Any info on the decompression lever possibly breaking and getting stuck open so it's acting like it's got no compression? I had someone try and hold it up bc it was not firing up and they didn't want to sit there and keep flipping it lol but it's acting like there holding it up, I did get it rumming I rode it but it quit and is acting like no compression.. it has oil

Will it not run if the Value are not adjusted right on Kawasaki bayou 220

It can run, but not well, and most likely if you run it with your intake valve not adjusted properly you'll break something
