I’d be happy with no carpet at all. No matter how often you vacuum, how clean you are, the dirt and sand goes under the carpet and doesn’t come out. I’ll never have carpets again.
This is the nicest mobil home I have ever seen, I just love everything about it, starting with the front porch, but my best room, was the DEN, I have a den in my home, and for me that is a great feature in any home. Thanks for the tour.

That La Belle is absolutely beautiful! If I were rich enough to afford something like this, the only thing I'd change is the bathroom bowl sinks, connected to the master bedroom. I HATE bowl sinks. I would want just regular bathroom sinks. Other than that, it is perfect.

I agree also. Those barn doors are not very practical. When open, you can not use that wall for furniture. It would be much nicer as a solid wall there and put French Doors opening into den from the kitchen. This would have been the perfect home for me, my Momma, and my niece and nephew. The only thing that might make it better would be the Jr. Suite being on the end of the home with the other 2 bedrooms. In the Master Bath I would want a wand along with the rain shower head. I love this home. It is my dream home. I had seen this home previously done in a really bad video on another channel 3 or 4 years ago. I was so happy to see it is still available. Hello Nate and son(Raiden)however it is spelled; this "LaBelle" is truly a thing of beauty, spacious, and simply elegant. I would agree it is one of the elite floor plans I have seen yet!!! Very nice floor plan ...I had same one in other channels but the decor made alot of difference ....there are some areas which I really liked .e.g master bedroom and inlaw suite...thanks for a detail tour....
This floorplan is almost perfect! I think it would be even better if an exterior door could be added into that bonus room attached to the in-law/guest suite. That would allow extra privacy and not disturb the rest of the household! The kitchen layout and pantry are excellent. However I'd change the cabinet colors and put in a different refrigerator...a french door style or even one that has no freezer incorporated, and put a really large locking, frost free upright freezer in the utility room. I would delete EVERY STITCH of carpet from this home, opt for LVP flooring, and use area and throw rugs instead. I do appreciate the amount of closets and how they have wooden rods and shelves! Yay...none of that cheaply made, godawful vinyl coated wire rack mess...UGH and YUCK!! I would also go with a different wall colors in the entire home. Love the front porch, but would love to see a deck for the master and guest suites. All said, it's still a pretty home. BTW Nate, those are vessel sinks in the master bath...since you asked us to let you know in the comments.
The office needs a door. Beautiful kitchen with a walk-in pantry! Nice sized guest bedrooms with walk in closets. Two furnaces? Wow! 😮 Perfect utility room, I like the idea of hiding the hot water heater access behind a shelf. I would rent out the last bedroom with the retreat area. The bowl sinks keep water from getting everywhere. Beautiful master tub and shower with a nice long seat. The master closet is dreamy! 🥰 Too much house for me but fabulous! 👍 You sound better.
With a home as big as this I was surprised it didn't have a nice separate foyer! I have to have a foyer!!! I remember this one from 3 yrs ago on another channel. It is on my fav manufactured housing list.
Wow! The layout is a little choppy, still... Wow. What I really want to say is whomever staged that home is a very talented individual. The Mid Century vibe is exceptional and the warm colors & funky textures just pull you right in. I don't think I've ever seen a model home decked out so fine. Just Wow! 😮
So many great ideas. The master is phenomenal! I’d wish for a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath with very large Laundry room enough for dog bath/shower, refrigerator and a place to hang-dry clothes. One nice sized living room is plenty. An office is a bonus and a large pantry is definitely on most people’s list! Why are these homes so much more expensive in PA than in the South?
Since you wanted comments, here is mine. The La Belle came out preCovit. It has been my favorite house shown thus far. My main objection has been for the newer La Belle’s is that the doorways and hallways keep getting smaller and smaller. I would like to see all hallways an doorways, both rooms, closets and bathrooms to be a minimum of 30”. All external doors has to be 35 or 36 inches by law. I love the fact that kitchen sink is on the counter next to the window. It would be nice to have a desk or two in the kitchen and in the hallways. I love the wood shelving in closets and bathrooms and kitchen. Does the buyer have a choice of ceiling fans with separate switches, electrical plugs in fours raised from the floor boards? Would like additional closets where ever it can be put. Without an attached garage, storage is limited. I love the front porch and recessed front door. Lastly, do not remove carpets! The floors and rooms are cold when there are no carpets and I don’t want to dry mop every day or turn on the heater unless I have to.
Surprised no electrical outlet on porch. The only updates electrical outlet both sides of island ,porch. Didn't see water hose connector front. Love this home. Thank you
This is the one I wanted for my huge crew before I bought my site built home. Perfect for extended family. But that price tag didn't match my budget. Thanks for letting me see it again. Great layout. I wish all guest baths were as nice as the one in the granny suite. It's almost a perfect home. Needs a larger pantry for all of the people's that would fill this place. And I hate the mismatched tub and shower.

