The assignment isn't about her talking too much she's explaining the movements and why to move like that for me it's listening skills her techniques make sense 💯

Hi. I haven't yet started your program, but the mindfulness mindset has already begin. I love it. I am so much more concious of how I move, and aware of my thinking. Speak on sister, you are correct, the mind moves the body. Man, I am stretching/moving in the shower!

always felt my muscles needed to be stressed in such a way that all entire attachment of the muscle is connected strong to connecting points on the bone. I believe Zarina shows us how.
Don’t listen to those quickies people. Many people need to understand more ..so keep talking. I want to know more about the movement of our body and muscles and everything
If you feel worried about your stability, try walking barefoot for a while first , and combine walks with pauses where you stand like tai chi man and move your arms from left to right and move your body in similar directions , than to mak it harder with eyes closed , than to make it harder try different pose where your stand on one leg…. Ect …. The goal is to get you trusting your feet and legs again … look up feet stability exercises…. Than when you feel comfortable you can start exercising ;-)

What about strength on your feet? I feel my feet hurt. I also have an achy bunion, will these exercises be safe to my feet, since ill be barefoot?
