    Thank you so much for all of your videos they have changed my life, this was the first video I started out with at 214lbs I've worked out to one or 2 of your videos per day 6 days a week for the last 219 days paired with a high protein low calorie diet I've lost nearly 60 lbs thanks you again!

    53 years old, very unfit...but I've just got through my first kettlebell workout and I feel GREAT!!!! Gonna lie on the sofa for 10 mins and get my breath back 😆 I'm hoping to do this at least every other day to lose some weight and increase my muscles 💪 Thanks Nicola x

    *By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

    I am 69 and a retired physical therapist. I was out of shape and started using your workout to gain muscle and balance. I had to modify several things to make it work for me, and maybe others as out of shape as I am may need to work up to the 15 pound kettleball that I am now able to use. I use 2 5 pound weights for the biceps and triceps exercises (one in each hand). I used a balance pole for the lunges without weights, as I tended to fall off balance with the weights at first. I also could not use any weights for the russian twists at first, but now am able to use a 5 pound weight. I love your positive energy and I appreciate the big clock counter in the edge of the video! I also ride my recumbent bike for 40 minutes 3 to 5 x a week, and pilates for seniors 2 to 3 x a week. I do your program 2-3 times a week. This has been my routine for the last 2 months. I can see change at every session.

    I'm 40, this is the first time I'm doing exercises with a kettle bell, so I only started with a small 5lb weight. This is very easy to follow, and I'm definitely going to utilize more of your videos to go along with my fitness journey. I started with some yoga, but I want to trim some mid-section and arm fat. Your instructions are clear and so easy to follow. I'll going to check out more for future exercise sessions. 💜

    This was great! I am partially disabled with permanent left sided weakness and this was exactly what I needed. Easy to follow alone and no crazy moves. I’ll be back for sure :)

    I used to be an avid gym goer, but I fell off. I work so much now I have limited time. I just bought kettlebells and found your channel. This workout was exactly what I needed.     This is my first time working out with a kettlebell . I can walk for hours but couldn’t do any other work out . Well, that changed with this video I actually enjoyed it !

    I just did this yesterday, I've been in a funk/workout routine. This was great! I did sub the lunges for Bulgarian Split Squats for now(I broke my big toe last week, had to have a minor surgery and stitches and I'm in a boot for 6 weeks). I did two circuits to start, and will increase. Definitely plan on doing this a few times a week for the new few weeks!

    Great workout! I've had a hard time recently with work stress and having a miscarriage.. I've put on so much weight and felt pretty depressed. Today I walked the dog, then did a 10 minute yoga flow, followed by this kettle bell workout. It feels good to make time for myself, but also acknowledging that I haven't got the strength and fitness levels that I used to, and working at getting it back. I'll definitely subscribe. Thank you!

    I’m 58yrs old , using 6kg kettlebell. Managed all of it; the triceps extensions were a bit of a challenge for me though; with the weight. Switched to a 3kg dumbbell first try. Then went back for another go, just kind of managed it! Not too taxing for a beginner though.I’d do it again. I’m in Malaysia, I’m a fellow British...we’re all struggling with this shadow of the virus right now...hope you’re doing ok over there in Blighty .....thanks Nicola... p.s. pleased with myself :) 🇬🇧 🇲🇾 We #crushed it!

    Just started to exercise after a long break and this was my first time using a kettlebell. I felt good during the workout, I worked up to a sweat but kept momentum. Boy I was not expecting to be sore! I had to take ibuprofen. Great full body workout!

    This helped me so much w my new kettle bell that feels like it has sand in it. I would highly recommend beginners to buy a neoprene kettlebell. Mines is from TKO 4020 10lb weighted ball. It’s got a soft cloth on it (Neoprene) and made with iron sand. Pretty cool to work with. Also the handles got a soft foam handle that rotates with your hand so if your hands aren’t that strong this is fantastic and you can work w it so much better it’s a whole viiiibe. Ima work out w this video as often as possible ✨ totally made this doable and I worked up a sweat.

    Great beginners video. I am classed as Obese after putting on 40KG since the first lockdown through a combo of depression, comfort eating, and a sedentary lifestyle. I've been back in the gym for 3 weeks trying to build up my confidence and then get back to a healthier weight.
    I used a 4kg kettlebell, and reeaaallly felt it during the arm workouts. But I got through it and am now dripping with sweat and feeling great! Thank you. Definitely hitting another video from your beginner series tomorrow!

    I'm a beginner Kettlebeller. I love your video it is very clear and and supportive. The only critique I would say is to have the intro at the end. For me it is too long, I would be happy to hear your message at the end, because your series are really good and I would want to hear more from you...at the end not the beginning. Just my opinion.

    This is a fantastic workout for beginners, using light weights. Nicolas voice is soothing and encouraging simultaneously, and moves are easy to modify by slowing down or using lighter weight.

    Hi, thank you. I got a 18-lb kettlebell and I was actually a little afraid of it. I love that first figure-8 exercise and lunges. I couldn't lift it for the tricep extensions but I put it in tricep position and did squats. Thank you again, I feel so much more confident. xoxoox

    Finally, a kettle bell works out for beginners without a deadlift .so awful to force beginners to do deadlift ... I think no one should do dead lift for the first time without a trainer at least someone to guide even if it's explained .thanks for a nice video

    thank you! i have fibromyalgia so trying to get fit and exercise is hard. i did have to do shorter times as pain started kicking in, but this made me feel like i can get there. i have just over a year until my wedding and i really want to shift the 2 stone i gained due to fibromyalgia

    Thank you for this workout. You've really made me enjoy working out again! I love using the kettlebell and I love the way you 'keep it real'. I have tried other workouts in your series and really enjoyed them, though some are still a challenge and it pushes me to go further.     Greetings I just discovered your channel looking for kettle bell workout for beginners and I really enjoy your workout. As it did get my heart rate up it felt good. I appreciate the beginner series and not a series that you have to jump up and down , to try not to disturb my neighbors .. look forward to doing more as the week progresses!
