My husband has built these mobile homes for 34 years. And ran warranty service on them for 15 of those years. He is starting his own TH-cam channel and show people what to look for when buying a mobile home.
This is gorgeous! My only real complaint on this home is the entry. For a house that size, they could have more of a “proper” entry with a coat closet, a bench for putting on or removing shoes, etc…. Other than that, I really love it!
I agree! I had a double wide with a supposed dining room as soon as you walked in the front door and a kitchen dining room. To me it always seemed like wasted space. I like Palm Harbor homes but this one didn't rock my boat at all! The huge master suite didn't even do anything for me. I still love the Palm Harbor home in the Florida area a few yrs ago next to the one on pillars the best. Still my favorite home Chance had ever filmed.
I agree. Also, I would make the two tiny bedrooms at LEAST 12 FEET square. I'm sure there's a way to configure it. There's so much square footage to play with.
It's more than a mobile home though at this level. It's basically a mini mansion. For 330k in certain states that's a STEAL. Guess it depends on how buyers look at it. It's not like a tin can or tiny mobile home it's huge. Where I live a regular construction home that size alone would cost 600k minimum. But if it's not your cup of tea that's OK too!
I agree, I lived in a new double wide that I was renting while waiting for.my house to be built and it was just garbage. They asked if we wanted to buy it for 200,000. I'm like heck no.
I bought one of their homes 15 years ago. All of the appliances went out with in the first 5 years. Stove, oven, refrigerator. Had to replace ac unit after 7 years. We had to replace the siding because of a hail storm. There was nothing behind the siding except thin inside wall the thickness of a dime. We did a land package with them and that's been a nightmare. Flooding ext..My homes beautiful but we spent 15 years redoing everything. Make sure you check everything from appliances to walls before you sign the move in papers. Once you sign those they don't know you any more.
Same story here. Beautiful but not high quality materials. Re-doing everything from the appliances to the walls, floors, plumbing is not only costly and time consuming but challenging in that 'mobile home' design and sizes are specialized so you're truly upgrading as in re-doing completely. The size for the money woos you but beware. Nice tour though. Loved the video !
@@rimahjay4999-- If you are wanting to purchase a manufactured home, you won't be able to join it with the land as a package deal loan. Manufactured homes are legally classified as "Personal Property", land must be titled (just like a vehicle, boat, motorcycle, RV, etc.). On the other hand, the land is legally classified as "Real Property" and therefore is required to be purchased separately from the manufactured home. Further, it can be more difficult to finance a manufactured home, and both the loan interest and insurance rate will be substantially higher than those for a modular home. Therefore it makes more sense to purchase a modular home, as long as you carefully research the costs and remain within your budget. The government building codes, restrictions and regulations for a modular home are almost identical to those of a stick built home. They are therefore a much stronger structure than a manufactured home. Plus a modular home can be included with the land as a package deal purchase bevause both are legally classified as "Real property", which means that they are eligible to be financed by the same lenders as those that are available for stick built homes. Both the loan and insurance rates will be substantially lower, especially since modular homes historically appraise at the same higher value as their stick built cousins. (Unfortunately Manufactured homes historically depreciate substantially, just like a vehicle, motorcycle, RV, etc.) Finally, because modulars are built to much heavier standards, better quality materials are used throughout the structure. It is very likely that the problems expressed in some of the comments on this thread were because the homes in question were manufactured, not modular. Higher quality flooring and cabinets cannot be included in a manufactured home', as the builders must adhere to the strict weight guidelines required by the frames to which the sections are permanently attached. Further, any issues with major appliances are legally not the responsibility of the home manufacturer, but rather the company that manufactured the appliances. And again, the major appliances in a manufactured home must be within the weight restrictions of the permanent frame upon which the sections are built, which again means they are most likely of a lower quality. Therefore it is highly recommended that buyers purchase a modular instead of a manufactured home. The overall price will initially be more, but the difference in the quality of construction is definitely worth the additional money in the long run. It is also recommended that, even with a modular, it is more advantageous to upgrade the quality of the major appliamce package, flooring, cabinetry and insulation. Be sure to price check all of these materials at your local Home Depot, Lowes, etc., as their prices will sonetimes be lower than those offered by the modular home dealership. These suggestions will most likely ensure that your home will always appraise at a higher value, and you won't be left with the headache of unexpected repair and remodeling bills later. Hope this information helps you with your purchase. Good luck. My husband and I pray that you enjoy a happy and blessed future in your new home!
Inspection before insulation and drywall, then another inspection after finish build, and then a final inspection after it is placed on your lot or land, then if everything OK, sign. You stipulate this in the purchase agreement before they even start to build.
My home is 1620 sq ft & have three bedrooms & three full bathrooms and a good sized pantry next to refrigerator ... Size is a relative term ... This triple wide is very nice & many would make changes to house as shown, cu$tomizable if anyone want$ to make any change$ ... Factor in heating & cooling co$t$, land, site development, co$t of garage, pool/hot tub = If you have the coin - option$ are available to be explored ...
