Those large windows everywhere are nice but they seem to be fixed (can't open) so that will really limit airing out the house and enjoying those nice spring and fall days.
Thank you for continuing to be the tour guy who OPENS THE CLOSETS. Certain others, as they have started showing fancier and fancier listings, now ignore so many ‘small rooms’ and closets so they can continue the veneer of opulence. I love to see how people would/could/should really live in these places. Don’t change that. (And also, while you continue climbing, please don’t lose focus on the more ‘affordable’ listings, too). Great work!
Timothy?? This 5 Bedroom House Is Just Beautiful!! Love The Colored Bricks The Kitchen Is To Die For!! From Room To Room Is Really Lovely!! Wide Open And Spacious!! A Stunning Looking Home!! Thank You!!
and this is what dreams are made of! The master bedroom and bath are above and beyond your wildest dreams and the two walk-in closets were everything I could ever wish for! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!
Finally! I LOVE this home! Unlike the several previous homes, this home has a beautiful entryway AND a coat closet. Windows! I love all the natural light. Master Bath: Finally a ladies vanity in the master bath with a beautiful storage cabinet. Gorgeous tub and shower area. The closets! There are two large closets! Both are big and stunning. Love the empty space above the master BR. Living room: Love the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, dormer windows, and built in cabinets. Beautiful outdoor setting with pool. However, the BBQ is in a strange location. Huge laundry room with great counter space and tons of storage. That 2-room apartment is awesome! I LOVE the way they used that space. CONS: Again, for a 5M+ home, the master BR is too small and no sitting room. When you spend that much, the master BR should be exquisite and huge. The wine room right off the foyer. I guess luxury home builders assume all wealthy people love wine and need a special room for it. It’s so front-and-center in this plan. Not a fan. If you’re not a drinker, what would you use that center space for? Odd sitting are off chef’s pantry. Wasted space. Who would sit there to relax?
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the built-ins throughout, the office that I would turn into a library. I really love the master suite and bathroom. I would love to have a fireplace in the master bedroom, as well. I love the tub with the arch. I really love both of the closets. I really love the built-ins on either side of the fireplace. I would probably do without the wine cellar. I would turn the morning room into the main dining room. I love the patio with the pool and fireplace. I would probably turn the carriage room into an apartment. I would probably turn the one room upstairs into a bedroom off the bedroom. God bless you and your family.❤❤❤❤❤
I’m sorry but that wine cellar space is not convenient, I would put a huge hidden pantry there that goes all the way to a secret either window that opens or a unsealed wall door
Beautiful! The only thing I didn't like was the striped tiles in the one shower, the colors that were chosen made it look like unfinished drywall haha, I do like the stripes, but a different color combo would have been nicer.
My favorite space is the first floor laundry. What an awesome craft room that would be. I’m not into alcohol at all. The taste and high calories are ridiculous. Therefore, I’d turn this space into a coffee bar. Put the coffee maker and all the supplies along the back wall. Then I’d add a couple cafe tables by the glass walls. That way you could start your morning while reading the news and sipping your favorite coffee drink. I have a big problem with the pool and jacuzzi being so close to the outdoor seating area. No fence around the water could be devastating if little kids, or even pets, fell into the water. They make nice, fencing units that surround the pools only. I think that would be appropriate in this yard.
Hi Timothy. This home has some really great features but I have only one really bad criticism. The only way to the first "guest bedroom suite" was through the chef's pantry or from the motor court. I could see that being for an older kid that is going to the local college or university or is maybe working and has different shifts.
Don't know if I would like my master suite facing the front of the house and off the main entryway. There are no countertops in the main kitchen except for that island. I would want counter space beside the stove... The laundry room had more counter space. It's a beautiful house but I would do some things a little different.
A beautiful home, though the best part about any of your videos is your commentary. One thing I would change is to flip the chevron pattern at the foyer flooring so that it points towards the great room instead of the front door. Then it's inviting you into the home, instead of feeling like it's pushing you back outside.
More like insane! XD You could buy a low - mid level luxury home down south or in flyover country for $180-$300 / sq. ft. FOUR SHORT YEARS AGO!! This is being done intentionally to make owning a nice home unaffordable for the middle class.
When my brother built his house, he put the master suite on the first floor because he plans to live the rest of his life in this house. Having to climb the stairs as you get older is sometimes impossible, depending upon your health.
This is quite a home. I'm really disapponted in the garages though. The single is maybe better for a workshop, a golf cart garage, or park a Smart Car in there. it is way to small for a full size vehicle. Then other multi Garage is not very deep. I bet you could not have parked your truck in there and closed the garage door or had room to go around it. HUGE disapointment in an over $5 Mil home. People that would have that house would not be driving all tiny Smart Cars.
Very nice! BUT, if you want a formal dining room, please have a formal living room too… It’s not very “nice” to have people working in the kitchen while your formal guest sit in the great room waiting for the meal to be served. And where are the quarters for the help? You have such a great and grand home you NEED live in help! PLESE HELP!
So when I am looking at homes at the price hits 1 million they shouldn't have jack and jill bathrooms which this one didn't. We loved the flooring and ceiling beams. So a country music singer abandoned her log cabin mansion in the area the biggest in the country. There is a abandoned TH-cam video on it. Next time your in the area you ought to check it out.
I know everyone thinks that wine cellars are the height of class. But personally I think they are the tackiest thing you can put in your home. You’re basically just announcing to everyone that enters your home that you’re an alcoholic snob that likes to show off that they waste their money on expensive alcohol that they’ll never drink. I think people should use those wine cellar spaces for something more personal and original. The only exception I will give is for the hidden wine cellars that are down in the basement that almost feel like a speakeasy.
Close it off and turn it into a secret play area for your kids, or a pet room just for your dogs, or keep the open glass display and display a collection of fine art, or display unique pieces that you’ve gathered from around the world during your travels, or the old China that your great grandmother left to you, or your collection of vintage matchbox cars. Literally anything would be better than a wine room.
Just so you know, even if your description was “Decent house, nothing I haven’t seen before” I’d still watch it 😂
Yeah, What about “This Is The One I’ve Been Waiting For” smh
Those large windows everywhere are nice but they seem to be fixed (can't open) so that will really limit airing out the house and enjoying those nice spring and fall days.

