This new triple wide house has a 2 master suites and even a media room as well! The manufacturer for this house is Palm Harbor Homes. The model for this home is the "Vintage Farmhouse II Flex." Families are having to cohabitate with each other more than ever before! Especially adult children with their parents. Actually smart way to go for some people! So this house is perfect for multiple families living together!! Or just single roommates wanting a house instead of a apartment. Beautiful home!
The foor plan is perfect. I could see my large family gatherings working perfectly. Plenty of space for everyone.
This is perfect for an in-law, adult child, or roommate situation. I like the bits of separation in the main living areas. Nice plan!

This is by far one of the best triple wide layouts I’ve seen. I love the house. Outside looks cheap, but inside is a nice surprise

This home has it all. 2 living spaces, 2 dining areas, 2 master bedrooms and 2 master baths. It's almost like 2 houses in one. I love it. If I had it. My daughter and her husband could live in part of it and I could live in the other and we wouldn't get in each other's way and there would still be room for guests to visit. I totally love this one. I've loved this home since seeing it many yrs ago. The "media" room would make a great photo studio, w a pocket door to the dining room..... *drooling"
I love these videos. I always think about how I can alter the spaces. Tankless water heater, soaking tub without the surround, zero entry shower in the primary bedrooms for older or disabled folks. I appreciate your hard work

This home is spectacular. I especially liked the entrance way and the way the rooms were divided. It was open but yet you didn't feel like it was one big room. I also liked the media room. It's a place to keep all of the "fun stuff" and not having it cluttering up the living room.
This house has everything! At first I thought well it doesn't have a rainforest shower head but alas, it has two!! Floorplan is perfect and unique. Best floorplan I have seen in a long time. Who really needs a sink in the utility room anyway? I don't use mine. A little overkill on the staging - but all-in-all an absolutely gorgeous home leaving nothing out. If one wants to spend this kind of money on a "mobile" home this one is well worth it. BEAUTIFUL!! IMPRESSIVE!!
This home is amazing for sure. It's a dream home. Beautician decorated. I'd have to take the master with a tub and shower.

Beautiful home. I’m not sure how other people feel but I prefer smooth surface in the big shower stalls. Much easier to clean rather than the tile; grout lines are terrible to keep clean. The kitchen is my favorite kitchen so far. I love the idea of 2 master suites for multi generations living in the same home; it’s nice that they are on opposite ends of the home. I have been following your channel for about a year now and I have to say that this is BY FAR my favorite. Don't get me wrong, I love some of the other ones, but this one has most of the amenities I am looking for: triple wide, 2 master suites, room near front, foyer, sep. dining area, e-i-k, island, pantry (even though I wish it were a bit larger) and 2 additional (decent) sized BRs. The things that I would add: 1/2 bath near entrance, closet near entrance, definitely the deep sink in (utiltee) room - even though it'd be cool to have space for a freezer too, tub in major MBR suite, larger (major) MBR closet. I keep coming back to this video. I really wish it was available in NC! Keep up the excellent work! Love to the family!

Everything about this home is stupendous! The layout was well planned for sure. The homeowners could easily rent out that second master suite if they wanted! Beautiful home with something for everyone!

Hi,Chance, I like the outside,it looks huge inside,can’t wait to see the inside.Love the media room,big room.Build ins in the living room is great I love how the dining room is separate from the beautiful kitchen.Wow,2 dining rooms,love this house so far.Laundry room is nice. I love, love the master bedroom and bathroom,gorgeous. I can’t believe how big the master bedroom is.

Absolutely great. Since we are in the market, I am happy to know that dual masters are being done now. However, two very small changes would be to take a couple feet off the MB with the soaking tub to make the closet a bit bigger. Lastly, put a 1/4 bath near the entry. However, this is what we are looking for. Thank you Chance - this was a FANTASTIC one!
You keep showing me homes that would be perfect on my lot at the lake. This one tops them all. I plan on retiring and living there. This would give me my own master bedroom, and still leave that entire other end of the house for my relatives and friends who come visit. Perfect.
This home is phenomenal!!! I love this one, like for real, it is definitely my most favorite tour you've ever done! And I really love so much of the furniture they have used in this one, and those counter tops and the back splash behind the stove and also at the built-in hutch area is so pretty, in my opinion! Back in 2020, I read that the 'farmhouse' decor was OUT OF FASHION. This house is already outdated, but I do love the SPACE, and the huge shower...I could wash my big dogs in there! Nice kitchen too!

Great layout. Love the kitchen and dining spaces, lots of storage!! Love that the kitchen isn't all white. Cabinetry looks like a soft warm grey or putty, much preferred over cold and sterile stark white!! Nice utility room as well. I like the two master suite option, but there would be tubs in both of them! Media room is a great addition! Love this plan!

Love this! However they should use medicine cabinets in the bathrooms. Also counter space is extremely important in bathrooms as well in kitchens. Always have linen closets. Always have a utility room that will house a freezer washer dryer folding station somewhere for your mops and brooms and vacuums. Life is a lot easier when it looks nice but is still efficient. On the whole it is still a very nice home.

The interior was great! Beautiful staging! Only thing is the exterior, it looks cheap. Looks like they stuck a shed onto the front of the house, need to come up with a better first impression visual.
I agree. It is not a true triple wide.
I also was not thrilled with the T-111 plywood siding in the back, there were many observed gaps and that was a "show model" I would think that one would be as perfect as it could be. If I ever do purchase a home like this I will be going over everything with a fine toothed comb.
Only problem i have too. I dont like the outside look.

I love the decor in the home, master baths and the kitchen are a plus
I love the foyer area, and the walled off areas. Really feels like a regular house. They did a great job staging, that's for sure.
The water closets SHOULD have a skylight or small window in them - they're absolutely claustrophobic especially in a house with this much floor space. The kitchen - wow - they actually went off script & put a patterned tile behind the stove giving it some STYLE!! Great job!

My sentiments exactly!!! Modular and no toilets in a closet. Ooh and needs a front entry closet for guests who many have a jacket 🧥 that needs to be hung up 👍 otherwise... Outstanding hoome.

Water closets are wonderful for keeping toilet activities separate when you are sharing a bathroom. There are some smells and sounds that married couples don't need to share.

This home, if it could be a modular, would be our retirement home, and any extra rooms would be used for guests and or sons when they came to visit with their spouses/girlfriends and any grandkids down the road. 🥰

I had to come back and look again after seeing the double wide from this series of homes. Love both the double and the triple, this series has definitely hit most of my wants and needs boxes especially with remote working being such a huge part of life now! Thanks again for keeping us up on this model and series of homes!
I absolutely LOVE the fact that this Home unlike most, has a Foyer, which helps to block the outside Air from coming directly into your LR. A GREAT thing during those Icy Cold Winter Months! 😊