My husband and I retired to Florida and moved into my parents park. We put in the parks 1st Triple with a full Garage and carport . The first section is like a mother-in-law’s wing. We do have a full office, extra large utility room, guest bath and put in an additional closet back to the seam and then of course the guest bedroom. The front half of the next two units is a huge great room with kitchen, dining and living area, which looks even larger with the 9 foot ceilings. The pantry is long and wide enough for plenty of shelving and a full size freezer. We have sliding doors leading to an elevated sunroom. The back half of these two units has a large master bedroom one walk-in closet, and another full closet. The master bath is huge with 2 sinks, a large shower with a built-in tile bench and cabinets everywhere, some going from floor to ceiling. About 1,900 sq. ft. And now that my handicap mother with Alzheimer’s is living with us, we really do take full advantage of every inch. Some of the neighbors were pretty leary when it first rolled into the park, complaining “the hotel is going up”, but now they love it too.
Having a .5 bathroom near the entrance keeps the guessing at a minimum. And with our moms giving her a since of independence WITH HER OWN SPACE (PORCH OR FOYER ENTRYWAY AND A "BACKDOOR" ACCESS INTO THE LAUNDRY ROOM THAT CAN GO TO THE BACKDOOR) she can invite her own guest and be with in arms reach of her CHILD🥴
Sister Girlfriend listen MY MOM LOVE'S CHANCE LIKE HER CHILD SHE'S NEVER PHYSICALLY MET. SHE SUBSCRIBED THE FIRST TIME I SHOWED HER A VIDEO IN 2019. MY MOTHER LIVES WITH ME LIKE MOST KIDS OF BOOMERS AND I'VE ONLY SEEN ONE THAT HAD A "RETREAT OR GRANDPARENTS SUITE" BUT THE ENTRY WAS SUBPAR. MY ISSUE ALWAYS FALLS WITH NOT HAVING A 5 BATHROOM IN ANY HOUSE THAT HAS MORE THAN THREE BEDROOMS I FEEL LIKE THERE SHOULD ALWAYS BE A POWDER ROOM WATER CLOSET IN ANY TRIPLE WIDE. YOU DO NOT IN POST PANDEMIC ERA HAVE A HOUSE A SEPARATE BATHROOM FOR JUST GUESSED YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN YOU HAVE PEOPLE/FAMILY GUEST COME INTO YOUR HOUSE WITH UNFORSEEN EXTRINSIC FACTORS THAT COULD AFFECT YOUR ENVIRONMENT
You can. We have a PH double wide. The wood is actually a high grade wood look vinyl. If you want to pay an upgrade they will switch out carpet for this
We have this same floor plan, and we redesigned it before we purchased it. The kids living area was remade to a living room with sliding glass doors and a fireplace, a huge bedroom and bath, instead of three bedrooms. There is a 15’ closet at the end of the bedroom. We made the bedrooms that share a bathroom into a guest suite with a living room and bedroom (the bathroom is in the middle). I love the home. What I hate is the paint is the cheapest available. There were no hardwood floors available then, but that is nice that they did that for the house now. The inside doors are horrible. You said in the video how pretty they are, but the paint comes off of them EASILY. Note: Do not touch the doors, just the door handle. Teach your children to only touch the door handle. Otherwise the paint will be off the doors around the handles within the year. We painted over our doors with a good paint and it hasn’t come off yet. So, you may want to do that before you move inside. We got very cheap ceiling fans that were installed when we moved in. Why? I have no idea. The ones in the master bedroom look nice in the video, but ours were nothing like that. We have had circuit breaker trouble since we moved in too. They said the bedrooms were wired for cable TV but ours never worked. So, check that out BEFORE you leave the factory. The sliding glass doors are the cheapest made unfortunately. In the kitchen we have a really cheap sink and faucet. Had to change the faucet. Some differences are, our pantry is very small, we have wall ovens that took up needed cabinet space but the worst thing thing is that there are only 5 drawers in the kitchen, that are not very deep. It would be good for someone who does not cook, or newlyweds. My thoughts are that when they lowered the two cabinets/counter tops on either side of the kitchen sink counter tops, there was no room for drawers. In other words, two countertops are lower than the other two. It is deceiving and you would not think of that until you moved in and said, “Where are my drawers?” Mine are not soft closing either. The cabinets are cheap too, in case you are wondering. Outside there are no gutters and the house needs shutters to look properly done, in my opinion. In the master closet, they took out the built-ins. On the long side of the closet, opposite the window, we had built-ins to the ceiling that we bought baskets for, to hold our clothes. The walls are so thin that you can hear what is said in the kitchen from our closet. Not sure why. We had our house re-designed for our needs. We added a second fireplace and sliding glass door on the end of the house where the kids living room is in his tour. In our master bedroom, we made the living suite where the bedroom is in the video. You don’t want to walk in the room immediately into a bedroom. Our bedroom is where they had the desk. It is so nice that way. We never use the actual living room in the main part of the house, except for holidays. We are always in our living suite. The master shower…..it is just cheap and I hate the shower pan. It may look pretty good, but it is not. The seat in the shower needs to tilt at a slight angle to keep water off of it. We took out the cabinet behind the entrance to