Oh! I think I watched a video walkthrough of this exact house from a youtuber named Chance. This is one of my favorites! I don't know how I started down the rabbit-hole of watching manufactured homes videos, but I had NO idea how awesome they were. I want to move within a few years and definitely want to look into something like this. I'm not too keen on the outside looks of most of these homes...But I guess I'm older, because it'd doesn't much matter anymore to me. I'd rather have a super comfortable and large inside (especially a master bath like these homes have).
You know the only downside to manufactured homes is they tend to depreciate in value compared to more conventional homes. But I believe a decent lot and a nice home could still fetch a nice price tag. There are some alterations you can do to the exterior of the home that would vastly change it. The way that I see it though is I would much rather pay for one of these than an apartment, at least it’s gonna be yours.
Lovely home with great features, most of all that office. I really wished the tour was slower paced and showed off some of the features like the stunning refrigerator and freezer option.
Lulz, I actually hate stainless steel fridges. They're impossible to keep clean because they pick up fingerprints and smudges so easily. They are gorgeous to look at though.
@@vegasgirl3538 I used to have an old bumpy textured black refrigerator and replaced it with a larger black Samsung...and I can't stand the smudges. My next one is going to have a wood front to match the cabinets.

This is a great house for a startup house for a family it even has a deck where the kitchen is everything is perfect even the bedrooms are perfect the shower is perfect it has a seating area it has the the deep tub for aches and pains and yes you have a walk-in closet that anyone would enjoy the house is flowing it has great pantry and this would be a perfect startup home yes 🌈🤳💗💗👍💟💟🙏🤝💗💗💌✨✨

I love this unit, seems to call out to me in every way, and this one is the best because for once they seem to have built the kitchen based on what a woman would love instead of the men that design them.
Simply a beautifully designed and decorated home! Are manufactured homes more reasonably priced than the conventionally built home? I would certainly be open to having one here in Atlanta!
I like the kitchen in the corner of the home and the utility room / laundry room off of the kitchen. A nice size pantry is a must have. On the other side of the wall from the utility room / laundry room is master bedroom with an awesome on suite bathroom . Dexter Lombardo 🧔🤠

I am a home owner, and have a 4 bed 3 bath 2025 sq ft. Split level home. This home is far more expensive than my sticks and bricks! I do want to relocate to my property in the mountains and am looking into a secondary build, but my pocket book broke looking at this house.
How well do the faucets work? How is the lighting? Are the walls so thin that noise permeates the whole home? How solid is the flooring? How good is the electrical system, how many devices can it handle? How are the window seals? I worry about all these things and more when it comes to a manufactured home.
