Really enjoyed, brings back memories of my Iceland trip. So, imagine you’re driving the Ring road in one of those RV’s. Remember how narrow the roads were, mostly without a shoulder and you’re thinking, man,if I go off the road its going to be quite the ride.... Driving down the road at about 80 km/h and BOOM! Crap, I got a flat..? And just so happen to be coasting up to a pull off. Good. Get out and take a look. I’m missing a WHEEL! Gulp. That was a closer call than I thought. Call the RV place and they dispatch a mechanic and we get to meet the only man in Iceland that doesn’t speak english. Cobbles together a repair (we found the wheel in a field behind us) but we spend the night in a hotel parking lot waiting for the new RV to be brought to us. Have the best meal ever in the attached restaurant. Had smoked salmon starter that the owner smoked in the yard behind his house and the most ridiculously good hamburger I can remember. Carry on.

Never a dull moment in your videos. Dark humor and a travel vlog all rolled into one? Yes, please. Also, loved how you did the ring twice. As someone who's never been to Iceland, it really helped perspectivize your itinerary and commit those places to memory as a viewer.

Legit my favourite travel vlog / photography tour-de-force. Especially under the current circumstances where we're locked down. Has made me feel that yearning to visit Iceland when all this craziness blows over and I can indulge my nascent wanderlust. Just need to sell a redundant body part to fund the trip, a Sony A7-III and a nifty fifty and I'm good to go.

I'm so glad I watched this one months after having found (and subscribed to) your channel. Had I watched this first, your later videos featuring photos of generic urban/desert decay would've puzzled me mightily. Instead I realize that you're capable of well-framed, moody landscapes ( Iceland being fish in a barrel for those kinds of images) and just prefer to take pictures of dilapidation. And that's cool, we like what we like. I don't watch for the photography, it's the deadpan commentary that keeps me coming back.

I wish I had known about Lemon when we were there last year. It had to have been tiring, but also awesome, to do the Ring Road twice. Our family drove about 1800 miles in a little over two weeks. Definitely an enjoyable 1 hour video. I am one who loves the lenghthy views. You did a good job of capturing those parts of the journey most TH-cam photographers ignore.