the bathroom and they enlarged the toilet area (which he did not show) and put a bidet opposite the toilet. I love that area as they seem to fit together, opposite of each other, very well. My pet peeve in the bathroom, which you don’t know until you move into the house, is that when you go into the bathroom, if someone is at the sink, you will hit them with the door. That is a design defect, that you think they would have fixed by now. The constant hot water does not work well. Get a larger hot water tank. You will not be sorry there. The laundry is also different as we do not have a sink in there, but we do have counter space. I did not see the hot water heater in there in the video but we have furnace and hot water heater, as well as the circuit breaker box. Overall thoughts….I love this floor plan still to this day. This is a house that you can have children running around, or use one side for an elderly parent. Be prepared to repaint everything inside the home, including the doors. It is the same paint in every room too and nothing washable. Oh, we had extra insulation put into the walls of our home on the side the sun beats down in the afternoon. The air conditioner is great. I put in a trash compactor and a good dishwasher though, as well as flooring. They had some cheap carpet that I wouldn’t even want in the closet, to be put down. In the master bathroom there is an oval tub that I like better than the one shown in the video. It holds a lot of water, however the drains and faucets were very cheap. I changed my faucets out with some very nice ones. I hope this helps someone to determine what they can do to upgrade portions of the home, or change it. The house is 75 feet long, so it is a big home. We built a basement and had it placed over the top. One last thought….we got the seamless connection when they put the 3 pieces together. It looks like a regular home, not sections put together with a seam. It costs more. It is a pain for the guys that come to make it ready too. If you get cracks it is because the house has settled. Let it sit a year or two and then re-plaster it. Then it is more likely to stay that way.
Wow, thank you. Your living experience in the home is valuable information. We're in the process of looking for a home. Every home we see I always check for sufficient closet/storage space, like coat closet, linen closets for each bathroom, drawers in the kitchen, cabinets. Hard to believe but the new thing is no upper cabinets and shelves instead. That's okay for say a coffee area but not the whole kitchen or bathroom. People have mismatched stuff and to just put stuff in an close the door. I figure once they move in they're going to realize they want at least a couple of cabinets with doors.
Dear Texassews - wow, the superintendent that over sees the factory must have been sleeping the whole time! It sounds to me as if they only primed, and did not paint the final coats on your walls or doors. Primer wipes off. Also, like with a stick built home, the interior walls are never insulated unless you tell them to do so - it's pretty exspensive. For this size home it would have cost over 2 grand, and probably around 4.
@@whopiddledonyourposttoasti175 if you want quieter rooms ask them to insulate between the interior walls. It'll cost you, but it's well worth it. Also, tell them you'd like to tour the facility that will be making your home before you decide to purchase it. Also, remember to check out several manufactured home builders - just like stick built homes - some offer better upgrades and materials than others. Also, try to purchase a home with gables and gutters - so worth it!
DO NOT CHANGE A THING about your videos! Your camera work is just fine, the fact that you do these yourself is AWESOME and your 'southern drawl' is the one of the things that keeps me watching! My late father (Daddy) was born in Spur, TX...and of course that award winning smile always makes my day.
Love this house. Glad they put twin bed in room to show space/ layout. Master BR appears to have queen bed. Master bath love bench, but shower at the entrance, need hand held there. Didn't notice linen closet/cabinet, loved pantry.
This is a very nice and unique home, I like it when the utility room has a sink and storage. The main bedroom has a nice sitting area, and that closet was fabulous.
It would be great if they had a porch & does it need to stay on stilts? Love the kitchen, the office w/bathroom, the master bedroom/bath/closet. I think the layout is the best one I have seen so far. $305-$330kis base is a really steep price for a mobile home that is know to depreciate in value.
Really depends on the location. My grandparents had brick home in Texas, sold it for a mobile in Colorado. Their location there, brought double what they paid after 10 years.
300,000 thousand dollars? are you kidding me, granite bathroom countertops? NO.and the floors arre real cheap looking also, not worth the money, place looks kind of cheesey, cheap
I would recommend a sealed crawlspace foundation if you want something more permanent, they are generally cheaper than a basement but still give you access to connections under the house
This video has a lot of material for a discussion about my and my husband's ideal home. It also taught me that I won't ever be happy in a mansion. It would simply be too much. It would be hard to clean and feel connected to people in. I think I would go back to a double wide designed with my family in mind like it is now plus the golden years for my man and I to just enjoy.
