    I started the Go program today in honor of my father. I stopped my workouts for the month of December due to many ongoing challenges. But today I hit op lay for him. He passed away on Jan 3 and the last few years he was unable to move his body much due to his illness. His lungs took his breathe away and eventually he wasn’t able to walk much. I’m not going to lie this workout was tough. I cried through a lot of it. But I finished for my dad because he will never get the chance to move his body again. So thank you Sydney for giving me this, this is one way I can continue to honor him.

      This is Ed's wife Alisha I share his account and I am 52 I had started to follow another trainer to change things up and with perimenopause HIIT workouts really aren't that ideal since our body is already going through alot of stress. I started this program today with Sydney and loved it. It feels great to be back. Would love for her to start having some workouts that are ideal for those of us going through perimenopause.     I’m doing this for me. For putting myself first, mentally, physically, emotionally. I let my appearance and “strength/weakness” define me and am always unhappy, regardless if I get complimented. I’m tired of hearing “if I looked like you’d I’d be so happy”. Cause it’s not how you look, it’s how you feel. Thank you for always inspiring us Sydney!

    Happy New Year, everyone. I’m new to Sydney’s workouts but so happy a friend directed me to her channel. I’m 46 and in perimenopause, so losing weight has been HARD these past few years! My goal for 2025 is consistency! I’m real good at giving up when the results aren’t coming quick enough.

      Same here. Working out consistently. Trying to get nutrition in point. I keep gaining weight for no reason. I'm realizing that at this point in my pero menopausal journey that I must eat clean 95% of the time and I have to eat more. Good luck friend. Women go through the hard stuff because we are strong. Stay committed to yourself.

      SAME girl!!! I've had the same weight since my teens and 2024 (my 47th time around the sun) was hard due to gaining around 8 pounds. I'm focused more on my clothes fitting better rather than the scale. Keep up the good work...we've got this!!!

    My goal for 2025 is to get comfortable being uncomfortable. I would really like to get this postpartum weight off so I can play with my kiddos. Nutrition is the key for 2025 and always. Habits matter.

    I’ve been here since late 2018. In 2023 I took a huge dip in my “why” and motivation. 2024 not only threw me off the wagon, but the dang wagon ran me over on its way out.. I’m so ready to get back on and take care of ME 💪🏼

    I’ve been working out with Sydney since 2020. However last year was a bit tough and I was not very consistent. I now feel like I’ve aged a lot physically and just wasn’t comfortable in my body anymore. Today marks my official day back to actually being in control of my health, body and fitness.     I kicked off the new week by taking a national licensing exam I've been dreading and then came home and completed this workout. Working out with Sydney this past year has taught me that I CAN DO HARD THINGS! Thank you Sydney for pushing us to work hard and push ourselves outside of our comfort zones not just in our workouts but in all aspects of our lives!

    Love doing these workouts. As a cyclist, it's great strength training so I can climb faster. And it forces me to also focus on having a strong upper body.

    Wow! I haven't done any exercise in about 4 months and I honestly didn't think I'd finish this but I pushed through and managed to do it! Feeling very tired but feeling good at the same time.
    2025 is the year of consistency for me so I can't wait to see you in the comments on the next video.

    Why are these workouts so HARDDDDDD!? I actually love it because I tend to stick to my comfort zone-comfort weights and comfort mods-but these videos help to push me harder than I would push myself without them. Thanks for the amazing workout!!!

    I was on this journey a few years ago and lost 40lbs with Sydney and I was on track to reach my goal weight. Life happened and I migrated to another country and have gained almost 30lb back. I've been trying to get that off for over a year and felt like I'm not making any progress. This year I plan on reaching that goal because I believe that I deserve it! And I'm so excited to be doing it with all of you guys!!

    Woohoo!!!’ Happy 2025! So grateful for you Sydney. This is my 6th year working out with you. I’m 52 years old and my ultimate goal is to live my best life now and in my future aging years. I have two little grandsons and two granddaughters on the way this spring. My goal for this year is to continue having the energy to keep up with them all. Thank you Sydney for keeping me strong! 😘

    My goal for 2025 is to be a good teammate - to my partner, my kid, my coworkers, my friends.... and right now that means focusing on wellness, not stressing about things outside of my control, and being a positive, consistent influence. I appreciate the way that Sydney has changed my life in the past year. I can carry my 4yo around an amusement park all day! My husband is impressed 😂💪🏻

    Keep it up all! I especially like the part about how motivation is not always there. Getting going is a deeper intentional decision. This is my new motto for when I'm unmotivated, "Deeper intention" My goal this year is to ride the Unbound 100 and run 2 half marathons, one in Spring and one in Fall. After having my second kid in 2023 it has been HARD to figure out how to get back into my training, even with a very supportive partner, it's hard to find the time with work, lack of sleep and all the things many of us experience. What I know though is that I feel my best when I am consistent. I will be my best for myself, my partner, my kids as I get the rhythm of it all in place. Might be a little more like a jazz record than before but I've got this!

    The heaviest I’ve ever been at 192. I’m a busy mom of three very active kids in travel sports and all the things, work full time and I’ve always felt I didn’t have time to take for myself but I’m on day 5 in a row of exercising! I turn 40 this year 😮…New goal- move every day because if I limit it to a few times a week I will push it off to the next day.. Also.. who better to work out with than someone who takes me back to my roots… Miss Sydney ♥️ love her and her family so much! 123 Let’s go!

    This is my third year of consistent workouts. I have some fitness goals, like squatting 70lbs and doing a pull-up, but mostly I just want to show up for myself 4-5 days a week. I want to keep living well with fibromyalgia.
