining each move. It's so helpful!!! I'm still learning as to which body part to concentrate on. A lot of moves I was doing wrong because I would do workout videos that never explained how to correctly do each move.

    I have had these for several weeks th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

    Thank you for making 10-20 minute workouts. As a busy mom of 4 with a full time medical career I don’t have much time or energy for a full 30-45 minute workout. Love your puppy! Instead of a puppy I have kids crawling on me. Lol.

    I was working out with you faithfully for about 1 year. Then I got a puppy last November 2020. And I just started working out again. It was so hard with my puppy since she would think I was playing with her and I couldn't get anything done. But seeing Jazz "help" you gives me hope! Maybe I'll keep it up this time!

    this one was one of my favorite workouts of yours! i love that it was difficult enough to break a good sweat and get my heart beating, but easy enough that i didn't have to take a break every 5 reps. also, i loved all the exercises in set 2!!!! seriously, where have those been? i will definitely be coming back to this video. i've been slacking on full body because i love lifting weights and running on a treadmill, but this has re-motivated me. and of course the puppy appearance made it all the more better 😉 thanks a ton as always!!

    I love all your workouts. You are beautiful and such an inspiration. Love your instruction to ensure correct form, follow you all the time. I am 59 years old and been exercsing in gyms but now I do all my workouts at home with you. My favorites are no jumping and weights sessions 20, 30 or 40 mins. Keep them coming please. Can see results without that hard jarring and jumping my body cannot tolerate anymore. Thankyou so much. Cannot wait for the Madfit App.

    I felt like Jazz at the end of this workout, collapsing on the mat. I love this video the most because your pup wondered through it. I have three dogs taking turns hopping off the bed to come sniff me while I am working out, sit on the mat next to me, breath in my face.

    Wonderful workout! I loved how you added a 20 second rest in between exercises as opposed to 15 seconds in many of your videos. It is less rushed between exercises.

    Hi! I am new to your channel. This is the second workout that I’ve done, and I really love the fact that it’s nice and concise and I can get it done in 30 minutes or less! I am in my 60s so I need to do weighted exercises for bone strength. You are really fantastic in your puppy is adorable!

    My dog did the same exact thing that Jaz did at the same time she was licking your face :p It's just what dogs love to do in that position I guess haha
