Timothy?? You just keep these houses coming!! They Just keep getting bigger and bigger!! Look at This mega manor!! It looks like a church!! Just roomy and beautiful!! Really Amazing!! Thank God for sharing this with us!!❤
Absolutely Beautifu ,l Brilliant. This is the first one you have shown with NO WHITE WALLS !!! It is so much classier with creme color instead of wake you up at 3:00 AM WHITE !!! I am a retired designer, mostly custom kitchens and bathrooms. I also built, sold, ordered custom kitchens and general cabinetry. I like this home and we are getting away from WHITE walls.
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it all. My favorite parts are the built-ins throughout, fireplace in the master bedroom, and the little apartment above the garage. Also, I love those benches outside of the apartment. If it were up to me, I would turn the basement into an apartment as well.
These homes are gorgeous and huge!! I love the blues they used. That crazy tile in the bathroom??? If you are tired of it after a year or two, expensive fix!! Can you even imagine the utility bills for a home this size??
I love this home, and the other home you showed from the mountains. It is good to see something different finally. Most new construction have same layout lately that we can appreciate something with a different character ( well, except for the blk and white flooring in the butler pantry area etc. Those floor tiles have a bad connotation in some places.) Hope you do not get banned from visiting homes once they know you do not obey “do not enter” signs. 😂Thanks for all the videos and legwork. It is appreciated!
Beautiful offering, Timothy. My personal preference would be to have the mixer lift in a corner of the kitchen, b/c when you are really using it, you will have things like splashes and clouds of flour and powdered sugar flying around. So, better to keep it in a "contained" zone. The Butler pantry is large enough, for example. Like the hidden surprises, we added a few in our new home...
My goodness, Timothy you deserve a phys ed credit for touring this huge house! Gorgeous home, but if my grandkids played hide and seek I might lose one or two…
I was thinking same thing......don't want to lose the kids or unable to properly supervise! Even teenagers. But absolutely love this house.... maybe scaled down a bit.
It’s a very interesting house. I’m not a fan of the basement bedrooms with the viewless windows! Plus they have grates over the openings! Hope the grates aren’t too heavy, those are the only fire escapes!
I’m very pleased on this company creating the extra space for the children to have a little hideout. I think it’s very nice where ever you can find that extra space put a little cubby in there and it can always be used for storage later. I think it’s good. Thank you very much. Nice car how many houses do you have to sell to get the app that’s called commission
Stunning home!!! I have never thought about moving to Utah, but you might have me sold on the idea, Tim :D I did think it was nice and cozy despite being a modern style home.
No doubt this is a gorgeous home! But why isn’t there a coat closet at the entry? Also, I would like a ladies’ vanity in the bathroom. That tub takes up so much space. The closet is amazing! I LOVE the grocery door from the garage to the pantry and the kids playroom under the stairs ❤ The basement is arguably more beautiful than the first floor!
That is so funny. My young granddaughter bought a package of 250 of those tiny ducks and she hid them all over her school. That was a year ago and people are still finding the little ducks. I have found several in my house and I have kept them all.
Awww, bummer! The blue Ferrari was gone by the time you were finishing the tour! You just missed it!🚘 Cool home. I love the idea of that little child's Playhouse! So cute!
I got completely lost on the tour but enjoyed it so much. It's a beautiful house. I laughed out loud when you said the car was gone. Thanks for the fun.
This is a nice home but like someone else said the layout is not that great. Especially for kids. I grew up in UT so it’s good to see you in my Home State. Hope you enjoy the Beautiful Homes and the views
Of the prior Utah homes, this is the best as I like traditional. Not a big fan of black trimmed windows. In the future, they may be outdated as pink bathrooms of the '50's. Been watching ur program for a few months now as i enjoy your home tours. Keep the tours coming.
This is one of the most beautiful homes you’ve ever shown! It is perfect….except the master bath. The super narrow shower and the tub in the middle of nowhere. Plus no light at all in the bathroom. The designer could of done better.
Yowsers!!!! Beautiful in every way! Each kid could have their own hideaway! Might not ever find them though 😂😂 Great decor and colors used throughout the home. Not sure the hidden entrance into the pantry would really be needed so it could have it as extra storage. And the small room off of the office could be a craft room or kids study/computer zone. Also loved the trampoline out in the back yard! Got a chuckle out of your disappointment that the Ferrari was missing from the garage…when you go where you don’t belong, you lose your toys 🤣🤣
@stevenkaskus6173 I saw that but it would had been so much nicer to have a big picture window over that beautiful tub looking at the mountains and I'm not a tub guy lol
$2.5M and no outdoor kitchen? No pool? It had some nice features, but a lot of wasted space, just so the house is huge…. Bizarre that bedrooms are downstairs. And could someone please explain where y’all put your coats and shoes?? Most of the homes don’t have coat closets, or if they do, it isn’t near the front door… I am Canadian, so we always have closets close to the front door….
it's lovely. definitely made for a larger family. i think the whole expanded pantry is too much, nowadays. also can't get behind the multiple living rooms trend. and the multiple kid/pet/crawly areas are just weird to me. just my opinion. but honestly, the only thing i didn't like in the whole house was the walls in the basement powder room...
