I'm a little burned out with course creators who create courses for people who want to create courses.

😭😭 How about AI Experts who sell info on "how to make money with AI" by selling new to new people how to sell to people to make money with AI.

It is the only way to be an entrepeneur unless you are a genius like Elon Musk: learning how to scam others, and then teach them how to scam others, and so on.

I'm really burned out with course creators that create courses that aren't structured correctly and don't provide real outcomes. Being a real course creator is not just stringing a bunch of videos together and calling it a course. Courses should be structured correctly and have specific outcomes that can be measured and WITH support from the instructor. Having too many students prevents an instructor from being truly effective. You need the right course, the right support and the accountability. There is a huge difference when you have this.

I’m not seeing how to build the trust, to even get anyone to give their email or show up for a free webinar. Those of us who teach online via Zoom already know how to create LMS courses, we know how much work goes in the backend-what teachers don’t know is how to built trust online so people can tap into our expertise.

If you have some time, you could try hosting a QA session related to the topic you teach to show authority and build a connection with potential clients. Additionally, you cost post success stories of your former students. These things can help to start the process of building trust.

Why was she selling courses that she wasn’t an expert in, in the first place.
I see people selling courses now with less than 1,000 subscribers on how to gain more subscribers find this whole industry very odd
I worked with lots of big public speakers and 90% of what they say is just words and they hire people they don’t actually know how to do half the stuff they claim to be an expert in

@@schoolingdiana9086 From a true instructional designer, I have a really hard time with her courses. I love AP and have learned A TON from her free content.. and I've learned from one of the courses that I've bought - however, there were things that I found to be lacking. I'm excited and glad she's successful.. She has a magnetic personality and can attract a ton of people through her content and style; BUT I think that there are others courses that are better.

Amy's a beautiful face (with skills as well) but this explains a lot of her friendly sales takers. Added: Amy speaks from her high podium where she partners with other high end list owners to create massive launches which is not something available to most listeners. It's a who's who club. These list owners will not just promote your stuff to make a commission without you having a lot to bring to the table like proven high conversions and other perks. This is not transferable knowledge for your viewers to take advantage of so easily. So why bring it up as It's way up higher in the chain of success? Give your peeps the quick wins first or you can waste people's time.

“When I worked for Tony Robbins…”
    I KNEW IT!
Ugh, the icky MLM/self improvement/timeshare vibes from this person just grossed me out. I feel like I need a shower. Even her last bit of advice was an icky sales pitch “I feel it’s important to invest in myself…” Oh, really? Like, should I buy your course then?
    Yuck.