My Uncle lived in one of these in Oklahoma in the early 2000’s. It had two living rooms and 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, they also added a sun porch to it. Its still to this days the biggest trailer I’ve ever seen.
I absolutely love this!! 4 bedrooms and I’d make the office my fifth bedroom. The only problem I have is the entranceway. I need a big porch!! That entrance does no justice to this home!!!!
I bought a condo three years ago and my life plan is to live in my condo till it's paid off, sell it and get full cash for it to buy a mobile home paid cash! I absolutely love mobile homes! Yessssss this is just gorgeous!
Love, love, love Palm Harbor homes! And, this one does not disappoint! I would probably move in tomorrow except I would, of course, need some modifications lol. The pantry, master bedroom retreat, media room and master bath are perfect! The master closet could use an island with a bench and an entrance from the bedroom to be perfect. That would make the front end of of the room a dressing area. I would also use the entrance area as a proper foyer. Other than that, I love this home! Thank you, Chance, for showing us this home!
It reminds us of the Tradewinds model you toured at the Plant City, Florida Palm Harbor location. It also was a full on triple wide. We liked that one, and loved this one. This is our new "if money were no object" house. This house tops most Deer Valley homes we've seen, and you know we love Deer Valley homes.
Tradewinds is still my number 1 because I like the entry better. I have to custom order it though. for some reason they did away with the model when palm harbor was bought out
A lot of space but not used efficiently. Why are there two dining rooms? Why is one of them the first thing you see when walking in the door? And am I the only one who thinks the guest rooms are too small for that size house? However, it was a very impressive home. Thanks for a good tour Chance! God bless you
Yeah, the master bedroom is huge while the other rooms are small and cramped. It's a nice home, but some extra space could have went to the other bedrooms.
This is a beautiful home. Two things I don't care for is the dining area when you first walk in and the closet in the bathroom. Needs a coat closet and maybe a wall to separate the entry from the dining area.
Hey Chance (family man)!! This is such a vision of loveliness for a triple wide home on a GRAND scale. Just massively beautiful. W❤️W! What a floor plan. Seems to me to be a home for life!! Thanks for the view.
Now this is what I call a full triple wide!👍 New favorite. Only thing I would change is to have bigger and/or more windows. I think that would give it that elegant/fancy appeal.
I'm so glad you got to see if his home. Ive been loving it for years. The subtle changes I like also. The one problem I have with this beautiful home is the wasted space when you walk in the door before you get to the living room. It needs to be redesigned with a nice foyer n powder room. Or maybe insert a small porch to get out of weather.
Absolutely beautiful. Only complaint is that underwhelming closet. They really could have done something unique. Maybe an island with drawers for jewelry, some shoe racks…
This moble home blow my mind the color is beautiful and two dinet area this awesome big rooms n a office, lots of closet space and in the kitchen area😍
When my hubby and I were first married , we lived in a single wide trailer. I would have LOVED to live in this home! We sense have a huge house after being married for 32 years ! But this would have been a dream come true back then !
This is a beautiful home. If I was going to order something like this, I would have one dining room. I don't like walking into the the dining room from the main entrance. I would combine the dining room and breakfast nook and move the living room over closer to the entrance. I would also ask to have the entrance to the master bedroom closet changed so you wouldn't have to go into the bathroom to get into it. I would surprised how compact the kitchen was but it appeared to be in the center section. I like it, it seemed much more efficient than some of the larger ones in the double wides.
This home is so gorgeous!! I love the layout! Especially the "media room" with the adjacent bedrooms!! The kids can have their own part of the house. The only problem is it would be a lot of work cleaning this home! It would take all of the family following a cleaning schedule to keep this puppy clean. Other than that it's definitely one of my favorites!! ❤️
I've been watching for a year or so and I really like this home it is definitely a great place for entertaining and making it a comfortable place for the family
Love it as always chance! A piece of friendly advice, work on balancing the audio between your voice and the music you play at the beginning. The music is always SO much louder, that we have to snatch the remote up and turn the TV WAY down to make the music an appropriate volume. The home is beautiful!
Most of the videos seem to be that way. As soon as they switch to the music I guess the surround sound kicks in on the TV and man it gets loud. Don't worry Chance, it's not just you.
Wow what a really nice home, it’s stunning, I could really see myself living in that space. Perfect family home and wonderful floor plan, the fireplace is great and so many rooms and great details. Perfect carpentry, a real Texas home. The price is a little steep once you figure in your land your skirting, septic system, garage, out houses, landscaping, porches and driveways your probably looking at 500k to complete this to perfection, and you would really like a nice plot of land to stick it on as well no less than 10 acres I would imagine. All in all I’m glad I bought my 4 bedroom 4 bath ranch house in Texas in 2020 for 300k on an acre size lot. It’s just perfect for me. So I’m not in the market anymore but I do enjoy watching these videos.
