At $2 mil I wish there were at least two bathrooms for the other three bedrooms. Otherwise, it’s a nice layout. I’m glad they decorated with some color.
For an extra 300k you got it! Bathroom added!
as the person who does all the Laundry, I love that laundry room! thats what im talking about!
Beautiful house. The only thing I would want to do is have doors for the computer room and front den. Then you can make the den a kids entertainment area and close the noise behind a door!
Feels like a very small master bedroom to me
I would love to see houses that have garages on the side or back. I love the entryway, too! I just wished with our elderly population, there would be like one side stairs and the other side an elevator for handicap or elder. Heck, even for members who may have broken legs or surgery...ya know, real life stuff.
I love the blue doors💙
So thankful for builders who have some value/wall when you first walk in so that guests can’t just see straight through your house. Also, I love stairs anywhere but right inside the front door. Ow, if we can just convince builders to put the garage facing the side or back - not on the front. Good job, Timothy!! ❤
Omgosh i love the colour of the outdoor house wow.
Lovely home. Like the floor plan as well as the decor.
I may finally agree with you on a floorplan. My wife has always wanted a house with two staircases. Thanks for sharing this one.
Beautiful home and well designed!!
This home is stunning!! Like you said the layout is so family oriented! Love it! ❤❤
This is in my hometown!! I know exactly where it's located. And my home is a very similar floorplan to this one!!
@@PrimetimeKCL did you have the three bedrooms sharing the one bathroom on the second floor? How has it been? Ok?
@@EAS76 Yes. It's been fine!
Great layout!!! Beautiful
At last windows in the living room that open! I would probably make the front room a library. I do like the layout but I agree that the 2nd set of stairs could be an elevator. I would like to do away with one of the upstairs bedrooms so all the bedrooms could be bigger. I also noticed that there is no sink in the basement activity room. If you have dirty dishes do you wash them in the bathroom sink or lug them upstairs? The pantry was huge! Thanks for the tour. 😊😊😊😊😊
Our master is above the garage right now and the only downside I see is when my wife goes to work early and the garage door opening wakes me up!
Another one I love! I really liked the fact that they included so many drawers in the kitchen/pantry. So many of these homes these days are cheaping out with only having bottom cabinets, not drawers. Drawers are so much more usable, especially for those of us that are older. So really loved that detail in this home! Utah seems to be hitting out of the park with these models!
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. I love the floating shelves throughout the built-ins throughout, and I really love that there are 2 sets of stairs leading to the 2nd floor and the basement area.❤❤❤❤❤
i really love your channel and i imagine me and my family in all these house, ty for your nice ( no cut ) edit and open all doors makes us feel in the space!... ty
Love this one.Thanks for sharing!
It’s beautiful ❤
Beautiful home, but needs at least one more bathroom upstairs and an in ground pool. I also love the white appliances. Easier to keep clean over stainless steel.
This is my favorite 👍😍
I really like this one
I think this is my dream house 🏘️
Beautiful home but at almost $2M, I’m surprised they didn’t go with high end appliances. GE Cafe line is pretty but it’s kind of insulting to put it in a house that expensive
I really like this home. A more traditional style but has some great modern features. Thanks for touring for us.

- On the first floor, the only bathroom is on the opposite side of the house where any activities would take place. It's opposite the den, the family room and the dining room. Would have been nice to see the other side of the backyard, where the hot tub is.
- On the second floor, having one bathroom between three bedrooms is not ideal. I like the double washers and dryers, but having them on the second floor means whoever is in the basement has to travel.
- In the basement, it would likely have made more sense to flip the bath & mechanical room. There are five "storage" rooms in the basement, which feel like "we don't know what to do with this, so call it storage." I'm sure with a little tinkering, an en suite could have been added to the lone bedroom and the storage by the bath could have been converted to another laundry room, with the 'cold storage' room having an opening elsewhere/moved/removed.
I adore this home! The decor palette us just my taste and the features are amazing without being too over the top. I can even forgive the sink being on the island, (but of course, I was looking around for where else I could put it, LOL) I don't know if you have any way to find out paint details, but I would dearly love to know the paint company and color swatch number of that beautiful light blue on the interior doors. That is about as perfect a blue as I have seen in your house tours. You get extra points today for matching your shirt to the colors in this home.
That was amazing. Love the dual stairs for the upstairs and the basement.
Thank you so much for lifting the stool up to move it. You are a great man and reviewer.
Lovely❤
The new design decoration of the house is Assam!!
The parts of the light fixture in the bathroom are from capiz shells. (It’s a shell from a windowpane oyster.)
I have a capital shell lamp. It's 2 tier with yellow and blue shells. It came from the Philippines. 😊😊😊😊
Timothy, we’d love to have y’all back to Utah and have more time to visit the mountains an even go back down south to see our 5 national parks!!
Beautiful home, yet not enough bathrooms.
For $2 million, it looks like the only sink available for food or drink prep is the kitchen sink! No sink in the butler’s pantry, the outdoor kitchen or the bar in the basement. Hard to believe!
Others here have noted the lack of bathrooms in the house. Looks like they really skimped on plumbing when building this house. Otherwise, it’s very nice.
Could you please tour more homes that are like under a million dollars? The ones you are touring lately are just so expensive!!
Love the baby blue, could have a pot filler over the stove.. its alot of wasted space somewhat
Just a comment on the Utah homes compared to the east coast homes. The "sense" of space utilization and arrangement just seems more my style, especially the ADU style basements. The east coast homes just seem to have lots of big spaces just to have big spaces.
I like the home but would want a few changes done. The kitchen island l would want a raised edge so can't see the sink and behind it from the living room. The dining area I would want a bit different so I could have a wall for My hanging wall hutch and a buffett if I wanted. The fireplace would be covered in stack stone with a hearth and a second bathroom upstairs making one of the other rooms have it's own ensuite. The kitchen with the side butler Pantry needs a small sink and cold drink/wine fridge and I would want that natural tone wood cabinetry throughout the kitchen and other space. For my own preference I think I would want a fireplace in the front flex room.
That is an absolutely beautiful home but those baby blue doors have to go for my taste
Can I knock off $1m if I take the basement out?
I did not like seeing a wall as soon as you walk in...I love looking at the huge windows and openness. I'm not a fan of white appliances when you have so much white in the cabinets. Wish the master was on the main floor. As someone else said..do not like the garage doors being the first thing you see when you drive up. I guess I like the modern homes a lot more! They were gorgeous
I agree
Timothy?? This is the ULTIMATE HOME!! Just look at this!! The size, the designs, and the beauty!! real massive and very artistic!! It just keeps getting better and better!! Thank You for sharing this with us once again!!
Big house my parents would get lol
Media Components room, not storage.
Sorry to say this, but this would be a HARD pass. Too many issues for me, especially the master bedroom over the garage (exhaust fumes).
Interior decor doesn't enhance the quality and outstanding home
That stairwell going down feels awkward to me. Maybe I'm just a klutz but I can see people falling down those stairs 🤦🏼♀️
Yeah 2mill nah overpriced
1ST
Foyer sucks, overpriced for the look.