One of the best homes I’ve seen on this channel
Very beautiful, from curbside appeal to backyard vista. What a smooth, elegant, stunningly beautiful home.
100% my cup of tea.

Beautiful!! I ❤ the full brick builds.

This is lovely! Thanks for a fun tour Tim! 😊
WOW 😳
I don’t live most houses but this one was really exquisite!
A truly gorgeous home.
Great closets!
Absolutely Beautiful Home 🥰🥰I would Definitely like a Double Oven
That huge range had two ovens.
Thanks for sharing this eloquent home!

Love Love all of it!❤🔥❤️💕
Great home that window you mentioned that props up is usually referred to as a pass through window
Beautiful, just perfect 😊
There really is virtually no counter space around that stove...🤔
I love it! I'm still not a fan of windows that don't open.
Absolutely Beautiful Home 🥰🥰
😍😍😍 i love this kitchen
Wow amazi g home thank you for showing Take care and god bless Best regards anja
Very approachable design, most houses in this price range usually look like modern warehouses.
Gorgeous! Let me get my checkbook.....haha! I wouldn't even know what to do with all that space, but it a beautiful home.
How do those windows open to let in fresh air?
Love this! Please come to Georgia😀
The best of the best ‼️❤️💯👍🏽
If I'm paying that much, all I want is a closet for shoes and coats, make it make sense😂
WOW!!!!
Light fixture in master bdrm is a little dated, but easy fix, and lights in bathroomare beautiful. Beautiful home. Ty!
Will it be possible to also tour the house front opposite this one, i had a sneakpeak view from the walk in closet 8:00
NICE, but too close to your neighbors....
I’m sorry but that wine cellar space is not convenient, I would put a huge hidden pantry there that goes all the way to a secret either window that opens or a unsealed wall door

This home is beautiful but I would probably change a few areas 🥰
I think its called Patio Paradise and Patio Cabo outdoor Oasis ❤

This is it! This is my dream home! Now I just gotta figure out how to get 5.2 million to buy it🤔
A floor plan diagram is always appreciated.
The copy I had wasn’t worth putting up couldn’t make out anything unfortunately
Houses in TN are gorgeous. I'm in Franklin and here is not the exception.
hello, please tell me what the walls are made of, thank you
Hi Timothy. This home has some really great features but I have only one really bad criticism.

Are there
floor plans for this one?
I do not like dining room at the entrance...
I think that that dining room by the office that you mentioned is really a boardroom not a dining room
I would make that dome bathtub into the shower
I don't know about you guys but I'd definitely convert the "cigar lounge" to a full bedroom.
Don't know if I would like my master suite facing the front of the house and off the main entryway. There are no countertops in the main kitchen except for that island. I would want counter space beside the stove... The laundry room had more counter space. It's a beautiful house but I would do some things a little different.
I prefer my dining room by the kitchen. When I have guests over, I serve meals buffet style & I don't want them to have far to walk with their plates.
A beautiful home, though the best part about any of your videos is your commentary.

Wow, 661.66 per square feet is wild
More like insane! XD You could buy a low - mid level luxury home down south or in flyover country for $180-$300 / sq. ft. FOUR SHORT YEARS AGO!! This is being done intentionally to make owning a nice home unaffordable for the middle class.
Why are master suite never on the second floor anymore. I’m not a big fan of downstairs master bedroom
When my brother built his house, he put the master suite on the first floor because he plans to live the rest of his life in this house. Having to climb the stairs as you get older is sometimes impossible, depending upon your health.
I'd take that bedroom that you like, so spacious!almost seems like an inlaw sweet, or family member who might live with you. Just add a kitchenette.
my god the first floor is huge, i even forgot about the laundry room
Did I miss the floor plan?

What U said around 7:26 made me do a double take. Somethi... bout shower with yur.......😆😉
Nothing better be fake in a 5+mil home

The free standing bathtub looks and is an absolute pain to clean under and around. Looks nice but not worth the spend. 😢
most of these big homes have too much wasted space, like that little sitting area
IMO it is ugly. That roof is maniacal. There is no symmetry. Aesthetically unpleasant.
🫡! Is it the builders' choice where they offer their floorplans, or do the municipalities have more control over that?
Very beautiful, from curbside appeal to backyard vista. What a smooth, elegant, stunningly beautiful home.
100% my cup of tea.
Absolutely Beautiful Home 🥰🥰I would Definitely like a Double Oven
There are two ovens below the range.