Missed the mark in master bathroom. No place to sit and apply makeup 🤷♀️. For that kind of money, I want more counter space in a bathroom. It’s a pretty home!
This is a beautiful home but...am I the only person who is tired of homes with the open floor plan? I would like to see one where the kitchen is not on display as you walk in.
I've been thinking the same thing. I am so tired of open floor plans. It really limits how to arrange furniture and where to put the TV. The room off the study that you were wondering if it's a second pantry, it might be a storage room for the office. You can also put the printer in there and any other peripherals. 😊😊😊
I never cared for the open floor plan. I like the kitchen closed off from the living room because I like to cook and I know that when you fry things and boil things tiny grease particles float through the air. They get into your electronics and after it builds up enough it will mess up your electronics. My family member who fix things for a living complain about it all of the time and all of them hate an open floor plan because of that.
In general like the home but I Think I missed something or you might have, when you went into the first room on the left after entering through the front door there was a room in the back but you didn't go in there just went across the hallway to the Master section.
What’s up with all those super small rooms?? Waste of space if you ask me, they could have taken that space and made an extra Master Closet which it needed!! Otherwise beautiful home.
Wow, another hidden pantry door. What a waste of space you have a door that goes into your pantry 2 feet from the stove. The hidden pantry door is just a waste of space. You could have your counter extend down to your stoves, cause you a little more counterspace raise your microwave so it’s at eye level. This would open up more useful space in the kitchen. I also agreed that there’s no windows in the primary bathroom and the tub looks quite small for the space like it was an afterthought. All in all we liked the house we like traditional looks, but those are like two of the biggest faults.
Why would you open the pantry on one side and have a hidden door on the other side? The amazing views that can only be seen from one bedroom, and the tiny loft space at the top of the stairs make it a miss for me.
The house is gorgeous. Can't believe you not only go into areas they have cordoned off, but you're walking around with your shoes onto areas not protected by the carpet. Be more respectful of other people's property they allow you access to. It's not too difficult to take your shoes off once you're inside _or_ to apply proper covers to them.
A very poor layout in my opinion. The architect failed to properly build the staircase to the second floor. The staircase blocks the passage. Lots of long, winding corridors are a sign of poor planning. Outdated design. Solid panels on the walls - is it impossible to make straight, even, smooth walls? There are too many shortcomings, too lazy to list them all.
Actually the modern colonial design is very in style right now, mixed with modern provincial is right on point with interior design trends. I agree I don’t like the staircase blocking the passage way but love the dramatic halls. The only thing that is poorly designed is the master bath.
These aren't solid panel, and they aren't to hide bad work. This is one of the best layouts. You don't get dumped straight into the great room bowling alley. Much better than 95% of modern homes.
I guess I am going to be the outlier on this one. In my opinion, the transition from the foyer to the living space is made unattractive by the stair way jutting out so far into the walkway that it becomes an eye sore and completely messes up an aesthetic part of have an unobstructed sight line through to the kitchen area. The stairs are blocky and overall klunky looking to me, not nearly as upscale as the rest of the finishes. They become the elephant in the room for me.
I love some of the features of this home but not all. Some of this seems poorly planned. Meanwhile, sorry you didn't get to check out the Ferrari more. 😅😅😅
People who can afford a 2.5mil house don’t need to rent out an apt to help with their mortgage. 😂 the layout was odd. You couldn’t hear your kids crying all the way upstairs. I Ioved the master. I need a bedroom that big. The closet was great. Laundry great. Master bath was blah. But I could fix that with decor and paint. LR: not a fan of the tv over the FP. There is nowhere else to put the TV. That’s a fail for me. Loved the big foyer and office. I do t need floor to ceiling windows in the DR. I’d need room for a buffet. It doesn’t seem that big. I need a huge 14 person table for holidays. The kitchen was nice. The gym room was kinda small. Evidently it wasn’t meant for weight machines. That’s a bummer. The family room and movie room were nice.id just like to see a better layout. I’d also need a craft room and a lot more storage for THAT price!!
Why is there a hidey hole in the apt? It’s only one bedroom. There wouldn’t be a kid living there. They would have to use it for storage I guess. But why carpet part of it then? Thats odd. Oh wait!! It could be the DOG ROOM!!! That makes sense!!!! My college age daughter who is going to vet school would like the apt. But I’d never see her since it’s got a kitchen and laundry. But I guess she would come down to steal our food. 😂
Great video, but terrible floor plan. Very disjointed. To echo others, so much wasted space. And that master bath was very disappointing (he says in poor); felt like a complete afterthought. The fact that all the ‘kids rooms’ are downstairs have only window wells and no actual light for their bedrooms is also very disappointing. That said, nicely finished. Sorry you missed out on the Ferrari.

