Great video but bleach and toner isnt neccessary..i have blond highlights on very dark brown hair and the blonde is permanent and doesnt wash out

How much does it cost to get highlights?
Ikram Chowdhurry depends on hair length and hair color. Like for me I have black hispanic/asian hair and about 4-5 inches of hair length. So highlights for me 70 bucks for a brown. And I cant really go lower or give a price because no salon wants to take a risk with my hair since they need like 30 or 40 volume of bleach. But im assuming his cost was around 100- 120. Haircut probably 20-30. His hair isnt that dark and he only use 1 bleach application i believe. And coloring so his total should of been 70-100
