This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Palm Harbor. The model for this home is the “Isla II.” This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has roughly 1,991 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! I LOVEEEE this house! My absolute favorite thing about this model is that each of the 3 bedrooms has their own area of the house…usually all of the rooms besides the master tend to be grouped together. As a single mom of 2 teenage daughters, the extra space between rooms would be Heaven-sent!

I love everything about this home!! The layout is extra cool...love the tile and attention to detail. The master is stunning. Especially the bathroom with tub and shower. Perfect for an elderly parent that needs the walk in shower and the bench. Couldn't be any more perfect!!! Absolute perfection!!!

Yeah this is a solid 5⭐for me. I personally prefer the front door opening to the kitchen area. The living room should be a bit hidden, more like a sanctuary. The kitchen is very much a gathering place, so I like it up front personally. I love that the microwave isn't above the stove, there's plenty of cabinetry. Also the front office is a nice size. I love that the 3 bedrooms are separate, and the laundry room is closest to the master bedroom. Also, the master bathroom has a tub in it. LOVE this house.
Oh I agree! No one should design a kitchen with a microwave over the stove! I’m not short at 5’5” but I can’t lean over a hot/cold stove and lift a heavy dish with hot liquid in it down from something that high. Children can’t reach up that high, and definitely not on a stool or chair! I want a nice efficient range/stove hood over my stove.
Our current MW is at face level and that is awkward to lift a 6qt Corning ware dish filled with hot liquid and food! So if I see a MW over a stove it’s a deal breaker on buying a house, if there are no options to change it.

I work from home - so I would consider an office to be a must-have feature.
I don't think I would have a reason to go anywhere if I had this home it is beautiful! I hope they went to the aquarium!

Why is it that the smaller houses have bigger pantries and the triple wides have the smallest ones

Some, not all.
Maybe with all the space in the kitchen you don’t really need a huge pantry. Whereas, in a small home the kitchen is smaller so less space more need for a pantry. Just my thought.

I love this home..I love the fact that the master bedroom isn't in the living room..the bedrooms were not group together and were more in its own place the bedrooms were large as well..the kitchen was soooo beautifullllll I loveeeee it wish I could buy one in my area but I live in Cali..love your videos Chance and of course I love you and your beautiful family‼️💜❤️💜💞🙏🏾💞
I know the cabinet in the dining area is technically a wet bar, but I would turn it into a coffee bar. Very cool, very nice house. I like the floor plan a lot.
This house is perfect! Love the layout! I entertain a lot and I actually love that it opens into the dining with wet bar and then kitchen. These are the areas I prefer to keep my guests in when having large gatherings and off my expensive couches lol. Love how the bedrooms are separated… and the master, perfect!
Oh my goodness! This home is absolutely beautiful! The pocket door to the office, the back splash, the amazing guests bathrooms with real tubs and tile is the best! The master bedroom and bath oh my! Also, you should not worry about how long the tours are because you are showing us an amazing home, thank you😊

I give this place a 3.75/5 stars. I like most of the setup. The kitchen is lovely and it feels homey, comfy. But I, personally, can NOT stand kitchen main entries. If it opened up into the living room, then I might actually seek this out to purchase.
I never understand this personally. Why the hate for kitchen entries? I like it better than feeling like you're dropped right into what is the cozy sanctuary (living room) of a home. A kitchen is such a common gathering space, it makes more sense to me. Obviously we're all different, but I'm genuinely curious why people hate it?
@@rain-wanders Hello, hope you’re doing well. I wanted to answer this, I agree with her because I personally love having easy access to the kitchen from the backyard. If my family and I are doing BBQ, carne asada, or anything similar, being able to open the back doors to the kitchen easily is a huge must. Having to walk through the living room to get to the kitchen would honestly kill it for me. Not everyone has money to make a backyard kitchen. This is my personal reasonings. I also remember childhood memories of looking out the kitchen window to the backyard and having beautiful Mountain views. The thought of not having that, and staring into the street into other neighbor’s homes would actually sadden me. Lol. Have a blessed night
@@justdaniisfine5438 That makes a lot of sense. I think I was lucky with the last 2 homes I've been in, the kitchen extended from the front to the back of the house, and the living room was off to the side, so you'd walk in the front door, through the kitchen and main table area, and then out the back. I think that would be my most idea because I do agree with the idea of being able to go out the back with food. But at the same time, I do like the idea of my living room being a bit more tucked away too. 🤣
I can’t stand that main entrance off the kitchen either !!! That’s deal breaker for me
Maybe if there were no built-in in the dining area, it would feel more like a dining room rather than part of the kitchen. Although personally, I hate dining room entries just as much.