I love how you speak about your wife with love and affection❤🌹
It is very sweet. I feel like we know her just a little bit!🩷
The washer and dryer elevated is a great idea.
Wow, great home with amazing features. Each bedroom should have it's own en suite for that caliber home.
This house is golden. You do the best tours on youtube Tim. I appreciate you opening most doors.
Love the double entry into the pantry frm garage! Huge convenience!
Absolutely Beautifu ,l Brilliant. This is the first one you have shown with NO WHITE WALLS !!! It is so much classier with creme color instead of wake you up at 3:00 AM WHITE !!! Wow, what an extraordinary home! The layout is unlike anything I've ever seen. Truly a masterpiece in luxury living!🥰
يا الهي من الخارج يبدو البيت جميل ولكن من الداخل التصميمات والابداعات والجماليات واللمسات التي تم تطعيمها بديكور المنزل شيء لا يصدقه العقل
Now that’s what a laundry should look like.
Love the pantry too.
Wow THAT doll house? What a great idea.
Another beautiful home with amazing mountain views! Can't get enough of them!
The area off the office would be a great office pantry somewhere to keep the fax machine etc
Or a supply room for craft supplies, and/ or a die cutting station outside a dream craft room .
It's a craft room!
@@toomanymarys7355 ok 😒
14:53 I love that hallway from the garage to the stairway with that checkerboard pattern then down to another hallway. Has an epic feel to it.
This is my favorite house interiorly.
Definitely love the arches, and front doors. Timeless
This house is gorgeous. The only thing missing is more bathrooms.
I wanted to see that little pass thru that I think he said was from the garage to the pantry. It was a square like opening.
I wouldn't like having my children growing up in a basement despite the fact this is a luxurious one.
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it all. My favorite parts are the built-ins throughout, fireplace in the master bedroom, and the little apartment above the garage. Also, I love those benches outside of the apartment. Tim, this is a beautiful home, so much to talk about. This was an Awesome tour in Utah.
Tfs
Extra points for crawling into that hidey hole on the top floor, I thought the play house in the basement would make a great Dog house.
That's exactly what I was thinking, for my 5 dog's, mostly Pomeraeranians.💜🐾
Stunning home!!! I have never thought about moving to Utah, but you might have me sold on the idea, Tim :D I did think it was nice and cozy despite being a modern style home.
This a dream home ♥️
I really like the pet washing station in the garage.
Like how the master is totally private. Wish the dining area had wall space on one wall for a China hutch/ Buffett without Windows.
No doubt this is a gorgeous home! But why isn’t there a coat closet at the entry? Also, I would like a ladies’ vanity in the bathroom. That tub takes up so much space.