This is a lovely home - lots of features beautiful colors and features. I have a piano and this home would lend itself nicely since it's so large- if it were me and I was buying a this large home, I y, I would make a few changes - the house would be over the top if it had a pot filler and double oven. with cook top only. Also beams to help cover the marriage lines in the ceiling. I would add a jetted tub in the Main Bath - lastly, all the faucets seem low end - so nicer faucets and dual shower heads in the huge shower. This home would meet all my needs - I'm keeping this one in mind for my future!
This house is absolutely beautiful!! I would most likely add two pillars to separate the formal dining room from the formal living room. Other then that this house is perfect!!!
Absolutely stunning. I live in a 1200sq ft. 16x76 single wide Manufactured home which we love but this the bomb for sure. A young family will appreciate this so much .
Wow, wow now this is a beautiful home. I loved everything about it. Nice job Chance!! God bless you and I pray God keeps you safe as you travel around this country to bring us these beautiful homes to show us. 🙏🏼 ❤
Loved the home I would want bigger taller windows I would use the space by front door foyer and put closet and space for bench there. and hardwoods floors in all rooms....nice pantry loved the master bedrm.
This is definitely the DREAM HOME for us!! I love the layout, I like how if you have family over there’s a separate area you can get away to escape lol.
I think this is my very favorite home. One dislike is the entrance. Could be larger from outside and have coatcloset in the entryway. Other than that. It is perfect!
This home definitely gives the wow factor in size and rooms. The kitchen setup is real nice and makes up for the small island. My only complaints would be the lack of closets and the shower in the master bedroom.
Absolutely stunning home, but lacking a foyer, linen closets and coat/storage closets. Other than that, this was an outstanding home and tour! I am sure this home can be topped!
My wife and I had the same response. Overall lack of storage normally found in a home. Our guess is they're assuming you'll make room in the utility room and/or the walk in closet in the master.
Love everything about it. Just think the price is kind of high for a mobile home. You can find a home for this price with the same amount of space possible even bigger. Other than that it's pretty and spacious. Love the shelves on the wall.
Beautiful, Beautiful home but you are all right…”lot of money for this type of home” but….. nonetheless “I LOVE IT!” Fantastic floor plan & love it’s open & “airy feel!” Love that you can opt in for wrap around porch! I have to have that on any home 🏡 I have ( can’t you just hear those crickets chirping, fireflies flitting all around, as you sit out there in the porch, on a hot summer night??? Just love it! Thank-you once again for your fantastic & fun blog/site/video! I have to add too, I am so glad you did not spend a lot of time starting off by surveying the outside of this home, like many do. Great job on commentary too, keeping it interesting & moving it along but at the same time you are very through, showing us everything about this home. It is so much fun & interesting at the same time, seeing these videos, which I might never even knew existed, never mind “actually see”, if not for your extraordinary blog/site/posts! Many thanks again! ♥️💕♥️💕♥️💕♥️💕♥️💕♥️💕♥️
Truly Blown Away. # triplewide I own a Palm Harbor Home doublewide that I got in December 1999. I bought it in Greenville, NC. I thought they quit making Palm Harbor Homes. I live about 70 miles from Nags Head, NC. You can not feel the wind blow and the wind has gotten to if not more than 90 mph. It is well made tough, no crazy glue. I got double pane glass on my windows. A real wood or gas fireplace. If I had to do it again I would buy another Palm Harbor.
@@minecraftqueen9076 True. But the land it sits on will likely appreciate in value over time. So that's something, I guess. (Speaking from a private property ownership PoV.) And if owners take immaculate care of the home, & it's set on a permanent foundation, like a modular home, it may not lose as much value as a too-often neglected "throw away" mobile home. But overall, agree with you. I would never invest $300 grand in a mobile home either. Sad thing is, prices of "affordable" manufactured homes have quadrupled the past 25 years. My first home, in 1997, was a new $26K Fleetwood 2 bed, 1-1/2 bath S/W. (Base price was $19K; w/construction upgrades & taxes, $24K. Delivery & set-up, $2K.) This same basic home, without construction upgrades, now costs about $90K - $110K. Might as well shop for a stick-built fixer-upper house instead. If you can find one that's halfway liveable. (Construction upgrades were plywood flooring substrate instead of particleboard; higher R-value wall insulation; a larger water heater; upgraded gas furnace & A/C unit; upgraded carpet & vinyl flooring, upgraded double-pane windows, etc. And still, for the price of a nice new car, I had a very affordable & comfortable home for 10 years while I saved to buy a house. But I got a fraction of what I paid for the mobie when it was sold, true. Mainly because the metal roofing had developed holes & the cheap cabinetry, plumbing & other low-quality interior fixtures were falling apart faster than I could make repairs. Lesson learned.)