I love the tiles, cabinetry, and flooring in this home. I also love the color wood they used on the kitchen island and the beams. This is definitely looking like our house! Just going to add on a master retreat, a den, mudroom, and half bathroom. Going to Tyler tomorrow and talking to Pratt Homes! They said they can make us any home we see!
Nice home but I agree with many others about front entrance into the dining room. And that the larger homes do often seem to have smaller pantries.
I’m just not a fan of everyone having to walk through the kitchen to get to the living room. Just flip the floor plan and it’s a winner. Thanks!
Lovely home, wouldn't change a thing. Great storage everywhere in the house, and another home manufacturer that knows that the backsplash runs down to the counter tops. Very practical design decisions in this home. They stayed away from the glitzy garbage and designed an elegant home.
Great layout. I love the high-end finishes like the different tiles, the closet rods and racks, etc.

Happy early Father's Day, Chance. Outside of the home is a letdown compared to the inside. Beautiful home, but I'm not sure about entering into the dining/kitchen. Prefer to have the front door either open into a foyer or the living room. Thank you for the tour.

Love the dining spot set up with water, wine rack etc..kitchen has plenty of room, prep area and serving area, cabinets cabinets cabinets! The windows and ceilings in the living are eye catching and tying in the stainless steal ceiling fans were great and i loved all the back splashes as well. All the rooms seemed roomy enough.The largest bedroom with the two closets was just too smart and lights under the sinks! Great home.

I think I’m in ❤️. I especially like that all the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house….like one bedroom on each side so none are near each other. I wasn’t a huge fan of walking into the dining room & having to walk thru the kitchen to get to the living room but I could get used to it. I still love everything else. And those glass tiles in the kitchen. WOW 🥰🥰

I always enjoy your videos and hearing about your family. Makes it like I'm touring with a friend. Would find it interesting if any of those plugs have USB ports or any cabinets have built-ins. Making my way through the video....the kitchen and dining area was just dang phenomenal. The storage space is definitely singing to me. The island is awesome, i can have the familyin there talkingto me while gettingsome things together. (That office space was great. I need and office with a door. ❤️❤️🙏🏾🙏🏾) Yes, the natural light is a Hugh bonus, I'm just recently getting into plants. 😍😍😍😍 Fireplace is awesome as well. The sitting area is spacious and open. Yeeeesssss. (The backslash throughout is absolutely beautiful.) The master is just a dream come true. Great walk through. Loved it. ❤️❤️🙏🏾🙏🏾

Palm Harbor homes are so well designed, and this one is no exception with so many outstanding features! Yet, there's always room for improvement. In this particular home, in the kitchen, since it IS so wide, I'd opt for the "service" cabinets and countertops (opposite the appliances) to be the same depth as the ones that house the appliances. That way there is PLENTY of storage and "buffet" space for big gatherings/dinner parties.
I love the coffee/wet bar in the dining area...perfect!
The bedroom layout designs are very desirable and lend to good privacy.
I appreciate separate tub and shower in master ensuite, but I'd opt for something other than fiberglass tub and shower (and the same in the other 2 bathrooms). Yes, I'm old-fashioned and prefer cast iron or a heavy metal tub with porcelain enamel coating and REAL ceramic tiles in the shower areas!
The guest bedrooms deserve larger closets with organization (cubbies, shelves, etc)!
I absolutely LOVE the green subway tile backsplash in the kitchen

Yes, Chance, I've been to Plant City, and yes, I've been to Clearwater. When I was growing up, my family lived an hour and a half north of where you are, in Ocala, FL. We were there for a few years. I live in Nebraska now, about a half hour from a Champion Manufacturing plant. I love the shower in this house.

Wow! So many items in this house that are in mine! I have the glass back splash shown in the DR and BR. Mine is blue , its in my bathroom and I love it. The ceiling fans they have- I have the same one in my BR. I have the light in mirror in the BR. But what floored me the most was the pictures in the LR of the dogs. I have the one on the top.