Lol I was so mad I just wanted to take a peak lol
I know you did!
Loved it!
Love! Totally use that random spot off the office for kids arts and crafts stuff
It’s fun to see something a little different. I liked it.
I absolutely love it. Definitely my style. Thanks.
Beatul love it

Beautiful!
It's gorgeous!
Absolutely love this style of home! Just subscribed 👍
LOVE this house!❤
Good Lawd!!! Here we go! Yah!!!
Hard to top this. Love everything except wallpaper in master bath, and placement of microwave. Everything else is spot on. Colors, style, everything.
Of the prior Utah homes, this is the best as I like traditional. Not a big fan of black trimmed windows. In the future, they may be outdated as pink bathrooms of the '50's. Been watching ur program for a few months now as i enjoy your home tours. Keep the tours coming.

Hats off to whoever had to sheetrock, mud, paint, carpet/floor all those little cubbies 😅
No windows in master bath???

The shower had a transom window

American homeowners typically use the garages as the main point of entry. Those mudrooms that you see are used to hang and store coats.
And your guests? You invite them în thru the garaje as well? Really....
Absolutely remarkable 👏❤👍

You missed the Picture framed TV in the Master Bedroom
It looked to me like the "office" is actually a formal dining room and that second pantry is a prep/serving area.
Why the heck wouldn’t this home have an elevator? That apartment would be so nice for an in-law sweet. But you really need elevator access.
Missed the mark in master bathroom. No place to sit and apply makeup 🤷♀️. For that kind of money, I want more counter space in a bathroom. It’s a pretty home!
WOW!!!!!!!
It’s a Reverse Osmosis water system. Those are st😅rate tanks for the filtered water.
This is a beautiful home but...am I the only person who is tired of homes with the open floor plan? I would like to see one where the kitchen is not on display as you walk in.
Bingo!!
I've been thinking the same thing. I am so tired of open floor plans. It really limits how to arrange furniture and where to put the TV. The room off the study that you were wondering if it's a second pantry, it might be a storage room for the office. You can also put the printer in there and any other peripherals. 😊😊😊
So tired of them. I think it’s becoming the lazy man’s architecture
I never liked the open floor plan.

Especially the kitchen and pantry.!
And the woodwork and colors.
You get some cool points for the Judas Priest reference!
😮 OMG
Big gorgeous home.onlything is that the master bathroom should be a wow factor, and it wasn't...other than that beautiful 🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯💯💯
In general like the home but I Think I missed something or you might have, when you went into the first room on the left after entering through the front door there was a room in the back but you didn't go in there just went across the hallway to the Master section.
Hey Steven, I eventually wrapped back around to that room. It was just before heading down to the lower level
Yes, it was the room Timothy thought might be a second pantry.
What’s up with all those super small rooms?? Waste of space if you ask me, they could have taken that space and made an extra Master Closet which it needed!! Otherwise beautiful home.
"need to come to Utah more often" said no one ever
China cabinet should be by the dining room and they could have put something else in its place.
In my dreams......
I got a bit lost, but don't mind it at all. Most floor plans are predictable so this layout was refreshing.

Why do you enter rooms that say do not enter?
because Im a rebel 😉
why camera on your belt?! floor scene!
Too many nooks and crannies, not a fan of it. But the main living area is gorgeous.
Storage tanks lol
It’s a butlers pantry if you choose to have a formal D/R instead of an office. 1 bath for 3 rooms upstairs.. boo.
People who can afford a 2.5mil house don’t need to rent out an apt to help with their mortgage. 😂 the layout was odd. You couldn’t hear your kids crying all the way upstairs. I Ioved the master. Too many sharp edges upstairs. A little more thought could be put into the design layout. 😔
The A/C air return above the kitchen island is so nasty and silly🤮🤢. For a beautiful home like this, they really messed up.
Lots of wasted space and an overall poor design. Sorry. 😅
