Nasal douching / rinsing, followed by a nasal steroid spray used regularly, can really help symptoms of chronic allergic rhinitis. No need to be afraid!
Hello doctor. My nose is always, everyday blocked and I’m not sick. Why it is like that I have sinusit I use snup sprey but my nose is always blocked and i wish i can breath with my nose every day 😢
If it is a nasal steroid spray, then it is usually okay to use long-term, for example, if you suffer with chronic rhinosinusitis. Decongestant sprays should be only used for a few days. Check your bottle for instructions.

I have a separate short video with advice on this!
Is it normal that the mist of the nasal spray somewhat goes to my throat? I can also take it right now 😢
Try to only gently sniff it up, so not too much goes to the back of your throat. It isn’t dangerous when it does though, so not to worry.
That's funny how a lot of doctors like 50% of them say you're not supposed to breathe in at the same time
You’re not supposed to sniff too hard, otherwise it ends up in your throat