@@monkeybusiness1999 yeah but the land value isn't going to recuperate the value lost by the mobile home. As mobile homes age they continue to depreciate. That's why most banks won't give loans for mobile homes.
@@minecraftqueen9076 Possible, yes. Depends where the land is vs what you paid for the home. But I do know somebody in FL who bought a beautiful new double-wide in The Villages. A great retirement community with good resale potential - until sinkholes began opening a few blocks over. Bye-bye money...
I absolutely really love this place! I really love what they did on the back side of bar area, especially the shelves on either side. If I would had a lot of kids, I probably would turn the study into another bedroom or make it a nursery. I also would change the room where you come in at into a play area for the kids. I absolutely love the master bedroom...omg, & the master bath with the walk in closet!
Chase,I feel this is one of the most beautiful impressive homes you have done. The office would be a bedroom with a Jack & Jill bedroom. A playroom with two more children rooms. Excellent kitchen and Master bath and bedroom awesome sauce. ❤️💗it.
Chance, I love watching you tour homes. I skipped past several others to see you show this particular home. Thanks for being so entertaining and keeping us all up to date on what's available.
I’m in such love: I’m drooling❣️ And with the additional options provided on the plan‼️💜💜💜 You hit it out of the ball park for me, Chance! Thanks so much!!
Great job on this one Chance! My mind was definitely thinking of options with this one......second bedroom/in-law suite, club chairs and low table in the dining off the kitchen for a leisurely coffee/reading area, craft room. Definitely one of my top 4 so far! Thank you for sharing.
Thank you so much Chance! Even though I know it wasn't...I feel like this one was just for me. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the retreat/sitting areas in the master. BEAUTIFUL Chance! Great video. Thank you so much for all you do.👍 💖🥰😁
Omg!!! This home 🏠 is every women dream!!! ❤❤❤ Absolutely love love love. I need this floor plan. My biggest surprise was the office. I just knew it was a closet and 💥 it’s whole office. Just spectacular!!!! 😊
That master bedroom would actually be a great MIL suite if someone needed to share a home. It’s almost like it could be two homes in one!!! LOVE it!!!!
My husband has built these mobile homes for 34 years. And ran warranty service on them for 15 of those years. He is starting his own TH-cam channel and show people what to look for when buying a mobile home.
What is his you tube channel?
Did he ever get his channel up and running? And if so, what is the name of it so we can go give him a follow?
Took the words right off my keyboard! 👍👍
Amen
I agree. Needs an entry.
This is a great home, hits all the buttons except for the price. I just can't see putting over $330k on a mobile home. But I love the layout.
If put on a solid foundation it increases in value like a stick built
To build this size home on site at today's prices would be in the $450k-600k range.
Well worth it
I agree, I lived in a new double wide that I was renting while waiting for.my house to be built and it was just garbage. They asked if we wanted to buy it for 200,000. I'm like heck no.
Wow, this is a great home. This one is the one that’s not missing anything.
If you don't mind me asking, how much was it to do the land and home in one loan? I am thinking about doing the same. I am in michigan.
(Unfortunately Manufactured homes historically depreciate substantially, just like a vehicle, motorcycle, RV, etc.)
Finally, because modulars are built to much heavier standards, better quality materials are used throughout the structure.
Sounds like you went cheap as hell. Sounds like basic maintenance to me.
A home with three bathrooms. Nice surprise. That pantry is really nice.
Great home, but would really be nice with Cathedral ceilings!
Agreed.
@@tapper701 had a double wide put on some property, had pretty much every option put in. Love the house, looks amazing. And yes, I do have a pantry.
Maybe the best triple wide on the channel!!! Would hardly ever leave that kitchen. My goodness!!!
I bought a 2008 Palm Harbor home (1200sqft) for $94,000- Love it.
The main Closet! It’s a whole nursery. Beautiful.
Wow. Great home. If I were to buy it, I would have the other side turned into a living quarter for my mom (who lives with me).
Sorry my phone glitched and sent it separately and out of sync
Kitchen is beautiful but in the middle. Prefer traditional with windows. Master suite very nice
I LOVE this!! I would definitely get rid of the carpeting and have all wood floors.
Lots more work
You can. We have a PH double wide. The wood is actually a high grade wood look vinyl. If you want to pay an upgrade they will switch out carpet for this
WOW 🤩 I love the homes with media rooms. Gives the hubby a place to relax
Haha, no doubt!
Excellent feedback. Thank you.
Also, try to purchase a home with gables and gutters - so worth it!
do you get to your basement from the outside of the home trying to figure it out in my mind I plan on purchasing the Anais by Paul Harbor homes
Lol, short commute to work!! Wake up, walk a few steps, get a shower and a few more steps to the office!! Nice set up and so spacious!! Beautiful!!
I appreciate that!
I’m from Post
I agree he is fantastic!
