I started the Go program today in honor of my father. I stopped my workouts for the month of December due to many ongoing challenges. But today I hit op lay for him. He passed away on Jan 3 and the last few years he was unable to move his body much due to his illness. His lungs took his breathe away and eventually he wasn’t able to walk much. I’m not going to lie this workout was tough. I cried through a lot of it. But I finished for my dad because he will never get the chance to move his body again. So thank you Sydney for giving me this, this is one way I can continue to honor him.

I’m doing this for me. For putting myself first, mentally, physically, emotionally. I let my appearance and “strength/weakness” define me and am always unhappy, regardless if I get complimented. I’m tired of hearing “if I looked like you’d I’d be so happy”. Cause it’s not how you look, it’s how you feel. Thank you for always inspiring us Sydney!

I'm realizing that at this point in my pero menopausal journey that I must eat clean 95% of the time and I have to eat more. Good luck friend. Women go through the hard stuff because we are strong. Stay committed to yourself.

I’ve been working out with Sydney since 2020. However last year was a bit tough and I was not very consistent. I now feel like I’ve aged a lot physically and just wasn’t comfortable in my body anymore. Today marks my official day back to actually being in control of my health, body and fitness. First workout of 2025, and in over 3 years. I used to work out with Sydney every day but stopped after life got busy. Excited to get back to where I used to be and feel better about myself again.
I kicked off the new week by taking a national licensing exam I've been dreading and then came home and completed this workout. Working out with Sydney this past year has taught me that I CAN DO HARD THINGS! Thank you Sydney for pushing us to work hard and push ourselves outside of our comfort zones not just in our workouts but in all aspects of our lives!

Love doing these workouts. As a cyclist, it's great strength training so I can climb faster. And it forces me to also focus on having a strong upper body.
My 2025 goal is to finally get my nutrition in check. Meal prepping, planning, eating at home are all things I want to work on. Food is my friend this year and I am going to teach myself to fuel my body properly.

I was on this journey a few years ago and lost 40lbs with Sydney and I was on track to reach my goal weight. Life happened and I migrated to another country and have gained almost 30lb back. I've been trying to get that off for over a year and felt like I'm not making any progress. This year I plan on reaching that goal because I believe that I deserve it! And I'm so excited to be doing it with all of you guys!!

My goal for 2025 is to be a good teammate - to my partner, my kid, my coworkers, my friends.... and right now that means focusing on wellness, not stressing about things outside of my control, and being a positive, consistent influence. I appreciate the way that Sydney has changed my life in the past year. I can carry my 4yo around an amusement park all day! My husband is impressed 😂💪🏻
Keep it up all! I especially like the part about how motivation is not always there. Getting going is a deeper intentional decision. This is my new motto for when I'm unmotivated, "Deeper intention" My goal this year is to ride the Unbound 100 and run 2 half marathons, one in Spring and one in Fall. After having my second kid in 2023 it has been HARD to figure out how to get back into my training, even with a very supportive partner, it's hard to find the time with work, lack of sleep and all the things many of us experience. What I know though is that I feel my best when I am consistent. I will be my best for myself, my partner, my kids as I get the rhythm of it all in place. Might be a little more like a jazz record than before but I've got this!

I want to be stronger, healthier and feel better and of course my ultimate goal is to lose at least 40 pounds this year. I’m The heaviest I’ve ever been at 192. I’m a busy mom of three very active kids in travel sports and all the things, work full time and I’ve always felt I didn’t have time to take for myself but I’m on day 5 in a row of exercising! I turn 40 this year 😮…New goal- move every day because if I limit it to a few times a week I will push it off to the next day.. This is my third year of consistent workouts. I have some fitness goals, like squatting 70lbs and doing a pull-up, but mostly I just want to show up for myself 4-5 days a week. I want to keep living well with fibromyalgia.

Why are these workouts so HARDDDDDD!? I actually love it because I tend to stick to my comfort zone-comfort weights and comfort mods-but these videos help to push me harder than I would push myself without them. Thanks for the amazing workout!!!

I was on this journey a few years ago and lost 40lbs with Sydney and I was on track to reach my goal weight. Life happened and I migrated to another country and have gained almost 30lb back. I've been trying to get that off for over a year and felt like I'm not making any progress. This year I plan on reaching that goal because I believe that I deserve it! And I'm so excited to be doing it with all of you guys!!

My goal for 2025 is to be a good teammate - to my partner, my kid, my coworkers, my friends.... and right now that means focusing on wellness, not stressing about things outside of my control, and being a positive, consistent influence. I appreciate the way that Sydney has changed my life in the past year. I can carry my 4yo around an amusement park all day! My husband is impressed 😂💪🏻

Keep it up all! I especially like the part about how motivation is not always there. Getting going is a deeper intentional decision. This is my new motto for when I'm unmotivated, "Deeper intention" My goal this year is to ride the Unbound 100 and run 2 half marathons, one in Spring and one in Fall. After having my second kid in 2023 it has been HARD to figure out how to get back into my training, even with a very supportive partner, it's hard to find the time with work, lack of sleep and all the things many of us experience. What I know though is that I feel my best when I am consistent. I will be my best for myself, my partner, my kids as I get the rhythm of it all in place. Might be a little more like a jazz record than before but I've got this!

The heaviest I’ve ever been at 192. I’m a busy mom of three very active kids in travel sports and all the things, work full time and I’ve always felt I didn’t have time to take for myself but I’m on day 5 in a row of exercising! I turn 40 this year 😮…New goal- move every day because if I limit it to a few times a week I will push it off to the next day.. Also.. who better to work out with than someone who takes me back to my roots… Miss Sydney ♥️ love her and her family so much! 123 Let’s go!

This is my third year of consistent workouts. I have some fitness goals, like squatting 70lbs and doing a pull-up, but mostly I just want to show up for myself 4-5 days a week. I want to keep living well with fibromyalgia.
