- The ATF spoke with the head of Moonlight Industries, a company that manufactures high end chest rigs and other gear. They tried to confiscate FRT Triggers that were purchased by the owner. They made sure to mention that they are AWARE of his purchase in an attempt to scare him to give them over.

They're enforcing the 1934 National Firearms Act, so yes, they're enforcing a law.

The government advocated their law-making duties by giving bureaucratic agencies regulatory powers that do not have to have Congressional Approval or interrupt the congressional Martini and Cigrar lounge hours.

Local Sheriffs need to shut the ATF down. These two ATF individuals should have been arrested by the local Sheriff. If the ATF shows up at your door without a Sheriff's deputy, call the Sherriff. If they show up with a deputy, vote that Sheriff out. Where was this? A formal complaint should be made with the local Sheriff and these two individuals should be placed on notice.
The guy is calm and focused and knows his rights … if i’m not under arrest or detained i would like to leave he says ! They on the other hand from their body language are ashamed of what they came to do and surprised by how calm he is, they thought it would be another call where they intimidate someone with a badge and plate carrier and push him to incriminate himself to either get arrested or have enough to pill a search warrant

@@jamesisaacson6379 We do believe in purgatory but what you're referring to is a prayer called "Kaddish" it's said for a departed soul to have a elevation in heaven. My sect of Judaism believes hell is a place of cleansing to enter heaven. It's not a place of eternal damnation.

This proves that retailers selling firearm parts, should be deleting their records of the individual sales: who they sold the parts to. I understand they need to take the parts out of inventory when they are sold, but keeping records of who they sold them to, is a form of ad-hoc registry, that allows thugs from the ATF to come in and get a list of their customers!
But we never really know.
So if you buy items and do not want a traceable event, you need to use a aliases or proxy for purchase of said items.
I have a friend who is paranoid about this and he does exactly that on any firearm purchases down to swapping out his new gun barrel , since he does not know if that is ballistically in some body database.
And no he is not a criminal, but he has a brother who was setup for a crime that he didn't commit by LAPD and who he know that, he was present at that crime and knows the person show did it.
Scary but never trust your law enforcement or investigators.

This man and his company make gear so our troops can operate as efficient as possible. These guys, who work for the same gov he supplies equipment to, pretty much want to lock him up over some legally obtained metal parts because they changed their mind like an indecisive child. In turn, they want to sabotage their coworkers (the seals and whoever else MI supplies). So technically if you look at this deep enough, we have multiple factions within the gov that are shadow battling each other to push an agenda. I'm sure that those they supply are not happy that the very government they work for is the same one trying to lock up the man who make the gear they wear everyday that their life depends on.

This is a good video, but the gentlemen that spoke to the ATF did a good job but should really have ended it like 3 min earlier. The wasted of communications for the ATF fishing expedition was just that, "wasted communications"

So this is clearly a staged video. Neither is wearing agency gear, neither identifies themselves, neither speaks or acts like law enforcement, she has a target stuffed in her plate carrier, and they stand by for a lecturing (right, sure), this is worse costuming than a TV show.

The fact they are wearing a carrier that says, "POLICE", is that not impersonating an OFFICER. ATF Agents are NOT POLICE, they are AGENTS! They are NOT ENFORCING LAWS, they are trying to enforce regulations ATF MADE, which are NOT LAWS!