Love this house. Glad they put twin bed in room to show space/ layout. Master BR appears to have queen bed. Master bath love bench, but shower at the entrance, need hand held there. Didn't notice linen closet/cabinet, loved pantry.
And his doe eyes 🥰
I love it that it's large but to me for layout a lot of wasted space for the amount of square footage small bedrooms!
This is a very nice and unique home, I like it when the utility room has a sink and storage. The main bedroom has a nice sitting area, and that closet was fabulous.
Ive worked on Mobile Homes for over 40 years this has got to be 1 of the largest Homes ive ever seen wow makes my 28x80 eagle river look small
I love this triple wide and having a playroom for my grandchildren is great I ready love the pantry and the master suite
Hi everyone, made an offer on a home today , 🙏🙏. But will keep watching for sure .
I hope it all goes smoothly for you 😊
Congratulations, it's going to be great!
Awesome, hope everything goes great for you!
Wishing you the best in the buying process !!!!!
Congratulations!
It would be great if they had a porch & does it need to stay on stilts? Love the kitchen, the office w/bathroom, the master bedroom/bath/closet. I think the layout is the best one I have seen so far. $305-$330kis base is a really steep price for a mobile home that is know to depreciate in value.
Put it on a foundation.
@@myzacky96 don't buy it then 👌
I would recommend a sealed crawlspace foundation if you want something more permanent, they are generally cheaper than a basement but still give you access to connections under the house
That is my dream master bedroom. Love the whole house. Would still need to add a brick skirting, front porch, back deck and pergola, and a garage.
It is UNREAL !!!!!,
This video has a lot of material for a discussion about my and my husband's ideal home. It also taught me that I won't ever be happy in a mansion. It would simply be too much. It would be hard to clean and feel connected to people in. I think I would go back to a double wide designed with my family in mind like it is now plus the golden years for my man and I to just enjoy.
OMG is right!! Everything about this home was amazing. Kitchen, pantry, master bedroom/ bathroom, just to name a few.
I totally agree!
Love this. Nice attention to detail - like no obvious protruding seam in the flooring joining the 3 sections together.
Thanks for another great tour !
I'm not sure how you're going to top this one. See you Thursday.
My Uncle lived in one of these in Oklahoma in the early 2000’s. It had two living rooms and 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, they also added a sun porch to it. Its still to this days the biggest trailer I’ve ever seen.
Awesome, thanks for watching!
This is the most fabulous mobile home I’ve ever seen!! Love EVERYTHING about it!!!
I absolutely love this!! 4 bedrooms and I’d make the office my fifth bedroom. The only problem I have is the entranceway. I need a big porch!! That entrance does no justice to this home!!!!
That's not the entrance you'd get with the house. You'd need to build your own porch in addition to the cost of the house.
Add a wrap around porch
Stunning kitchen enclosure with the built-in shelves. GORGEOUS HOME!!
I AM NOT BREATHING!!! Omg!!! If I could make this a 5/3 with this layout!! PERFECT! I’m speechless, breathless all the less less.
Oh my Gosh this is for the rich and famous of Trailer Life!!!!!! SO HUGE!!!! So many rooms!!!!! Good job as always Chance!
How much do these start at thank you
Tradewinds is still my number 1 because I like the entry better. I have to custom order it though. for some reason they did away with the model when palm harbor was bought out
This is my favorite yet. Wow the master bedroom and retreat is totally awesome.
Thank you Chance!
Bless you and your family 👪.
Well............I have found my new home!!!! Dearly love this home.♥
I love the layout of this house! So far it has to be my favorite 😍
There is so much living space. So many options on how to use those rooms!
A lot of space but not used efficiently. Why are there two dining rooms? Why is one of them the first thing you see when walking in the door? And am I the only one who thinks the guest rooms are too small for that size house? However, it was a very impressive home. Thanks for a good tour Chance! God bless you
@KathyChojnaki especially that 8x11 bedroom! All that is good for us storage!
Agree. Bedrooms should be bigger.
The exterior is a little homely, but when you go inside-- WOW!!
For a huge home, it has a lot of style ❤️
Hey Chance (family man)!! This is such a vision of loveliness for a triple wide home on a GRAND scale. Just massively beautiful. W❤️W! What a floor plan. Seems to me to be a home for life!! Thanks for the view.
When you walk into a mobile home you don't realize it is a mobile home, they are amazing.
I love the floors and how spacious this home is.
Stunning Master, its like a Hotel Suite, I would never leave my bedroom, its one of the best Mobiles you've done soo far.
Now this is what I call a full triple wide!👍 New favorite. Only thing I would change is to have bigger and/or more windows. I think that would give it that elegant/fancy appeal.
That would be cool!
Both!
