@@Ra_ZoneJ She sells it shitty. All i hear is what she likes about it. Nobody cares what she likes about it. Just tell me the info and leave your personal opinions out of it.
Lovely house but a ridiculous price for being squeezed within a close of multiple properties. I know Winchester can be expensive but this is madness. For this price I’d want twice the size and lots of acres.
Agreed! Beautiful house and interior but rich folks shouldn't live cheek to jowl like the peasantry. The neighbour is so close he could literally pick out your clothes for you on a daily basis if he had a great fashion sense.I'll pass and take my money elsewhere old chap.
Yeah, a lot of us aren't dropping that kind of cash on a house anytime soon. But looking at homes like that does make me think about portfolio management and investing more strategically. Who knows-maybe one day?
Exactly. Homes like that are definitely goals, but getting there takes careful planning. I mean, having a solid investment strategy can be just as rewarding as owning luxury real estate
Totally agree. I’ve been thinking about how to allocate my investments lately, especially with all the talk about market shifts. It seems like having a reliable financial plan is more important than ever.
It is! I actually had a consultation with Eric Paul Elmer recently. He’s a Certified Financial Planner, and he gave me some great advice on where to put my money so I can grow my portfolio over time.
This house is £1.7m tops. Beautifully presented properly but no acreage for multiple cars or outdoor living. Sorry at this price these should be standard. Nice job though Hannah
Agreed, though it really is a very very nice house. Also compared to others that are sometimes toured, that just feel soulless. And I mean you still good a huge garden. But definitely maybe 2 million or 2,5
Beautiful home! Epitome of an elegant, morden and a characterful home. This house is not worth £3.2 Million. At best £1.8M. It’s a glorified 3 house estate.
Beautiful house❤ with an eye-pleasing blend of colours used; espically "The flooring" and "the staircase" The rooms are very well planned and designed (So far, this house is the one that has matched to what i had been imagining about as an ideal house plan, i would say almost a 90%) and the presenter! She has enhanced the show and made the house look more cosy.
Great house but shared driveway which is block paved, private road and not council highway adopted causes me concern, what happens with block paved driveway if utility company need to dig it up 8 years down the line?. Also communal garden borders and houses on top of each other...no thank you but a great video and a lovely house.
This is such a lovely home! What type of heating is there? I saw radiators on the third floor, why not something like forced air where you can also have AC? Window shutters would be nice. Too bad these homes are so close and the garages are detached.
The house itself is beautiful. Lovely design, extremely well presented and so on. But it simply isn't value for money whatsoever. It isn't exclusive. It's crammed into a little close. And, for 3.2 million, I'd expect gardens 10 times the size. Honestly I'm not sure why anyone would invest in this when you can buy an absolutely STUNNING villa in Spain for this sort of money.
The shared cramped driveway is not exactly private. But it makes me feel very lucky for the home I own.. 39 mile views of ocean and bay and CBD with 200degree views via floor to ceiling windows. Golf course rambling across the road to me.. and I don’t need to cut the grass.. 😂 Sandy white beaches 5 minutes drive from the house.. different life and no where near this price.
Lovely houses inside. Design outside looks appealing but a fundamental negative - at this price point the houses simply should not be right on top of one another - literally. Very bad selling point and one that will repeat on subsequent sales over time. At this price point one can find space around your property even bearing in mind any location impact on prices.
I hope UK houses will finally start to catch up with North American homes. Primary suites including a walk-in closet & 5 piece bathroom, large kitchens including a walk-in pantry, dedicated laundry rooms, proper mudrooms, etc. are standard features in even regular homes here in Canada and the US (not just 'luxury' homes like this one). I'm always a bit amazed at how most British families make do with such little space and lack of amenities
@@sahifa19 There is no desire to catch up. There is no room or demand for more amenities than necessary in the UK. A house to North American standards would struggle to sell. Efficiency, working of space are the most in demand in Britain.
Lovely house, but pricey for what it offers (I know Winchester is expensive). I’d want an undercover pool too for that money. It does tick a lot of my boxes, though!
These may as well be dormitories no matter how much is charged for them. For that price for a detached home there’s no way I could live in a giant house with a bunch of just as grand houses literally in my backyard. No shot
Lovely homes but a little too close to neighbours. I like the Georgian look to them and great interior design. I would have liked to see the other homes to see the difference. Well done Hannah and Tom :)
I just saw a video: $500,000 apartment VS $5 million apartment, the result is really unexpected! If you think this mansion is already luxurious, you may be a little curious about the $500,000 choice.
I wouldn't pay that money for the house, but I would expect a lot more. You haven't even got a private drive. Certainly wouldn't want to share my drive with anyone else. Nice house but it should have had its own private drive and not built too close to other houses. I feel as if they squashed these houses together!! Terribly planned.
This video came in the perfect time because I got the swiss chocolate 😆. The decoration and details of this home are give it that warmth factor, it's a family home and it has that Christmas factor. The only thing it needs is a butterball turkey, the sweet potatoe or potatoes mashed, smores, cookies, well all the fall or Christmas ambience 😆 🤣.
I'm really, really struggling with this one. 1.25m in Winchester for this with no estate I could understand. Surely the ultra lux for offshore uhnw borders is saturated. A driver to take them into Mayfair is a lot less than 3.25m. I'm not sure Mr Arab UHNW would want to leave London for the pubs and rowing in Winchester.
Interesting and very attractive property. Except! for the open-plan kitchen/living area. What is this current " disease " of open-plan kitchen/living areas? Accidentally burn food while cooking in an open-plan kitchen, and the stench pervades the entire property. In an " old fashioned " style property with a separate kitchen, should an accident happen it's a simple matter of closing the kitchen door and isolating the problem. Remember, most domestic fires begin in the kitchen and if it's an open-plan kitchen? So please, put an end to open-plan kitchens before they kill someone. N.B. For me, the glaring omission in this " modern " 21st-century new build is the lack of a bidet in any of the bathrooms!
You're better off in a London townhouse because you aren't even benefitting from much extra space that a detached house is supposed to have. Especially at that price 😬 Edit: the bathrooms are also really small for such a large property.
Hannah is comfortably the best presenter
This lady presenting is like a breath of fresh air, really enhances the viewing of the houses with her energy and enthusiasm.
Can't get over how on top of each other the houses are. Your neighbors are closer than the back of the house
i know but she sells it so well

