One day weâre gonna see a title card that says something like, âThis is just an average home I toured,â and weâre all gonna check if Tim is ok. ð
ððð
Beautiful home with all the windows and natural light. With a house that big can't believe it only had one oven. Should have had a 48" range.
Been loving all these house tours! Lots of good inspiration. But one thing I notice with a lot of these newer American houses. There is no privacy between the main door / entry and the living areas. By example - this one you go from a glass entry door straight into a dining table. So you sit there and eat dinner with the family and any delivery person knocking on the door, or any person walking on the street can see straight at you.
Personally I would prefer to have the entry be a bit seperate from the living. Even though it kinda "ruins the open flow" energy thing I think they go for.
This is exactly what bothers me. I understand the appeal of an open plan, but for me it can be taken too far. I'm always a bit disappointed when I see a large and gorgeous exterior, and then the door opens into one big room, comprising living, dining, and kitchen areas.
$6M house, particleboard cabinet boxes. ð
This is stunning and one of the most unique home designs I have seen in a while. Shout out to the builder
I think this is the first home youâve toured, that makes sense to me.
Very functional.ðĪ
I love all of the big windows. It definitely beings in the outdoors. What an amazing home for sure.
Good grief this house is AWESOME ðĪĐ. The whole property is beautiful.
Great Window & Doors, Super Light and Views. Well Done!
The side with the ladder would make more sense to me if it were just shelves, instead of having to open cabinets while on a ladder.
Gorgeous natural lighting âĪ
Now if I only played golf and basketball. All in all, it is a great looking house.
I love the fireplaces, especially the one in the basement, with that pantry I'll have all shelves, and I'll turn that basketball court into a bowling alley, also the unfinished room in the basketball court would make a great storage area.
Love all tue windows in the main living area. Also, love the butler's pantry, but have to chuckle at all these huge houses, when the average family size is 3.14 people. ð
Oh my goodness, gorgeous! I love all the windows, arches, etc.
Would definitely find a different use for the basketball court.
Loved the tour Timothy
Thank you for always shiwing those beautiful houses
God bless best regards anja
That little skinny door on the lower side of the kitchen island I think I would put my cookbooks in that space.
The golf area would be a movie theater room.
Absolutely Beautiful Home ðĨ°
I love the clean, open feeling!
Did yall see how smooth Tim made it through that smurf door with his rig!?!
As all ways a great showing. I would love to know whats the biggest house you've done so far. Keep up the great work.
Gorgeous home!! I love love all the windows and natural light coming in. Love the countertops in kitchen and 1/2 bath. And that it is NOT a gas stove!! That gains bonus points. I would not have a basketball court (what is with MN with inside basketball courts??) I would have an indoor pool. Summer does not last as long up there to enjoy the pool outside. Hearth room would be breakfast nook.
Master belongs on main. I have a pond on the back of my property and it is not all that great to sit and look at. Does give me privacy since no one can build behind me.
Nice job. I feel you can appreciate up the video.
Don't like this house. Not worth the money in my opinion.
Hi Tim, I love your videos. There are so many houses that I would love to live in lol! But lately it seems like youâre only doing very very pricey homes. They have all been in the millions!!!???
City is pronounced "ee-DYE-nuh". Toured that home on the Artisan Home tour and it was spectacular. Great video!
Beautiful home ð
I'm like Edna, MN? It is pronounced E(long e) Di(long i) Na(short a). (Eee-dye-na) Edina, MNðð
Love it
This home is stunning, although too much glass for my liking. The bathrooms are all spectacular.
Thatâs called a concession window in the basement (so the architects and builders wonât get mad youâre not using correct terms, Tim ð.)
Tim walks through a door from the basketball court and suddenly heâs entered THE BACKROOMS! Get out while you can, Tim! ð
Change the basement fireplace to a traditional style fireplace. Really like the lot and the landscape
Call that one the Glass House. tfs
I enjoy your videos. I do not enjoy not having a floorplan to follow along with what I'm seeing.
I was in this house yesterday on the Artisan parade.
I can't help laughing whenever he says "Anything you want to change or rearrange?"ð
Too much glass
You had a thumbnail about how to star a real estate channel. I don't see the link for that in the description.
No floor plan = sadness.
Who needs that much space?!
Sorry to sound critical - I do enjoy your videos.
Cabinets you should have opened were in the pantry area
Dream home!!!
All that money and they put in a cook top and one oven.
Needed some amazing music with sound effects when Tim saw the golf simulator.ðĪð
Definitely would opt out of the pot filler. They're obnoxious to me. Just my opinion.
You missed the balcony off of the master bedroom.
EDIT: You noticed it when you were outside. :p
WOW
All the glass turns me off of it. I want privacy.
Pronounced: E-dye- na
Minnesota!ð
Iâm really surprised that there are such nice houses in MN! This is beautiful butâĶ I wish they wouldnât add the basketball ball court into the square footage. It definitely doesnât look like over 9k sq. ft. And unless you are a professional basketball player the court is a waste of valuable space.
We're #10 in states with most fortune 500 companies. US Bank, 3M, General Mills, Medtronic, Best Buy, Target, Cargill, UnitedHealth, Hormel are just a few off the top. Plenty of money in Minnesota, great economy that doesn't go through big swings, good place to live most of the year.
And for upper middle class and below, our overall taxes are lower than states like Texas that have no income tax but more than make up for it with very high property taxes!
â@@Allan_A Probably why it's so liberal.
You didn't show the pool area and the outside staircase.
I think he meant Edina...not Edna, MN.
Edina: E-dine-ah
I love the house, but the staging is cold to me. Not my style: I would totally swap it out.. ( no offense)
The front elevation doesnât hint to a 9.5k sq foot home.
I could not live in a house with all those windows and no blinds or anything. A weirdo or serial killer could be outside watching you. ðŪNo way my husband would survive. ðHe makes us keep the blinds closed in case someone riding by looks in. ð ( I open the blinds and run my hand on the bottom half to close that part. My living room has a frosted film on the bottom half of the windows.
In my opinion million dollar homes shouldnât be open concept unless it has separate living room, and dining room. I also donât think garage should be on the front.
The basement is dark and moody.... I don't think so Tim....ð
Not a fan of the master bathroom, the shower is very odd in my opinion. Love how big it is, but seems oddly placed.
I'd make that lounge area with fireplace My dining room
My personal opinion, they went way too overboard with the windows.
Timothy please get a better camera your cellphone is not doing these room justice.
Not bad but I donât like big and huge houses ð ð
Way to much glass!
Looks like a big bowl of pot on the dining room table ðĪŠ
Amazing you get this many views with no intro, no music, using an iPhone and just talking the whole time. Not sure how thatâs possible ð
EdinaâĶEee-Dine-UhâĶ it stands for Every Day I Need Attention.
E-DINE-AH
Total wasted space.
Ee-dine-ah
Ee-DINE-a
lol itâs EEE-DIE-NA. Edina
