    The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

    I loved this workout! I specifically look for videos that have no repeats and that have a timer. The choices of exercises were awesome. I wish there were 5, maybe 10 additional seconds between exercises to get in the position I needed or to grab different weights, otherwise nothing but positive feedback.

    I loved this workout ! Did it with a set of 6kg dumbbells... Don't know if that's the average or not but still, I felt so proud when you're male partner had to take breaks and I didn't ! 💪🏾