It has a nice lay out and some nice surprise features however, starting with the front door as you come in, no entry for that size of home. As far as the kitchen island it's a must. Should set the kitchen. This island is lacking style and I didn't notice anything special about it. In master bedroom, I was disappointed in the shower! In TX especially.. take out that garden tub and extend down! I have never been excited about those garden tubs! No doors on a office room isn't good. No. I'd not want personal information and etc in there. I'd put a fire place in the retreat. That would be great!! Thank you for showing.
Fireplace in the retreat! For the size of the house, the kitchen is underwhelming. The stove is scrunched up in the corner. The microwave placement is very awkward... left-to-right flow to use - what if you need to set the dish down in order to open the microwave door that hinges on the left? Now you're fighting a pesky swinging door in your face and competing for space with whomever is cooking. Air handler visible from the living space, right as you walk in where ideally there's should be a closet. c'mon guys, do better. Such a beauty in many ways but it makes you scratch your head about some of the choices that were made! Almost as if the house was designed by two people who never met and worked separately, never collaboratively.

I am glad you did this home because I saw it on a website but it didn't have the price listed I would have to fill out all this information just to request a price on it which I was not really willing to do at the time but I was able to see a few photos and it looked pretty nice so being able to do a walk-through from your video is better I really like the fireplace and the kitchen is decent for these kinds of homes of course I always prefer a gas stove and more cupboards and counter but that island is nice and long. Another one I liked on their website was the hacienda 2 flex and hacienda 3 flex versions again I don't know their price though because i have to request it
The is one of the largest homes I have seen yet. I would make the barn door to the rec room a full wall, all the way up and double doors at the other entrance (kitchen side) into the rec room. The far end bedroom near the master, I would take that extra room and make it part of the "Master.: Whew, that is it. 😊

I would change the front door to no door there and move an entrance to where The office is instead. Plenty of room elsewhere for that. What a nice entry it would make with a coat closet!.
Interesting! After watching a lot of these videos I can say without a doubt in my mind that I would only buy one where the master bedroom is completely separated from the other bedrooms. There was just something about this layout that I really didn't like and I can't even put my finger on what it is.

Where to begin? This is a BIG Beautiful Home ! Love the master suite! ❤ i would like to see no carpet in front Lvrm and dining room areas. Is that a real working FP? Hopefully theres color options. Awesome front porch as well. I could see me living in this one for sure.
I am glad you did this home because I saw it on a website but it didn't have the price listed I would have to fill out all this information just to request a price on it which I was not really willing to do at the time but I was able to see a few photos and it looked pretty nice so being able to do a walk-through from your video is better I really like the fireplace and the kitchen is decent for these kinds of homes of course I always prefer a gas stove and more cupboards and counter but that island is nice and long. Another one I liked on their website was the hacienda 2 flex and hacienda 3 flex versions again I don't know their price though because i have to request it
The is one of the largest homes I have seen yet. I would make the barn door to the rec room a full wall, all the way up and double doors at the other entrance (kitchen side) into the rec room. The far end bedroom near the master, I would take that extra room and make it part of the "Master.: Whew, that is it. 😊
What a beautiful home! If i wasnt downsizing to smaller home i would nab it. I dont like the hood cover is that glass? I feel like it woul be a pain to clean spattered grease messes. It just a gorgeous place
I would change the front door to no door there and move an entrance to where The office is instead. Plenty of room elsewhere for that. What a nice entry it would make with a coat closet!.

Interesting! After watching a lot of these videos I can say without a doubt in my mind that I would only buy one where the master bedroom is completely separated from the other bedrooms. There was just something about this layout that I really didn't like and I can't even put my finger on what it is.

I have to redesign this one a bit to fix all the wasted space and the odd bonus room. This one has a lot of potential though for a big family.