Agree. Good point

This is the first property in a long time that's interesting. CLASS! Hannah, you're adorable and so enthusiastic without being annoying hahaha.

By far the best and most articulate presenter on this channel
Besides the house I like this presenter, so much enthusiasm it’s like she’s trying to sell her own house !
Excellent presentation. Hannah. Always watch yours.
It's beautiful but definitely not in the budget for most people

crazy price
Hannah is such a pro x
This house is £1.7m tops. Beautifully presented properly but no acreage for multiple cars or outdoor living. Sorry at this price these should be standard. Nice job though Hannah
Exactly, It should be standard that £2m gives you 2 acres, 3m = 5acres etc
There’s a detached double garage car garage & drive.
a gorgeous home and a very well done home tour. Matt and Summer will be very pleased indeed. Well done !
I'm probably going to repeat myself but I love Hannah 😅
Lovely property and Hannah is so charming. I love when she shows us around.
Beautiful property!! ...pity there isn't more space, between each home.
Great presentation Hannah. Prefer you over the kids showing us round the houses.

just here for hannah
For 3 and a quarter mil i’d expect my own estate, this is profiteering at the highest level. Shameful.
I like the amount and kind of landscaping here. Try to find a double garage with a forecourt within gates.
Pick this house up and put it on the Cornish coast overlooking the sea and then the price tag would be more merited. Or a pool at the very least
Lovely house!.....and the lady doing the presenting is far better at it than the other women who do it.
Well, I’m sorry, but if I was shelling out nearly three and a half million quid for a house, I wouldn’t want to be living on a bloody housing estate!

Nice home 👊👊
price is way to big for this house that's Londons price
Yes i would expect the construction materials in the kitchen to be top end as that is required to justify the £3.2 Million plus stamp duty.
Nice video! Thanks.
I don't understand these kitchens where the furniture doesn't reach the ceiling, is it to collect dust or something?
Hannaaaaaaaah and her new hairdo 😊

That drive only eventually, barely, becomes private. This is only detached to call them that, so stacked.