These have always been my dream house... Nothing prettier than a double wide or a triple wide.... DREAM HOUSE!!! I’ve always love them
four bedroom or 3 bedroom with a office, I loved it. this would make me go back to a modular home again. thank you for sharing
Absolutely beautiful. Only complaint is that underwhelming closet. They really could have done something unique. Maybe an island with drawers for jewelry, some shoe racks…
I feel the same. The pantry layout is designed better than the primary closet designed. The size is decent, but the closet itself is just blah.....
I would keep that closet, but make about half of the retreat a special closet for the lady of the house.
@@MrPaige222 I don't mind the closet size, but I would just go to The Container Store myself to build my separate closet storage space.....
That master closet should be where that extra room is which seems to have no purpose. Then the bathroom could have been a proper size.

If you need a retreat from your own BEDROOM, you've got issues
All I can say is WOW! The kitchen, rooms and that pantry, beautiful!!!
Oh my word! Lovely colors, great kitchen with large pantry, lots of living space and amazing master!
I love this house. More information
I agree. Rooms that will hardly be used aren’t the best investment for our family.
This home is giving so much, I would never leave the master bedroom
Love it as always chance!
A piece of friendly advice, work on balancing the audio between your voice and the music you play at the beginning. The music is always SO much louder, that we have to snatch the remote up and turn the TV WAY down to make the music an appropriate volume.
The home is beautiful!
Thanks for sharing that! I had no idea!
Finally one with the master right on the main living area . That place is nice
I have never really liked mobile homes, but I'm Impressed. Actually, blown away! At 8:18, that was nice family portrait.
HolyCow this is GREAT!!!
That was really nice. I would make the 2 bedrooms at other end into one and make an in law suite. Love the living room.
Wow!!!! I was thinking the bath off the office was a 1/2 bath. It’s full. Sweet.
Absolutely stunning. I live in a 1200sq ft. 16x76 single wide Manufactured home which we love but this the bomb for sure. A young family will appreciate this so much .
Very cool to have the media room in between the other bedrooms like that. Nice home office too !
Wow, wow now this is a beautiful home. I loved everything about it. Nice job Chance!! God bless you and I pray God keeps you safe as you travel around this country to bring us these beautiful homes to show us. 🙏🏼 ❤
Thank you so much!
Absolutely love this home. You did a great job.
Thank you so much!
I love this Floorplan. It's very spacious and I love the split Floorplan. The kitchen is my type of kitchen and the pantry is nice. I give it 5 🌟
Amazing triple wide mobile home!! I think it's the master suite behind the double doors!!! @20:21
Dude you topped this triple wide when you were at Vanderbilt homes in Sanford NC
Loved the home I would want bigger taller windows I would use the space by front door foyer and put closet and space for bench there. and hardwoods floors in all rooms....nice pantry loved the master bedrm.
Thanks for sharing!!
I love the option of the wrap around porch Floorplan. Can you upgrade the counter tops to quartz or granite? Or a gas fireplace option?
This is definitely the DREAM HOME for us!! I love the layout, I like how if you have family over there’s a separate area you can get away to escape lol.
I think this is my very favorite home. One dislike is the entrance. Could be larger from outside and have coatcloset in the entryway. Other than that. It is perfect!
This home definitely gives the wow factor in size and rooms. The kitchen setup is real nice and makes up for the small island. My only complaints would be the lack of closets and the shower in the master bedroom.
After seeing 100s of homes this is still my favorite.
I just love this. !!!!
I love it no wire racks in closets !!!
Absolutely stunning home, but lacking a foyer, linen closets and coat/storage closets. Other than that, this was an outstanding home and tour! I am sure this home can be topped!
It is stunning.
My wife and I had the same response. Overall lack of storage normally found in a home. Our guess is they're assuming you'll make room in the utility room and/or the walk in closet in the master.
Agreed. And I would change the doors on the closets either to sliding doors or make them all open outwards instead of into the closet.
I would definitely have to upgrade the faucets in the bathrooms. They look cheap for a house with this price point.
Fantastic mobile layout!!! WOW! Thanks for showing it.
Truly Blown Away.
# triplewide
I own a Palm Harbor Home doublewide that I got in December 1999.
While $300K+ seems a touch pricey, it is a phenomenal family home! Especially like the children's suite. :)
If I'm spending 300k it sure isn't going to be on a mobile home that depreciates in value
@@minecraftqueen9076 heard putting it on a solid foundation won’t make it depreciate but I guess that comes with extra costs
When I say I paused the video for like 10 mins just staring at the view to the kitchen… I’m lying because it was more like 15. 😱😱😱I was in awe!
Haha, glad you enjoyed!
I’m in such love: I’m drooling❣️ And with the additional options provided on the plan‼️💜💜💜
You hit it out of the ball park for me, Chance!
Thank you so much for all you do.👍 💖🥰😁
WOW!!! Oh my goodness i love this home! This is the home I want.
LOVE it!!!!
All I can say is WOW !!
Thanks perfect!
