Quick Guide to use Nasal wash and Nasal Spray

This video is a quick and concise demonstration of the use of saline nasal wash (Physiomer) and Nasal spray for treatment of nasal allergies, sinusitis and nasal hygiene.
P.S : This video is a general demonstration of the basic technique of the nasal wash , there are different types of washes available in the market. Irrespective of the way you hold the bottle /type of bottle , POINT THE NOZZLE TOWARDS THE OUTER SIDE OF NOSE (towards same eye) when inserted in the nose by bending sideways over the basin.

You can use syringe ,however make sure your technique is correct to avoid complications
