    2.side raise

I have diastasis recti without notice it & not aware of it ,I was doing abs workout more than one year but no reduce in my belly.. all my fingers goes inside when I check diastasis recti.. what type of excerise should I follow to reduce my belly.. kindly provide your suggestions and tips.
